The staff is so rude at this hotel on November 13, 2025. My wife and daughter were in Biloxi for a dance competition. We made hotel reservations months in advance, like we always do. I typically make all the hotel reservations for the family. This particular weekend I was in another state with our other daughter. I gave that credit card I booked this hotel with to my wife and it did have my name on it. We aren’t typically traveling separate and have 1 card we use for all traveling. I called the hotel twice- weeks and the week leading up to my wife checking in to confirm reservation. I even called when my wife left the house to head to Biloxi (3 1/2 hours away) to let them know she would not be checking in until 11 pm or so. The reservation was under my wife’s name but the credit card used was under my name. Not once did anyone mention to make sure the card used either had to have my wife’s name on it or we needed to fill out a credit card authorization form- which we have done. The lady I spoke with too let them know my wife was on the way was pleasant on the phone. She even said that she would be there until her shift ended at 11pm and she would be waiting for my wife and daughter and thanked us for our previous stays- which were a few. My wife arrived around 11:15pm and a new person was there checking in that I had spoke to. She was completely rude to my wife. She was not letting my wife check in because of the credit card. My wife called me while in front of her and I was on speaker phone she was talking down to my wife as if she stole a credit card or something. I asked her to send me the authorization form and I would gladly fill it out. She started speaking rude to me as if I was wasting her time. She said the form wasn’t working and she couldn’t send it to me and my wife needed to go find a new place to stay because she couldn’t help us. It is now 11:30 at night. I immediately got on the phone with the Hampton Inn across the street and they were so helpful. The lady even talked me through setting up the reservation online and working with me to properly do the Id’ing so my wife could check in without me with that card. If you are going to Biloxi for anything- no one deserves to me spoken to the way this hotel staff talks to people. There is a Hampton Inn and Hyatt across the street that are way more pleasant to deal with. We travel a lot with our daughters dancing and sports. We have never been treated so rudely at a hotel. This hotel needs to send their employees to hospitality training to learn how to treat customers. DON’T STAY HERE

The front desk attendants Samantha and Jennifer were amazing and their assistance, customer service is what changed our trip from staying just one night at South Beach Biloxi Hotel to cancelling our reservations at a nearby resort the following 2 nights and staying the remainder of our vacation at South Beach Biloxi. Every suite has an ocean view of some degree, the building itself has an outside balcony that has a bar, sitting area, designated smoking area and provided Heavenly views of the ocean sunrises and sunsets. My husband and I will definitely be staying here again! BTW, I do believe it is the ONLY true OCEANFRONT hotel in Biloxi; every other hotel may offer ocean front views , but they are ACROSS the street.

This hotel condominium stands out for its stunning design and immaculate cleanliness. Every detail feels thoughtfully considered, and the entire space sparkles from top to bottom. Whether you're relaxing in the common areas or settling into your private room, you'll notice how fresh, tidy, and inviting everything feels.

Stayed here 2 years ago and loved it. Returned and we we sadly disappointed. The kitchenette didn’t have any dishes. For what we paid I was shocked at the request to dispose of our trash and bring our used towels to the laundry bin at the end of hall.

Location is good and views of the water from the balcony were beautiful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely Staff, But Poor Handling from Management

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and always appreciated how lovely and welcoming the front desk staff are. The location is great, and I’ve generally had a relaxing time — part of what brought me back.

However, on my most recent stay, I had a disappointing experience with upper management. I received an aggressive phone call from someone in charge after housekeeping found a pack of cigarettes on the balcony. I understand and respect hotel policies — and I accept the $250 smoking fee — but the tone of the call was unnecessarily hostile and not in line with the customer service I’ve come to expect from this place.

What was even more surprising was being told I was banned from the property over this, especially considering that in past visits the balconies have often smelled strongly of marijuana — which seemed to go unaddressed.

I still want to give credit where it’s due: the regular staff have always been lovely. But this experience left a sour taste and made me feel like a long-time guest was treated unfairly and disrespectfully.

First time staying here but I was very pleased. The rooms were really spacious and the view was great.
Cleanliness could have been better. It looked clean but after walking barefoot in the room, the kids feet were pretty bad.
Most of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I only experienced one that was a little rude but she came around.
The location is great! I will definitely stay here again. We loved the fully stocked kitchen.
Parking in the garage is a struggle. There aren’t many spaces and it’s very hard to turn around once you get in and discover it’s full.
The pool was nice and clean.
Just be aware that the double queen rooms don’t necessarily mean two queen beds. One of the beds is actually the pull out sofa. You’ll need to specifically ask for a two bedroom, if you need two beds.
They do have cots if needed and they were very comfortable.

