Clean spacious and nicely furnished apartment. Great location, fantastic city view.A fully functioning kitchen everything we needed was available. Bonus having a Whole Foods a few minutes walk.Staff were very easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay.We had a leak in the kitchen which was reported in the evening and rectified the following morning.Virtual remote check-in and check out was very simple.Held our bags after check out as we had an evening flight.

Wonderful stay at Kasa Magnificent Mile. One bedroom was perfect for our family of 3. Well equipped unit for a week long stay over Christmas. Building and unit were in optimal conditions and had fantastic city view. Great location, safe and convenient, walking distance to everything, restaurants, bars, groceries, shopping and city attractions. Opted to park our vehicle at city lot about .5 miles away, great in/out rate. Overall highly recommend Kasa and will stay here again.

Fabulous location, close to restaurants, bars, and shopping!Extremely responsive staff. Sofa bed not comfortable, but they did bring up an extra topper for it. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Were able to access exercise room as advertised, but not the residents pool or coffee bar. Again we weren’t told we could so that was as advertised. Very easy to communicate with staff, and check in and out a breeze. We asked for an early check in which was granted, and they held our bags for us after check out before our flight. Overall fantastic and lots of space.

Fantastic is an understatementEvery detail was immaculate... I felt like a princess... the fire place in my room was exceptional... the room was gorgeous, spacious, clean...The "shuttle" was the nicest car I've experienced in my life. Massaging seat, smart screen controls, spacious and I felt like a star rolling in that car. Some odd BMW I didn't know existed.

My wife and I stayed at the WA-Chicago overnight to celebrate her birthday. I must say that from the time we arrived to the time we checked out, we'd been nothing but impressed. Each staff member, whether it was valet attendants, bellmen, front desk receptionists, or housekeeping, were hospitable, greeted us warmly, and were eager to tend to anything that we might have needed. The rooms were very clean and very nicely designed. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will most likely be staying there again in the not-too-distant future. And with that, a very very special thanks goes to Logan from concierge! When some things that I had planned did not come through, she went above and beyond, stepped in at the last minute and helped me put some things together for the room, which my wife is still smiling about. Not only that, her professionalism, kindness, and spirit of excellence was evident from first contact. She is definitely a wonderful asset to that establishment. Thanks again WA-Chicago for a great experience!

This review is a few months late. Our stay was absolutely incredible! The room was perfection, staff was absolutely amazing! Room service was prompt and the food was delicious! The fitness center was spacious and clean! We received drop off services to nearby tourist attractions. We visited in November, so it was cold, and the drop off services were super convenient. Sheryl was super accommodating and well informed regarding the city!

Stayed over the weekend for a birthday celebration. I want to give a big thumbs up to the entire staff from management, front desk staff and housekeeping, everything was excellent. I don’t have one complaint. Sheryl was the epitome of an exceptional concierge. She along with Logan took care of making sure my husband’s birthday was a great experience. I definitely recommend this hotel and I normally don’t do reviews.

We stayed here last night and had a great stay! The room was beautiful and CLEAN. We were worried after reading the reviews on here but we didn’t have any of the problems that people are talking about. The front desk people were nice as well. The only downside is the crazy parking and having to pay $80 for valet parking.

The was room alright, the only really nice part about it was the view and the balcony. Though I have seen first hand why there are so many complaints about the cleanliness of the hotel. The covers, sheets and pillowcases do not get changed every day as they should be. There was debris under both of the beds all up under both beds. I didn’t realize until I was about to go to bed that my sheets smelled like urine and my pillowcase smelled like a man’s sweaty head. There were strange stains all in the covers and sheets. So I would recommend bringing your own sheets and pillowcases or just requesting fresh clean ones. The showerhead doesn’t get cleaned nor does the detachable one. They look like they need to be replaced. The towels don’t look like they got washed or replaced so I didn’t use those. There is basically no fridge in the room and if you touch the fridge, it will charge you even if you don’t take anything out of there. There should be a fridge for the guest to store their items. Luckily it is winter so it was cold enough that we were able to sit our Things outside that needed to be refrigerated even though we shouldn’t have had to do that in the first place. The pool water doesn’t look very clean. It looks strange. I don’t know how to describe it, but it looks weird and not very cleanly. The staff were very friendly and very professional. They do charge you an urban fee of $30 and some change for every day that you’re there and say that you get two bottles of water I didn’t receive my two bottles of water but I didn’t want them regardless. I definitely don’t like hotels that charge you for something that you don’t even use. Let alone even want. I personally probably won’t be staying at this hotel again, but I did enjoy my view.

