The service would have been much better had there been sufficient staff to provide it. I felt for the 2 front desk attendants working the prime check in time, on a Saturday night. Yes, I said 2. I'd expect to see 2 in a typical 2 -4 story hotel off any major roadway. But not in a major casino, in a resort city on the shore on a weekend with 80° temps. Need to do better

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Check-in was hectic and lines were so long it was hard to tell which line was for what. Luckily we had a wagon for our luggage as the walk from the parking garage to the hotel elevators is very long and you will have to navigate through a very busy hotel lobby. The elevators are another story, many were either out of service or had faulty keypads inside (I personally witnessed many passengers miss their intended floor). My family checked in Easter weekend and it was severely overcrowded. It didn’t feel like there was enough staff to deal with this size of a crowd. The lobby was also overrun with rowdy teenagers and there was a very noticeable marijuana smell throughout the lobby. Since there was no visible security, this was not a surprise. One one evening my family was threatened with physical violence for walking through a crowd of teens blocking passage through the lobby. The waterpark is really not worth the expense. The lazy river had a long wait due to the large crowd and teens cutting lines, there really was no organization whatsoever. The one pool appropriate for my 5 year old was closed, the guard refused to answer any questions on when or if the pool would reopen. My son did enjoy Sunday morning at the arcade since the crowd was fairly light and there were no complaints about the room (Ocean View). Food options were very limited so we ate our meals at the Hard Rock.

From all of the negative reviews, I was concerned but we had a great time. If you decide to visit, your experience will be what you make of it.Cons:-Our first room was dirty with a previously broken lock, permanent odor in the bathroom, and the AC didn’t work.-General safety concerns. Cracks in arcade windows like someone had previously tried to break it, anyone can access elevators.-The indoor pool was way too crowded and loud for young children feel and be safe, even early in the day.Pros:-Lots of games to play that we all enjoyed (mini-golf, claw machines, and mini-bowling. Our youngest (3yo) really loved mini golf and the carpets.-After speaking with one of the front desk associates, we were upgraded to a room that was much better and we were able to relax.-Our experiences with staff were all positive, and most all people we came across were friendly.-The self-park entrance wall murals were nice, as well as the art work in our first room. Everything would obviously benefit from upgrades but i hope the original art stays.

Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs (-1/10)I’m genuinely shocked by how horrible my experience at Showboat Casino Hotel was. The room was beyond filthy—stained linens, dusty surfaces, and an overall motel vibe that made it hard to relax, let alone feel safe or clean. The phones in the room did not work at all, so there was no way to call the front desk for help or assistance. Completely unacceptable and potentially dangerous in case of an emergency. The shower kept turning on and off mid-use, and the mini fridge was completely broken, so storing anything cold was out of the question. Just one issue after another.Worse, the lobby was filled with unsupervised teenagers blatantly smoking weed and loitering, turning what should be a professional environment into a chaotic hangout spot. The entire atmosphere was loud, uncomfortable, and incredibly unprofessional. This place has completely lost its standard, if it ever had one. If you value cleanliness, peace, or even basic hospitality—do not stay here. I regret not checking out the second I walked in.

I booked a room here for the weekend with my wife expecting a 3-star hotel experience - it was a 2-star at best. Most of the issues stem from the room: our room was in the New Orleans section. The room was incredibly dated, the toilet had a slow leak around the foundation, the wall outlets were so worn-out that our cell phone chargers would fall out instantly, as many other reviews mention, the sheets were just a basic sheet thrown over the mattress (not even fitted),the hot water in the shower was lukewarm at best. We were so disappointed We ended up checking out a day early. I will admit the room appeared to be clean for the most part, just needs A LOT of updating. The hotel as a whole needs to be cleaned up - scuff marks on the carpet and walls, trash strewn about in the lobby, lazy permissive parents letting the kids run up and down the hallways at all hours of the night. The front desk did not answer any of our calls. The parking garage is actually where the got it right, paying digitally for days at a time allows you to go in and out during your stay without a hassle. Also we didnt have issues with the elevators; they seemed to all be working and were able to use them to get around quickly. The view from our room as also nice( we could see the bay and ocean).I've stayed in 1 and 2-star hotels, I don't mind them if that's what was marketed to me. But this hotel was advertised as a 3-star, and it absolutely wasn't. They need to either step it up and update their building and rooms and clean the place up, or charge less. I don't relish this, but I will not stay here again unless Im in a real pinch.