Sure the room was nice, amenities were nice but the staff - especially front desk clerk Jennifer - were outstanding!! She had a pleasant, helpful attitude and a welcoming demeanor that made me feel at home. Best customer service I’ve ever received - hands down.

Location is amazing. Right st the beach you can literally walk there within 20 seconds. Also the parking lot right at the hotel is great. Staff during the breakfast are really friendly. Sadly the room only gets cleaned every 7 days which is really not good and should happen every day. Rooms are nice but the mattresses are old and need to be replaced badly. Also the beach towels are the size of a tea towel. Couldn’t even really dry our toddler off with them. The pool is nice but literally in the parking lot which isn’t ideal. I expected a little more for 190 dollars a night.

Our three day stay here represents one of the very best lodging experiences ever! The Jamaican breakfast lady greeted us in such a warm, friendly manner and was extremely accommodating and helpful with keeping the buffet line stocked — she asked if we needed extra items and genuinely seemed to want to us to enjoy our meal and feel valued, which we did. Clean carpet in hallways down to the elevators even and scented fragrances in the air, clean and comfortable!!. Our one bedroom deluxe suite had special touches which made us feel safe, and well accommodated. I look forward to our next visit to Biloxi and our next wonderful stay at South Beach!

We have been looking for a place to stay on the Coast with our children. We had a two bedroom semi-suite, which was lovely for us! But would not work with the kids. The second bedroom was a windowless box with an uncomfortable bed. And there was 1 1/2 bathrooms...OK for only 2 people.
Could have used a couple of niceties, like a towel rod in the half bath. Paper towels in the kitchen would have been very useful.
The rooms were clean. The view was wonderful! All very nice. Location was great. We plan to stay there again, but not with the kids.
We stay here every time we are in this area & they never disappoint. Rooms & hotel always clean, staff are friendly. The beds are so comfortable! Shower pressure was amazing. This time we had a partial ocean view & it was perfect. Home away from home that always gets 5 stars from us.

Our family loves the South Beach Hotel!! The vibe is very upscale and “home away from home” at the same time somehow! 10/10 recommend rooms, service, and location! We like to walk to nearby restaurants or shops, or even drive the few miles to any desired location OR stay in! The views are great and the staff is very attentive and friendly. It is our 1st choice when staying on the coast!

This review is for the CHECK-IN staff on ground floor. Adarvius was so nice and knowledgeable. He made check in quick and he accommodated my lack of knowledge. He made me want to stay but baby look at Ko Keisha review and it's true. I won't put any negative on him, This is his reference letter. He is the best...Diamond....boy is one of a kind!!
The location of the hotel is nice and the view from our room was nice. However, we had huge roaches in both rooms that we were in on the 18th floor. We slept with the lights on in fear of more roaches coming.

The bedding was rough and not clean, so bring your own. The food at the restaurants were overly priced and not good. Overall, my expectations were not met and this hotel could definitely use major improvements and an exterminator!!!

A little bit priced over the top for sure. Water park was fun, came with the room. Would not pay separately if needed. No service except for food and beverage at pool. The room attendants were wonderful.
Rooms are very minimal luxury. Hallways need some sprucing up a bit. Rugs in rooms definitely need cleaning!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆

My friend and I took our littles for a 3-day trip to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Overall, the staff we interacted with—mostly dining and front desk—were very kind and professional. Everyone we passed in the halls greeted us with smiles, waves and or kind words which was refreshing. Service when we requested an extra blanket was quick and polite.

Dining:
The food at the café was very disappointing. We ordered four entrées and one appetizer, and unfortunately each dish had some kind of issue. Our server, however, was excellent—very attentive and even offered to make it right. Having worked in the service industry ourselves, we decided to just let it go, but I wouldn’t dine there again. On the upside, we did enjoy Doe’s Eat Place during our stay.

Rooms:
This area definitely needs improvement. The bedding felt very “outdated” and questionable, the carpet was in poor condition, and our fridge never really got cold. On top of that, the ice machine was consistently on a 45+ minute delay the entire stay. Being this is such a kid friendly place there really should be a microwave on the floor.