I’m writing this from the room I’m currently staying in. I expected more from a 4 star hotel that cost nearly $300/night.Front desk personnel are very rude and not at all welcoming. Condescending when we asked questions about valet parking. They expect you to intuitively know how everything works and if you ask questions you’re met with the most snooty attitudes and sarcastic answers. We asked how valet works here because it didn’t seem there was a valet attendant outside. They said just hand your keys to “him” on your way in. When we asked who “he” was, the concierge looked at us with a smirk and said “the valet”. When we asked how we could recognize him so we don’t pass our keys off to just anyone, she said “you’ll know who he is when you see him.” But when we did find him he was in plain clothes with no differentiating features from anyone walking by.Our room is dingy and not as well kept as you’d expect for a four star hotel. Water damage on the ceiling, scuffs everywhere, visible dirt and stuck on bits on the floors, dirt and debris under the beds. Thermostat was set to 65° and it was hard to warm the room up: Blankets are thin and not premium, beds are hard. Toiletries are not premium as you would expect for a luxury hotel, they’re no-name standard motel soaps. Loud domestic disputes throughout the night from neighboring rooms. I expected more, and judging from the automated responses everyone else is getting from the hotel on their critical reviews, I don’t see things changing. I would skip the Radisson and stay elsewhere.

The rooms need attention. They are kinda dirty. Small touches are all busted, broken, or too dirty to touch. The staff was amazing. The pool us way too small. The hot tub was too packed and full of foam. The view of the park was amazing. The balcony is definitely the selling point. But for the price and position, the small details and opportunities to wow the customer are missed.

The hotel and experience itself was nice but they need a better sense of urgency (cleaning service took forever) and there was a domestic dispute incident in our neighbors unit and both security guards we called up for help were completely useless. They need better training on how to handle these situations and better hospitality towards the guests suffering from the disruption of peace (us). They completely dismissed us, stood there and watched, and were extremely unapologetic. HIRE BETTER SECURITY who actually know what to do to protect people. Very disappointing the way we were treated in the heat of a serious complaint as innocent bystanders and paying costumers.

Very disappointing experience. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. For 2 nights of our stay we had no WiFi which really was an inconvenience. Understandable the power cut was out of the hotels control but the employees were not facilitating or accomodating in anyway. Asked for a refund early the next morning so we could move to another hotel for our second night but was refused. No TV, phone and WiFi for 2 nights. We were international guests and required WiFi to not only do work on our laptop but also for use to contact family and to get around etc while on this trip. We had to use Starbucks WiFi for the 2 days. Bank card had also been blocked and so we had asked to use the hotels phone but was told the phones were also down. The hotel offered no assistance and we had to go to an Irish bar to use a phone. Just felt really not accomodating. The room itself was small and dark - cheap furniture, small balcony door that didn't open offered the only light, shower head needs cleaning, bed sunkin in the middle which was very uncomfortable. Gym also very small and outdated. Access to the hotel was also not professional felt like you had to walk through a restaurant every time to get to the lobby. The staff were not very professional and welcoming overall which was very disappointing as we had stayed in 2 previous hotels on our trip and they were fantastic. This hotel is not worth the price and is certainly way below standard.

Amazing boutique hotel. I arrived early and Robert and a young lady - I believe her name was Zaria was so helpful. They checked me in allowed me to get settled and enjoy my trip. The hotel is close to everything. I walked everywhere- even in the cold. The hotel is certainly located to everything.I did not utilize the gym or spa. But I will on my next trip.I did utilize the restaurant for breakfast. The food was delicious. They have vegan options as well. They get a lot of foot traffic however the service is fast and easy.I cannot wait to come back.

