Outside area is beautiful, but if there is an event you can't have access to falls area that wholeday and sometimesthe next day too.. Then on top of that the noise of them taking everything down till 1 am is ridiculous & not appropriate. We put drinks and food in our refrigerator to realize 24 hours later it wasn't on. Phone in bedroom didn't work and had time move microwave so it would work in suite 3040.We had 2 body wash & one conditioner in shower so I called the maid service twice in an hour & nothing. 70 minutes later called front desk and finally got it.The female waitress at the falls pool our last day (Thursday) was FANTASTIC!On the otherhandCHARLOTTE in bar was horrible. Rude, slow and complained about everything. You had to walk up to her from the bar to get a drink or things she forgot. We thought maybe it was a bad day, but Thursday was just as bad! Thank God there were 2 other men that were there. They were FANTASTIC.Massage i got from the gentleman was WONDERFUL!! But fyi there is an automatic 20% tip.Morning buffet is great but too expensive.

Clean rooms with beautiful views! Some areas are showing signs of age and some spots can be difficult to navigate with signs + map. So many nice pool and hot tub options, along with amenities with the gift shop and coffee shop. Would definitely return! Also access to the nearby trails and parks.

The rooms were nice, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating especially the Shuttle service. Richard, went above and beyond. Nemo, Dustin too. Mark and Sarah were our poolside our waiters and kept us taken care of. The terrace was wonderful for a sunset and of course the Different point of view restaurant was a real treat. Great food and Nicholas, our waiter made the evening special. This was a relaxing getaway that soothed the soul. We will be back! Thank you!

After staying in 2 other hotels in the Phoenix area that were just okay, it felt like paradise here. Our room was nestled high against a cliff backdrop with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Our breeze block balcony felt private and since there are 7 pools, they never felt overcrowded. From this hotel you have direct access to Phoenix Mountain Preserve trails where you can hike for miles. The staff were particularly pleasant- especially Robbie, who checked us in and Mark, who was our server at the poolside café. Already planning on returning next year.

Beautiful resort and rooms. Service at check in was very good and customer service over the phone was also very good. We ate at the cascade cafe and the service was terrible and the price was not worth it. Ground beef added to the nachos was $9 and they weren't very good. We were told a server would come take our order by the pool / hot tub and they never came they did bring our food out but never came back or as others arrived ask them if they wanted to order. would not recommend this cafe by the pool.

Nice hotel, but needs an amenities update. There are no microwaves in the rooms, but there are refrigerators, so forget bringing back leftover dinner. The front desk staff is nice, but the sharing of information isn't uniform. Some staff will tell you breakfast is free at the restaurant if you are staying there, while others won't, and you'll foolishly end up paying $25 for the breakfast buffet; it's tasty but ain't worth all that! Otherwise, it's a nice place with nice amenities and a golfer's paradise.

I was swept away by the flawless Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The design and ambiance in the room are nothing short of breathtaking. Every corner of the property exudes elegance, with modern touches seamlessly blending with timeless charm. The lobby alone felt like stepping into a sanctuary of refined taste, setting the tone for the exceptional stay ahead. My room was an absolute masterpiece, fancy, clean, and adorned with luxurious amenities. It offered breathtaking views of the golf course. The attention to detail was impressive and everything from the plush bedding to the complimentary treats was carefully organized to ensure maximum comfort.Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort - Heaven on earth!

I’ve been a Marriott Titanium and Hilton Diamond. Booked a local Hilton property that had “ok” reviews. Checked in, checked out the next morning. I’ve been in several Drury properties before and all but 1 have been great (Stl Airport is tired). This property is absolutely perfect. The desk staff was as sweet as can be and the room is spotless. Keep up the great work Drury!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! My husband found this place while we were planning our Orlando trip. We stayed on Disney property for some of our trip as we wanted early access to the park, but for the rest of the trip we stayed here.We were really impressed! There is a nice breakfast every morning, and dinner every evening with three free drinks per adult. Yep you read that right! The food was typical hotel food, but you can’t beat FREE!The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable! One of the better pillow options at a hotel than I’ve had in a while. The staff was friendly and there is a mini store with anything you could need!We didn’t utilize the pool as it was too cold out and our little guy was sick! When we come back to Orlando, we will be staying here again!

My wife and I stayed here from December 17-23, 2024. In my opinion it’s the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The people were all very friendly and out going. The breakfasts, dinners and drinks were amazing. The pool and hot tub were clean and the gym was nice as well.Special mention to Shawn who after hearing we were celebrating my wife’s birthday brought her a complimentary bottle of chilled wine. Our room was clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable. Also want to mention the parking lot was large and included in our room price. We never had an issue finding an open spot to park. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando!

I recently stayed at this hotel during my visit to Universal Studios Florida, and once again, it exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic—just a short distance from Universal Studios, making it incredibly convenient for park visits. The guest service was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I had an issue with the bathroom, and it was resolved within 10 minutes of my complaint—truly impressive! The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy everyone. I also loved the added perks like free popcorn, soda, and evening snacks. These thoughtful touches made the stay feel more special and homey. As a return customer, I can confidently say this hotel consistently delivers a wonderful experience. I am already looking forward to staying here again on my next trip! Highly recommended!

We were very happy with the hotel. The staff and also the patrons were possibly the friendliest we have ever seen at a hotel. Everyone was just really nice and thoughtful. Pool was actually clean which is awesome! Not cloudy or gross like a lot of pools seem to be at hotels. Free food and drinks which is awesome. We are very happy with our stay. Thank you for making our experience so great!