Other notes:
For the price point, I really feel there should be some added value—such as a complimentary breakfast or arcade card—especially since the pool area closes after October.

Being the service here is so great I would love to add this place to our rotation for our staycations but I do feel they need a little revamping especially for this price point.

First off the staff are amazing 👏 the coffee shop was a guilty pleasure every night, be careful its addictive! The rooms are spotless, the housekeeping staff all kind and do an amazing job. The pool is a 10/10, our 2 kiddos were in heaven, we loved loved loved the lazy river. What more could you ask for with restaurants on site as well, you honestly dont have to leave the resort. The arcade was also a huge hit, this is the place to go if you have children and also want to relax!

Room was dirty. Needed vacuuming. Mold in bathroom. Stained towels. Had trouble getting more towels. Flat sheet instead of fitted sheet. Sheets looked very worn. Stained blanket and head board. Asked for another blanket…never got it. I went to gift shop to buy a decent blanket to use while there. Broke latch on balcony door. Around 3:45 Housekeeping came in my room without knocking and while my “do not disturb” sign was on door. No apology just walked back out like they were surprise that someone was in the room. Very rude. So after that I didn’t feel safe. Kids running and jumping in almost on top of guest in lazy river, no parents minding their kids and staff just did nothing. A family down the hall had their room safe broke into. Money, jewelry stolen. Elevators very slow. Front desk manager was very rude when my husband asked questions about parking. I was very disappointed especially since this was not a cheap vacation.

We was told this was a great family fun place to come. The attractions are the best part about this place. The rooms are absolutely gross. For the price we paid I feel like we in a gross hotel room. We drove all the way up here so I’m trying to suck it up but this is uncalled for. We also ate dinner at the dinner tonight 3 table are settled and took over a hour for our food. We had to get up and go find out what was going on. We orders a kids meal and a few sandwiches and a salad. I’m very unsatisfied and uncomfortable sleeping in theses rooms.

Just a quick overnight girls getaway. Our room was 2 queen beds for 4 people, was spacious and a lovely surprise for us -balcony with a Gulf view! The bathroom was spacious as well, the whole room was comfortable. We really went for the pool. The pool is large lots of chairs all around a fun little kids area on one side, deeper pool with swim up bar, slides, lazy river. It was very nice. Saturday was crowded, but Sunday was less so. We met the official Margaritaville Mermaid. Some shade available but not much so plan accordingly. Pool is on the same level as the cafe & restrooms. Outdoor bar attached to inside cafe so there are snacks available. Heads up the nachos are ridiculous and tasty, it's a huge amount of food. More then enough for 4 people to share. Next door is Paradise Pier, ride attraction tickets for sale at main entrance. But no charge to walk around or sit and listen to music. Snacks available for sale. We walked over after the pool closed for the evening at 9pm the Pier closes at 10pm but it was a nice way to spend an hour.

I really wanted to enjoy my stay at this resort, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. While I have to give credit where it’s due—the staff were genuinely friendly and did their best with what they had—the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired.

First, checking in was painfully slow. We waited far too long just to get our room keys, and there didn’t seem to be much organization at the front desk.

Once we finally settled in, we were looking forward to a nice dinner at the on-site restaurant. Unfortunately, they were out of half the items on the menu. It was honestly shocking. Every other option we asked about was “unavailable” and we ended up settling for meals we didn’t really want. The food we did get was average at best.

The resort itself feels like it’s running on autopilot—facilities were underwhelming, and there was a general sense of things not being maintained or managed well.

It’s a shame because the service was probably the only highlight. The staff were courteous, helpful, and professional throughout. But good service can only do so much when everything else is a letdown

I was nervous about taking my kids here due to the recent bad reviews but for us it was great! The room was clean and the view from the balcony was nice, the customer service was great and there were plenty of things for the kids to do in the resort and nearby areas. I know some people complained about the prices for things being expensive but, as far as resorts go, this one was very reasonable. My kids and I were happy with it and I would recommend it to other families.