We had a great 2 day trip at the Showboat with two kids, 13 and 5. The arcade is fantastic and you actually get value for the money on the game cards. The arcade was very clean and machines were always functioning. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Family Suite and cannot believe the value we got for that room, it felt like an apartment.

Not worth the money. Went there and only 1 elevator worked and had to wait in line for over 45 minutes just to go to our room. Was told stairs are for emergency only and apparently the broken elevators didn't qualify as an emergency. The water park water was cold if you advertise a water park inside and open in the winter the water should be warm. Not worth the money there are other kid friendly places that are way better for the money.

I just came back from Atlantic, city for my birthday from 3/8/25 - 3/12/25 and stayed at the showboat despite the negative reviews. We drove from Boston and we checked in we had a bad experience with the man that checked us in. He was very rude and seemed racist to be honest. We booked the house of blues room which we don’t know had no windows. My husband asked if we could change rooms and we were told it would be an extra charge in such a rude manner. Also , he didn’t give us the complimentary cards for the game room or even discuss the discount for the water park. He was so dismissive and didn’t even explain where our room was. We walked all around with luggage’s looking for the room, until we saw a security guard and asked. My Husband went to speak to the manger later on that day. The manger’s name was Amanda. She was so pleasant and told us she was also from Boston. She gave us a bigger suite on the newer part of the hotel on the 24th fl which exceeded my expectations. The room was big and had a great view of the boardwalk and beach area, along with a soak in tub and dining area, living room etc. After such a bad experience , she turned it all around.my kids loved it because there was so much to do , car racing, big game room and a water park. Thanks to Amanda for making this a great Birthday. I plan to return in the summer.

I recently stayed at the Showboat Hotel from February 27 to March 1. Upon arrival, I noticed that many of the walls had torn paper and one area near the parking garage appeared abandoned and outdated. However, my room was spacious and nicely decorated. But one thing I didn’t like about the room was that there’s no microwave to heat up food, and the view from the room was NOT what I expected.During my stay, I experienced a long wait for the elevator, and almost 4 of them were out of order due to maintenance issues. My mom stated she found tons of hair on the floor in our room bathroom. I was also underwhelmed by the hotel's waterpark, which THEY claim is “the largest in the world” , a statement I find questionable!Forgot to mention, there’s barely any good places to eat inside this hotel. If you want a great eatery place to dine with family , I suggest Sugar Factory in the Hard Rock Hotel , which is about a 6 minute walk, and Ruth Chris Steakhouse, which had excellent menu options (and not located in Showboat) & finally , yesterday morning when I woke up , I was unkindly greeted with a random woman coughing very loudly and to a baby crying (which made me have to blast my music to make it stop).Overall, my stay at the hotel was average. The only aspect I enjoyed was the waterpark, but besides enjoying it , the waterpark DOES NOT even provide towels! If you want to stay at a hotel that has an abandoned buffet spot , wall paper tearing and gives a 80’s vibe & has LIMITED views from your hotel room and barely has any good food spots inside ; Do NOT stay at Showboat!