I recently stayed there for 1 night. Let me say this the best the best customer service from valet to staff. The front desk guy tall guy he was so nice any question we had he gladly answered and took care of our concern. Valet person was so nice and friendly. Breakfast was so good. It was walking distance to river walk and shopping district. Valet you have to pay or park on the street. I would definitely stay here again. We had the panoramic view room. Great gym and safest place. We went to gym late at night and someone came to check if everything is okay. I can’t say enough about this place.

My entire experience for my birthday weekend was so amazing and beautiful. The staff checking me in, the maintenance men were very nice and the cleaning ladies were very sweet and nice. They made sure to even just hold the door for us for the elevator. Even the security men and women were nice. The restaurant on the bottom floor have very tasteful breakfast. Thank you Eurostars for the experience 👏🏾👏🏾

My husband and I traveled to Chicago for business and selected this hotel because of its convenient location. Our room was spacious and clean with a nice view, the service was great as well. They have a restaurant on the ground floor that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, which was very convenient. Oh, and their gym is pretty good too! Unfortunately, haven’t had a chance to try out the spa.The hotel is also in a close proximity of several good restaurants, so there’re a lot of options in case you don’t have time to leave the area.We will be back later this year, and both of us agreed that we will stay here again.

I will caveat this review by saying g maybe we got unlucky…?This is a nice 3* hotel but nothing else. We arrived from London and my bag was not on the same plane so we explained that to the lady at the check in desk and there was zero sympathy, offer of toiletries or anything else to help with our dilemma. We booked and paid for a King lake view which was their ‘best’ room before moving to suites and we could not believe how tired and small the room was. There was hair on the floor (possibly dog) rips and stains on the upholstery and next to no storage space. The service was non existent and we emailed twice whilst we were there because reception never answered the phone and we didn’t get a single reply. It was a very special trip for us and we had reached our prior to arriving and asked for a higher floor. They replied saying they would sort that and would be in touch a week or two before our arrival to discuss extras. There were extras that we wanted which would help us mark the occasion but you guessed it, nobody got in touch… We explained as much to the receptionist when we checked and she just said “I’m sorry to hear that”… What she should have said was, what extras were you looking at? Let me get somebody to pop up to your room and have a chat about what’s available and how we can make your stay extra special…The lobby was small, the staff very rarely engaged or said hi and we felt most unwelcome for the entirety of our stay. We just could not recommend this hotel, there’s lots more far nicer and better value hotels in Chicago and for our next visit, we will look elsewhere.A very average stay in an incredible city, lesson learnt for us.
I was excited to stay here. The rooms are nice and location is great. Just the service. None of the people I interacted with wanted to be there. Their attitude was I have to do this and there was zero warmth joy or personality. Probably won’t be returning. Go across the street to the Thompson and you get both great rooms and people.

My husband and I stayed at the Viceroy for our anniversary and we were pleased. The room was beautiful with unique details. Thank you to the young lady that works the counter at night and all of the staff for their welcoming and caring spirits. We would highly recommend.

We just wrapped up our wedding weekend and had an excellent stay at the Viceroy! We had our guests booked here for the weekend and we can’t say enough about the great hospitality the whole team provided. We worked with Anna to coordinate all of the details for our room block and she was incredibly detailed and helpful through the process. Allison at the front desk and Chi at the wonderful rooftop bar (Pandan) were friendly and took great care of everyone. We would absolutely recommend the Viceroy to anyone visiting Chicago or those looking for a great place to host wedding guests.

We enjoyed the Viceroy for a weekend birthday trip. The rooms were beautiful, the lake view was fantastic, and the rest of the hotel was a joy. The lobby staff were very kind and accommodating. David was wonderful, providing food and fun recommendations, assisting with luggage, and flagging down our car service. We will be coming back for sure. I would say maybe don’t intend to visit their restaurant the last 30 minutes before close. We sat at the bar for a drink before heading to our room and it took over 15 minutes to have our cocktail order taken and the bartender was rather annoyed.