This was my kids' and I first trip to margaritaville. My 7-year-old had fun. My older kids felt that it was more of a kiddie thing and not as much for teenagers. With the resort, you only get the pool amenity, and you have to pay extra for the amusement park as that is not a part of the room resort package. The rooms were ok. I loved the balcony view of the boats and looking directly at the Golden Nugget. They did have fun at the arcade that's located on the resort. It's not the hype that everyone was making it out to be. It is a pretty cool place to take younger kids if they are into the water because they have a pool, lazy river, and a slide. I do recommend trying it for yourself to get your own experience of it. And let me not forget the desk clerk Serenity that checked us in. She had the best customer service. She was so polite and patient with us as we checked in. Her personality was everything. She made it worth the stay.

My family absolutely loves staying here. The whole resort is just nice. Everything is super clean from the parking deck, the lobby, the elevators, to the room. Every single employee we've ever encountered has been friendly and inviting, even to the point that we literally re booked another trip when the water park was open based solely on the recommendation of one of the desk workers. The water park while small was plenty for my kids and was as clean as the rest of the place, the towels they provided were nice and actually dried you off. The food is affordable and delicious and so is the coffee . The arcade is one of the most impressive I've ever seen. We will definitely continue to return over and over again. We stay with the PCA rodeo and also travel here for pleasure now!

We were there the beginning of March for only one night on a whim. We were referred by a local. Our room was booked the day of the stay on a Wednesday over the phone. It was mid week so we were given the choice of views. We picked the 22nd floor which is very high and took a few minutes to get used to you. The balcony was a lovely place to watch the sunrise. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice except one lady must have been hangry. We did meet the most amazing employee Patty who changed our lives forever because some people are made for hospitality and understanding human nature. The pizza was tasty for the value. The woman who ran the adventure park were amazing with the kids and parents. We felt very safe with them. The woman working the tiny coffee shop that morning by herself had a fabulous attitude being so busy plus her iced latte was amazing too. I hope your family adventures are great too! Oh and there was no stupid hidden fees either, it was the cost given over the phone plus normal taxes.

It's been a while since we went, but I can tell you that we loved this hotel. The lobby was nice and had a café and bar in it. The roof is where the pool, a restaurant, and bar is. The kids absolutely lived the pool area. One floor also had an arcade, and it was so fun. This hotel is also close to all the casinos so you can walk to where you want to go. I will go back when I save up again.

I was there with a group of 5 adults and we were happy with our stay. Easy to get to. Great location. Easy to get to anything else in town. Prices were affordable, but we were also there off-season. Definitely well suited for family trips. My only wish as an adult-only party is that the bar would have been open later (everything shut down at 9 pm). The bartender was excellent - great on offering up drink ideas, was very knowledgeable and didn't shy away from unique requests. Good variety of beers and alcohol. Their drink menu needs work - it didn't really showcase what they can truly make. Even from a margarita perspective, which is strange for obvious reasons. Try mixing the guava and passion fruit for a margarita! It's definitely a menu created by someone who isn't a bartender. Prices were a bit steep so it was probably good that it closed when it did, but they were poured well. If you are an adult, you can very easily walk across the parking lot to the golden Nugget, although a lot of that shut down even on a Friday night earlier than I ever would have guessed for a casino. They do have a nice ice cream and sweets shop right inside that I'd recommend if you want some ice cream. Our ice cream shakes were great! They're also open until 11 pm. They sell candy by the oz, have ice cream by the scoop, malts, and lots of fudge and other sweet items to buy.

The rooms were what we would have expected and it was great that we were able to even get rooms that connected for our group of 5. We didn't anticipate or book with that intention but it worked out great, especially considering we didn't book the rooms on the same reservation. The staff was great! There is lots of available, easy parking. The wristbands make it very easy to get into any place you need to go, including your room. The view was great! I'd stay here again if I visit Biloxi.

We are staying here next weekend and will review the rooms and service then. But this place is great for families. Granted it's February and the pools and water features are closed but the boardwalk/ amusement park looked fun for the littles. I did not see any slots here nor did it smell like cigarettes so points there. The atmosphere did smell like fake coconut but hey it's themed. The arcade is great. There is a climbing wall and an elevated harness obstacle course. Keep in mind this is an amusement resort so expect to pay premium prices for drinks etc. my kid loved it we will be back in the future

This is the best arcade I have ever been to. They have every game you can want to play. They also are not trying to rip you off with thier games. For $60 3 of us played non stop for several hours! That was a win. My wife and son had such a great time we went back the next day to play more.