Showboat is a waste of time! The concept is good. It's a hotel resort for families with plenty of activities for children. But the concept is not complete! How can you have a place for children when nothing opens until 11 AM. What should children do for breakfast? Why would the only place to get food say they stay open until 10 pm, but close at 7 pm??? The rooms are spacious, but everything barely works. There is no welcome brochure telling about the amenities. The water and room were cold! There is no way to get in touch with staff. I had to use my cell to get in touch with them. When I tried to call the front desk, maid service, room service, or guess services, no one picked up. If this place had their selves organized, it would be a nice kid zone. As of now, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Two night stay using Wyndham reward points while in town for a trade show at the convention center. One bedroom room was spacious and clean. Bed and lines were comfortable. Small balcony with a good view of the beach and boardwalk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the price point.

The hotel itself is fine overall. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. While there’s no on-site restaurant, there are plenty of dining options nearby, so that wasn’t a huge issue. The pool is small but well-maintained—perfectly fine for kids and some light family fun. However, my biggest issue was with the so-called “presentation.” If you’re thinking about attending it, don’t. It was a complete nightmare. I felt like I had walked into a high-pressure used car dealership. The sales team was incredibly aggressive, dishonest, and manipulative. They repeatedly lied to me, claiming my maintenance fees would increase by over 100%, trying to scare me into upgrading. I ended up stuck there for over an hour and a half—far from the “quick 30-minute presentation” they advertised. To make matters worse, after an online review the the “manager” finally got involved, he apologized but then tried to gaslight me about what had happened. He promised me a free one-week vacation as a consolation for the awful experience, supposedly valid anytime/any where within the year. Unsurprisingly, I’ve yet to receive anything. In short: the hotel is fine, but the sales presentation is a scam. Avoid it at all costs—it was the worst part of my stay and left a very sour impression

Wonderful Stay at Club Wyndham Skyline Tower! We had an excellent experience during our stay at Club Wyndham Skyline Tower in Atlantic City. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, and everything was clean and well-stocked with all the amenities we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and even the pull-out sofa was great for sleeping. The location is perfect—an easy walk to the casinos and the boardwalk. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we needed assistance setting up our Alexa, someone came right away and even followed up to make sure everything was working properly.Parking was convenient and made it easy to get to and from our room. The pool and hot tub were both clean and relaxing, and the sundeck was a great place to unwind. We also enjoyed the on-site movie theatre and the full schedule of activities offered at the club.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

It was a nice experience going that hotel for the first time. Walking in the decor was really nice and clean. The ppl were nice and was helpful. They was definitely was security making sure that we suppose and not just any body walk in the place because of the wrist band. I would definitely comeback when I go to Atlantic City.

The stay itself was great, the front desk and check in people were kind, the rooms were amazing, and the amenities were also great. However, the owner presentation itself and the invitation were great, I was seriously considering buying into it. However, after the presentation (which was supposed to be all within 90 minutes) was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever experienced. I was there for over 3 hours, I’m not paying money for a resort to speak to the staff, I’m there to have a great vacation, not sit in a room advertised for 90 minutes and being there for twice that time. When I expressed that I’m not doing this and want to leave the people who were so kind and friendly showed their true colors immediately. I understand it’s a process and you have to invest time to learn about the client to give them the best package but after I expressed to you that I have somewhere to be and people waiting for me multiple times you don’t care? You don’t know how much longer it will take? You’re inconsiderate of people’s time and do not care that they spent hard earned money to go on vacation when you’re taking away that precious time with all this small talk and chit chat. The gifts given are very generous and I’d recommend going for anyone who has an open schedule, but for me, it was just the worst. I understand you need to build rapport but also, when I’m telling you to hit me with the facts so I can buy in but you’re too interested in telling me your entire life history, anyone is obviously going to get fed up and just want to walk out. I even offered to give back my gifts to be able to get out of there. The thought is great and I truly did wish to buy in but the process and setup is extremely inconsiderate and frustrating. For being such a high end resort I didn’t expect such an awful time. I had a wonderful stay and Michelle was great but anything else regarding the presentation was just extremely irritating to say the least.