Pretty nice experience. Except that there were maybe 10 people booked in the entire hotel and then on the last night we were there, they put a family with a bunch of kids RIGHT next to our room? Why... The place was empty. There are like 20 floors, there's no way they couldn't have spaced people out better. Anyways, besides that, the arcade was fun. However, they closed at like 9, which was sort of lame... it's fun to late night game especially when there's like no one in there, they had 2 security guards down there making sure we didn't sneak into the arcade... but why not just keep the games open and just pay those 2 people to make sure people aren't messing up the arcade... and just keep the little ticket/prize exchange shop closed.... you're still paying 2 people to sit up there and do nothing... anyways just my 2 cents, it'd be fun to late night game.

The food was decent, however Wesley the server in Margaritaville was AMAZING, he's such a sweetheart. Highly recommend asking for Wesley and tipping him well, because he was lovely.

Superhost Definition... Roel & Chan! First, had Covid travel issues getting to island which Roel solved with his connections (we started calling him the “Mayor”), answered all our island questions while there, and immediately retrieved anything needed! This is an apartment attached to their wonderful home, yet more than enough privacy... and kept sooo clean and done so at your request. Unbelievable view from the couch, the deck (with 2 chaises), or 2 Adirondack chairs right on beach. Also beach umbrella and BBQ. A/C w/fan in both bedroom & living room, games, books, kayaks, SUP, “refreshments-cheers,” 1+1/4 mile beach, and water with no water shoes required to indulge. In fact, never wore shoes for 3 weeks, even to the 2 beach bar/restaurants 4 min away. There are 3 grocery stores not far (accept CC) and small market 2 blocks (cash only). Checked off all the boxes for us (returning next year😎😎). Did we mention the view?! Did we mention Roel & Chan... also their gentleman of a 10 yr old son!?

The listing boasts the luxurious waterfront deck where “guests can relax in privacy”. Nowhere in the description is it mentioned that this is a shared deck with their family who (also surprisingly) lives on the opposite side of the wall from you, not quite in what a “main house” on the property would be interpreted as. We felt like we were being watched through the windows & their family spent much of the time out on the deck & in the ocean making us feel as if we had no privacy to enjoy the deck alone, which was entire reason we booked this listing.
A street view of their address isn’t visible on Google so we weren’t able to get a realistic idea of what the neighborhood looks like before arrival, therefore an accurate portrayal from the host was something we heavily relied on. The photos would lead you to believe that this in the middle of a bustling touristy island destination w/ beautiful homes along the water, when in reality the town is falling apart; tons of dilapidated housing, abandoned homes & cars, & sketchy guys roaming the streets who were loitering, yelling at us, and tapping on our car windows. We saw essentially no tourists in their area. Terrifying to drive around, let alone walk.
On day 2 of our stay, we were mugged right outside the property & a man ran off with my beach bag. We immediately called Roel & Chanaz who stated they “certainly didn’t want us to feel uncomfortable” & would swing by when they returned home. There is essentially non existent police presence on the island. We were sure that any compassionate human being would be understanding that we wanted to go stay somewhere we felt more safe for the remainder of our trip. Turns out they’d lack any understanding or sympathy whatsoever, were irritated that we wanted to leave, & weren’t willing to provide us with a refund. We were so shaken up from this event & left that same night to go stay at a safe hotel. We never touched any of the alcohol they provided & cleaned up the airbnb exceptionally as if we were never there. The hosts have since ignored all communication with us & with the exception of a small amount the cancellation policy allowed for (totaling less than one night’s stay), refused to submit a refund for the 5 remaining nights we didn’t even stay on their property. It feels as if the hosts place no value on their guests comfort & safety & seem concerned only with keeping their money for the stay.
Lastly, the AC in the bedroom was not working. We told Roel who came over to take a look at it & he verbally acknowledged it was definitely not working. He didn’t fix it for us & would try to get someone over to fix it at some point. Upon discussing this with Airbnb, we found Roel supposedly provided documentation that the AC was working fine. This would mean he had it serviced after we left & played it off as if it was always working. Not only were we left feeling our hosts were dishonest for multiple reasons, but we felt so disrespected that our concerns were made to be unimportant & felt obviously fearful & so discouraged this is how the start of our honeymoon went. All specifics aside, it’s just not right to keep someone’s money after they tell you they don’t feel comfortable in your home and want to leave.
I’m sure they mean well and are just trying to pick up the pieces after a category 5 hurricane destroyed their neighborhood (which is devastating & we have great sympathy for those who suffered from it), but we feel that some sort of disclosure should have been given that the surrounding area isn’t nearly as luxurious as their property would suggest.
If something happens to you & you have to leave, don’t expect Roel & Chanaz to care, they got paid already. I suggest having a paper trail of every communication you have with them.