Club Wyndham Skyline Tower in AC was a really great place to stay for my son's birthday, they posted a birthday message for him on all monitors and offered a birthday balloon arrangement. The staff was fantastic, very welcoming, very helpful which made check-in so pleasant and informative. Michele was in charge of our welcome package at check in and she was very knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and fun. First of all the elevator system they have is tech forward and conveniently fast. We were given cards and waterproof bracelets to access the elevators and our room (we loved the bracelets keys so much we never use the cards). The hallways and the elevators were always very clean, except for the clorox smell coming from the carpet in the elevators due to people coming from the pool. The pool and hot tub were a bit small, but nice. The room was impeccable and well organized including the kitchen (fully equipped), the veiw from the balcony was breathtaking, both the city skyline and the beach. I asked for help with adjusting the temperature in the room and staff was in my room whithin minutes to take care of it. Check out was sad, we didn't sad to leave. Check out process was outstanding, we scanning a bar code in the room to them know we checked out and left the keys in the kitchen area. Overall staying at Club Wyndham Skyline Tower was a great choice. We definitely want to go back and stay lorger in the spring time.

My family and I stayed at this hotel during a quick weekend winter trip to South Jersey. I really wasn't looking for anything crazy as we would be out most of the time, but I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service provided from registration. Michelle and Jay were excellent! Michelle made sure to hook me up with coupons to eateries nearby and brochures to places I mentioned my family and I would be visiting. She also let me know about all the happenings at the hotel during our stay (e.g., movies, complementary mimosas, etc) The room was fantastic for my little family and I. Clean and stocked with the basics! My only negative is the garage. My car is a little low, and the steep inclines were not nice to my undercarriage, but overall, the experience was nice enough to make me want to book in the future.

Wow! This hotel is very nice! My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The checkin process was simple and accommodating. The room was clean and has plenty of space. The pool and hot tub are amazing. It's location is close to all the casinos and shopping. I used the mobile check out and the process was also simple and trouble free. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

I traveled to AC for a conference from 12/9 - 12/12. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The team was kind and professional, the room was wonderful plus clean, and the location was perfect. I will definitely return next year. By far one of the most enjoyable stays I've recently experienced.

Wow! This was the best hotel we have stayed in in Atlantic City! And not any more than we would pay normally. Actually it was cheaper than some. We've stayed in and we're not as nice. The rooms are almost brand new. The areas are huge with a nice kitchenette and balcony. It was also nice that the rooms are either north or south facing so you always get an Ocean view. We had a south facing room so we're able to watch the sunset prior to heading to our concert. It was really neat that they also gave you a wristband that served for security into the hotel as well as your room key! It was so nice to be able to not have to rummage through your purse and wallet to try to find your key. It was super convenient to the Hard Rock which is where we were going to a concert as well as the boardwalk and other casinos. Everybody at the hotel was so friendly. Everything was super clean and I felt very safe. I don't think we would stay anywhere else in Atlantic City after having stayed here.

Dealing with Boardwalk Resorts has been an absolute nightmare. I first heard from Lisa S. on April 15, 2025, and promptly replied with a detailed response on April 21, 2025. You’d think that would warrant at least a shred of acknowledgment, right? Wrong. Instead, I got a nearly identical email on April 28, 2025, as if my previous response didn’t exist. Is ignoring your paying customers your idea of “hospitality”?This entire experience has been one endless cycle of stress and frustration. Your sales presentation dragged on for five hours instead of the promised two, just to sell me on a “valuable investment” that conveniently excluded skyrocketing maintenance fees. Those fees now weigh on me like a financial ball and chain, and as a single mom with a new job, I can no longer afford this mess.I’ve reached out, explained my hardship, and asked to return this timeshare. But instead of offering any help, it seems you’ve chosen radio silence. Funny how you’re in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, yet still refuse to offer any relief to the people keeping you afloat. How thoughtful. If anyone’s even considering Boardwalk Resorts, take my advice and steer far, far away. You’ll save yourself time, money, and endless frustration.