PS another heads up - the 5 star review written above by Roel Kokkelmans...that’s the owner. Does the dishonesty ever end? Lol

Update: Amex ruled in our favor and we received a full refund.

Awesome place to stay! Cannot beat the views and location. Owners are very accommodating and helpful for what ever you need and have thought of everything you would need. Love this place! Definitely would return if we are so luck. Don't hesitate to book.

Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort Without Balcony

Plot twist! Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort takes a different approach, offering floor-to-ceiling windows instead of traditional balconies. While this might be a dealbreaker for those specifically seeking outdoor space, these massive windows provide unobstructed views of the bay and surrounding areas.

The clever design includes automated room-darkening shades, ensuring the views are both accessible and aesthetically pleasing. It’s like having a balcony experience, minus the actual balcony.

Located near Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort and Beau Rivage, IP Casino Resort & Spa puts you at the heart of Biloxi’s entertainment scene. Whether you’re here for the casino action or a luxurious getaway, IP Casino promises an unforgettable stay with its top-notch amenities and exceptional service.

I recently went here for my birthday (my first time visiting) and it was a wonderful experience. From my room, I was able to see the pool and pretty fixture on the roof. The bathroom has 2 shower heads and the mirror has a light built into it which would make for amazing pictures as well.
Everything in the lobby is decorated so beautifully for the holiday season and the staff seem really sweet. I wish I was able to take advantage of the round of golf that we were offered, but I spent more time exploring the rest of the casino/room. However, I did enjoy seeing the volcano on the golf course. Maybe next time I will be able to see it erupt.
I didn't get to try everything there but the pizza at Ami Pizza is amazing! I do recommend you all give it a try and don't forget to get your players card for rewards.
I took a few pictures of a really pretty wall because of the rocks 😅.

The staff is very friendly and always read to help if needed. I felt very safe. The rooms are wonderful for the price and casino layout is open enough to house all the visitors. Room service was delicious, I recommend the french toast for breakfast. The location is good, and easy to get to off of I10. I will definitely be back.

This really is a 5 star hotel. I have stayed at many of the closer hotels. Manly because of the charter trips. The beau being a favorite. However wow this hotel offers great amenities the room was open, couch the blinds are automatic, one of the first hotels with good bathroom lighting, and a mirror you can see the back of your head. Also the lights go on automatically very nice touches. I really like the security of no one getting to the rooms. Overall thos hotel to me was one of the best stays, clean, comfy and I slept wonderfully. Updated. Bright everything you could ask for. Getting to the other casinos was no problem and I missed nothing and enjoyed being away from the hustle. I would stay here every time. 10/10

Honestly not bad.

My first time staying at a casino hotel that was not immediately on the strip.

Beautiful hotel with the proper safety precautions in place!

We ended up here as our preferred hotel was sold out.

And the scarlet pearl only had smoking rooms available- I have never stayed in a smoking room before ! First & last time doing so!!!

The rooms were beautiful but the smoking rooms had carpet which holds smoke & other odors it was awful when you first walk into the room so much so we had to request a different room - still smoking room but much more tolerable.

The rooms could use some sort of vacuum to remove the smell.

The casino was nice , staff were great & seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I do recommend this hotel just not a smoking room lol

We stayed at the Scarlet Pearl for our anniversary. The staff was amazing. Everyone was very friendly. They had security everywhere but it was in no way over bearing. Great price on the room. And the resort was clean and upscale. Would definitely go back!

Went to check in and the room I requested on high floor away from elevator 5 months in advance when booking was not available even though I was assured it would be. They upgraded me to a panoramic room on a low floor by the elevator with a great view of a parking garage. Not an upgrade in any sort of way. To make the stay worst the person in the room next door had the TV so loud from midnight to 2:00am they could not hear the front desk calling out security pounding on their door. Security had to get a key to gain access to turn it down. Wild have been nice if the hotel took care of this when I initially called but no it took 3 calls over an hour to respond. Their excuse was short staffed in security. No alternative room could even be offered because they claim they were sold out. To top it off when I asked for a 1 hour delayed checkout they insisted I pay $50. Eventually a manager said they would waive it. For a 4 star hotel their service is severely lacking. After this lack of sleep and lack of care I'm taking my business back to Beau Rivage where you get actual 4 star service with upgrades that look at the water and not a parking garage.