This hotel is a good price for the boardwalk. Just keep in mind, it is literally the furthest property down the boardwalk, very far away from much of the boardwalk activity. The balcony room is a plus. The floor where our room was seemed under renovation in the hallway. The floor had a cardboard material taped on it covering the carpet. The carpet itself was old and dingy. Our room was inviting with a small kitchen and dishwasher. Pots and pans to cook for yourself and a dishwasher. Refrigerator and microwave included. The room that we had was clean but seemed out dated ( I forgot to take pictures). We only went to this hotel to check out the time shares with the presentation but I wouldn’t want a time share in this semi run down hotel. The staff was pleasant, parking was convenient. The soul food restaurant on the 7th floor was very good and reasonable prices. Great view of the ocean as well. I probably wouldn’t stay here again mainly because of the far distance it was from the casinos and other venues on the boardwalk.

***WILL NOT BEING GOING BACK.Rooms were a decent size, having a kitchenette was nice. Having a $50 fee for any unwashed dishes seemed a little crazy. The elevators were TERRIBLY SLOW! We wasted over an HOUR waiting for the elevator throughout our 2 day stay. The views were great and the Kelsey & Kim restaurant inside had great food! The room was not cleaned very well, trash and food on the floor by the nightstand which was noticed when using the outlet. Missing bathroom supplies and had to call room service, they came in and questioned it like I was lying. The cherry on top: our toilet overflowed the night before check out, water filled the bathroom and over flowed onto the carpet by the time we got it stopped. Called for service and someone came to stop the overflow and said they would send room service. Stayed up waiting to use the bathroom before bed, not easy to do with a 5 year old. After 30-40 mins we called for service again. After an HOUR AND HALF we had to slip shoes on to use the bathroom. ROOM SERVICE NEVER SHOWED UP! Called again in the morning and they said room service would be up by 8 AM when they arrived. Waited in the room as we did not have any towels, they brought us a bag of towels and never cleaned the bathroom!!! It was still never cleaned by the time we checked out at 11am. Not to mention you have to strip down all the bedding before leaving, wash all the dishes and gather the trash and towels. Not what I was expecting while on vacation.

I think just about everyone that stays here smokes. It's great if you like the smell of pot and cigarette smoke every time you go out on your balcony. I prefer the fresh salt air personally. The elevator wait is horrible.I guess the young staff at restaurants don't smile and say good morning anymore. I left after 10 minutes waiting for a coffee (for the second time) and there were only a few patrons. It was first thing in the morning. I think I was invisible. The room location and view was nice. And the room itself was clean and spacious. This is a one and done for me.

Busy and very nice hotel. Amazing views. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. I enjoyed the less busy location and the pier views. It's a big place and my only complaints are with the elevator and amenities. There are 4 elevators but on the busiest day there seem to be only one operating. It took forever to get anywhere within the hotel or out of it. We were on the 20th floor. And we were disappointed with the vending machines and lack of convenience type products like coffee or casual eateries. But for a nice place to stay to enjoy Atl city. I would recommend.

I stayed at the flagship resort from December 28, 2024 until Mid January 2025; there was a big delay checking out & eventually I just had to leave because they couldn't find my $50 security deposit ( which was paid in cash ) to refund it to me. Clearly the person who checked me in working the night shift at the front desk ( SARAH ) was either irresponsible with the cash or stole the money because no one ever got back to me about the money.I never received any room service besides security harassing me and leaving notes on my door about a vacuum. The pool and hot tub have hair and whatever else floating around the water, the Baseboard radiator by the hot tub is rusted, has no cover and you can see all of the debris, insects, and trash left unattended to underneath. The pool guy is usually rude, inattentive and looking to close before the pool hours are over. Most of the amenities close way too early, and some days the restaurant or bar settings isn't even open. Very disappointed. Very disgusted.Stay was a zero star.