The room overall was nice. Big bathroom. Small bed area. Had to get replacement room keys since mine stopped working out of nowhere. What I dont like very much is the process to get up to your room. You need to show your key card and drivers license to the guard there. When you check in you have to add all the names of people staying with you or they won't allow them up. I appreciate the security but it seems to be overkill. Casino wise decent drink service but limited table games. I'd stay again but wouldn't be my first choice.

I just have to say that the security guard named Mr. Clovis was absolutely amazing.. my husband and I had come to play our free play and when we came back to our vehicle the battery was dead and it wouldn't crank.. Mr Clovis pulled up in his cart and immediately helped with assisting us. He went and got us a jumper-box and within 2 minutes we were up and running.. we had a brief conversation an we found out he was 73 years old and still working hard, and enjoying life..He was so kind, helpful, and overall a nice person.. I just wish there was more people in the world as nice as him.. he should definitely be on the top of the list for a raise! Thank you so much Mr Clovis!

We did not stay at this hotel but parked overnight in their lot with the RV. We went inside for dinner and enjoyed a fantastic meal. The sports book was very nice with a large variety of sports available. Lots of slots and table games were available, and we walked away with a little profit. The only complaint is that smoking is allowed, but the air is mostly fresh inside. A beautiful casino I would definitely come back to.

I stayed here for 3 weeks with my husband and I honestly am going to miss staying here. The service was amazing and the housekeeping. There are restaurants down stairs including a local bakery. We played mini golf ⛳️ and they have this cool volcano that shoots fire. Dog friendly, and if you need puppy pads they will bring you some and that was really helpful. The security people are so nice with a smile every time, they were more happy every time they seen the puppy 🐶. The bell men were also very friendly and helpful every time. I’m going to miss this place.

Ever since I came back to the US after leaving in Europe I have been visiting this casino. My host Karol is great!!!! She has been taking care of me since 2018 but I had to leave in 2019 due to my military obligations. Now that I am back it is always a great experience when I come visit. From casino floor staff to the steakhouse and guards, everyone is amicable. I do miss your crab legs and hopefully you will have a spa one day so I wont need to go anymore to other casinos to get a relaxing massage and use the jacuzzi.

The room was beautiful and very clean. We loved the security in the place. There was ample parking in the parking garage with security patrolling day and night. The food at the restaurants was good. The service was good. The only thing we didn't like was the smell of smoke. With it being a casino, smoking is allowed, so that part is unavoidable when staying at a casino.

I've traveled to many places and met many people but the experience my family and I shared was fantastic and I mean that from the back of the house to the front. The moment we arrived Mr. Johnson and crew made us feel so welcome and appreciated and that was just parking. We were treated with the upmost respect and kindness checking into our room and the warmth of passion made our experience the best we've ever experienced. We would personally that Mr. Gill for the lifetime of memories my family and I experienced at the Scarlet Pearl Casino and to all the staff we love you and now we has adopted your place of business as our new home everytime we on the coast. Thanks for the best time of my life....

Stayed here while in town for a convention. Emilie at the front desk was extremely welcoming and upgraded our room for us. It was beautiful and very clean, with a great view of the Bay. Service was prompt to respond to any requests we made. The food at Ami Pizza was delicious and the cafe/bakery was great for both early morning coffee and late night desserts. Wish we hadn’t had to leave!

We love this hotel. The rooms have just been updated and are beautiful and comfortable. The casino does not have a very strong smoky smell and has a very pleasant aroma piped throughout the main area.
All the eatery’s serve great food; Scarlet’s steakhouse is a special treat and the size of the servings at Under The Oak are huge and food is great.
All the staff from the valet to the front desk reps are all friendly and very professional.

The Inn at Long Beach

The Inn at Long Beach features private balconies in many rooms, typically overlooking a central courtyard with a pool and jacuzzi. While you won’t get ocean views here, these balconies still provide that coveted outdoor space directly accessible from your room

Start your day with a complimentary breakfast buffet before heading out to explore the beach or take a dip in the outdoor pool.

This dramatic rating disparity (from 9.4/10 to 2/5 depending on the platform) suggests inconsistent experiences. The Inn at Long Beach seems best suited for travelers who prioritize cost and location over consistently high standards, but still want that balcony amenity.

Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the on-site gym, while business travelers can make use of the conference space. With perks like free parking, bike rentals, and beach towels, The Inn at Long Beach ensures a hassle-free stay. Coupled with its helpful staff and great locale, this hotel promises a delightful Gulf Coast experience for all guests.

The place surprised me I’ve driven by many times without ever walking inside. This week I spent three days and I must say the rooms were very, very nice and super clean. The service was impeccable. The staff was courteous and attentive. Very nice place I will return Hopefully soon. If you’re gonna stay on the coast and I’ve stayed at most every place on the coast you can’t do much better than the Inn at Long Beach

My husband and I loved this hotel. The service/staff is excellent. Clean rooms and lots of details to make guests happy. (i.e. you can borrow beach chairs from the front desk.) The beach is right across the street. We enjoyed the pool, too, and the breakfast is excellent. However, there is really nothing much to do locally, perhaps because we visited in the off-season? The ocean here was strangely waveless and flat, and laden with jellyfish, so we did not swim. Overall this venue is very charming.

From the minute you check in you are made to feel welcome! The staff is wonderful and the lobby inviting and BEAUTIFUL!!
Our room was clean and well appointed. The lobby area offers a lovely coffee/tea bar as well as seating that overlooks the pool and the Gulf.
Complimentary breakfast was a real treat and not to be missed!! You can even sit outside and enjoy the view as you begin your day with fresh fruit and LOTS of breakfast options!
Well done, indeed!!!
Thank you for our extra-special beach memories!
This place is a hidden gem! I love that I can walk out the lobby, cross the street (BE CAREFUL—IT’S BUSY) and be directly on the beach! The staff is sociable, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast has variety and is pretty decent compared to other hotels. When I come, I feel like I’m in the presence of family. I do recommend.

After getting booked out of rooms all over the beach the inn had some available and I was expecting much as staying at multiple hotels all around the country, but I have to say this place is one of the best I’ve been to it gives the Marriott a run for its money with how nice all the staff is to professionalism of management, right across the street from the beach and when I’m telling you that I despise eating breakfast at hotels this place has such good breakfast I’m going for seconds! If you’re going to book somewhere by the beach I’d say give this place a try!

Right across from the beach, which wasn’t crowded at all! And was in a great location! Quiet and close to everything!
Rooms were super clean, complementary breakfast was top notch and they even offered snacks throughout the day!

We had an amazing stay! Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly: front desk attendants, breakfast staff, and the pool guy! The breakfast was much better than the average hotel Continental breakfast. They even brought popsicles out to the pool for the kids. The rooms are fairly dated but still fine. We will definitely be back!!

It feels like staying with the best of friends!
Welcoming smiling with fresh baked cookies at checkin.
Our room had gorgeous Gulf Beach views with live oaks gracefully adorning the landscape surrounding the pool.
Wake up to a delicious breakfast that can only be described as amazing!
Our server had the kitchen prepare fresh fruit pancakes and warm flaky pastries for our table! Hot breakfast is a treat with grits, eggs, potatoes, sausages and biscuits. You won’t leave hungry here.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Easy, free parking in their own lot. Walk to the beach (after crossing a busy 4 lane road). Wonderful breakfast, much better than the typical Hampton or Holiday Inn Express offerings. If you're up for a longer stroll, you can walk west to the pier, or east for some food. Was one of those places that you wished you had spent more time. Small pool, at the time we were there (February) looked like it could use a little cleaning/ freshening. But we're not pool users, so no problem for us.

Stayed Feb 2023. Chose this hotel largely based on the positive reviews on Google. I agree with most, this was a very pleasant place to stay. Room was very clean, no smells, no mold, nothing like that. Beds were very comfy, I had a good night's sleep. Recommend getting a room where you can see the water. The area doesn't seem suspect or sketchy. Staff professional but also friendly. Breakfast was excellent. There was a slight vibration and noise heard in our room. It was minor, we didn't feel the need to report it. We plan to definitely come back, looking forward to it in fact.

One of the friendliest and nice hotels we have been at in awhile. Desk personnel were super helpful, professional and kind. The rooms were beyond comfortable. The bed very nice.
The breakfast buffet is better than the cruise we went on last month!
Give this hotel ( Inn) an 11 out of 10
Will be back!