Beautiful! Beautiful! 😍When I tell you the rooms was beautiful, the rooms were beautiful. Two bathrooms one a full size bathroom. The other one is a half size bathroom.Stainless steel refrigerator microwave just overall, just a very warm, romantic, cuddly feeling. And the view at night is beautiful. You can hear the water crashing against the rocks. Very meditating.Reasonable price. Definitely coming back. Couldn't ask for a better room. 💗

Dealing with Flagship’s timeshare has been beyond frustrating. We’ve reached out so many times for help to get out of our agreement, but no one responds or offers any kind of assistance. To make things worse, we keep seeing people here being told to “contact@60north.net” for help. That’s the same email we’ve already tried! And got absolutely nothing back. It’s exhausting and it seems no one actually wants to help. Meanwhile, this whole thing is hurting our credit and adding so much stress to our lives. We just want this resolved. When we signed up for this, we were completely misled. They told us it was a great financial investment, that we could pass it down to our kids, and it sounded so easy to use, rent out, or even sell if needed. None of that turned out true—trust me, we’ve never even been able to use the thing! What they didn’t tell us is that the maintenance fees would keep going up every year, turning this into a financial nightmare. The sales process was also super high-pressure. We were stuck in a presentation for hours and had multiple salespeople pushing us nonstop. They made so many promises they couldn’t keep, and now we’re stuck in this mess that they won’t help fix.Honestly, we’re fed up. The stress and financial burden is too much. We need real answers and actual action to get out of this. Ignoring us isn’t okay—we need Flagship to actually step up and help.Kenneth & LaNisha

If I could give zero stars, I would. The level of neglect and utter disrespect from this company is beyond unacceptable. We have tried to address a serious issue with our membership, and every attempt to contact them has been met with complete silence. Loyal clients like us deserve better than to be ignored outright. Is this how you show gratitude for your paying customers? Meanwhile, you have no problem charging us on time every single month—how convenient for you.We reached out to Howard Alter, the Vice President of Owner Relations, hoping for some accountability. Instead, we received nothing more than a generic, copy-paste response that completely ignored our specific concerns. Since then, silence. What kind of customer care is this? Are we not worth a proper response? Or does Mr. Alter think he’s above addressing the real issues affecting loyal clients like us?We have no family, no heirs, no one to transfer this membership to, and yet we’re stuck in an impossible situation. This feels like a blatant exploitation of customers with no other options. A viable resolution must exist to relinquish this membership without further financial strain, but apparently, that’s not something this company or Mr. Alter is interested in offering.Sure, you've expressed sympathy for our financial circumstances before, but guess what? Sympathy without action is meaningless. We are not asking nicely anymore; we are demanding that you fix this situation. Howard Alter, as Vice President of Owner Relations, should be embarrassed by this level of disregard. Your hollow response and subsequent silence are unacceptable and disgraceful. This matter is urgent, and we’re sick of the wasted time and indifference. We demand a clear solution immediately—REAL action, not another template response. Enough is enough. Step up and take ownership of this issue, before your reputation reflects the disaster your company has become.

Please don't consider purchasing a timeshare with this company! THERE IS NO BUY BACK OPTION but the salesperson won't tell you that. OTHER COMPANIES HAVE BUY BACK OPTIONS. My husband and I purchased over twenty years ago. Our mortgage has been paid for years and we have faithfully paid our maintenance fees. I reached out to them one year ago to see if we could sell it back because it hasn't been used since 2020 due to health related issues. I was advised they were unable to rescind the contract. If you decide to purchase be aware that you will be obligated to pay the maintenance fee for the rest of your life, no matter how your life circumstances change. You can be guaranteed that your maintenance fee will go up every year. Our maintenance fee for a studio is currently $914.76 for 8 days, 7 nights. We can currently rent a room at Flagship for as little as $58.00 a night on line. Do the math, it is absolutely not worth it. Forewarned is forearmed.
