Discover why savvy travelers choose balcony rooms for that perfect blend of excitement and tranquility in the Entertainment Capital of the World.

Why Choose a Las Vegas Hotel with a Balcony?

There’s something magical about stepping outside your room to take in the neon glow of the Strip or the dramatic desert landscape beyond. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee or enjoying a nightcap under the stars, a private balcony adds that extra touch of Vegas indulgence.

Tips for Booking the Perfect Balcony Room

  • Book Early: These rooms are popular and often sell out quickly.
  • Specify Your View: Some hotels offer city views, while others face the mountains. Know what you want.
  • Check the Weather: While Vegas is generally sunny, occasional wind or rain can impact balcony enjoyment.
  • Consider the Floor: Higher floors offer better views but might not be ideal for those with a fear of heights.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas: The Gold Standard

When it comes to balcony views in Vegas, The Cosmopolitan sets the bar impossibly high. This luxury resort features “oversized, residential-styled living spaces, many of which feature private terraces that provide breathtaking views of the iconic Las Vegas skyline” (The Cosmopolitan).

What makes The Cosmopolitan special is the variety of terrace options. Their Terrace Studios offer either one King bed or two Queen beds, with some providing direct views of the famous Bellagio fountains. For even more luxury, the Terrace One Bedroom Suite includes a Japanese soaking tub, while the Wraparound Terrace Suite offers—you guessed it—a private wraparound terrace with panoramic views.

Beyond the rooms, The Cosmopolitan delivers with its exceptional Restaurant Collection featuring world-class chefs, vibrant nightlife at Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub, and three distinct pool experiences. The resort’s “urban chic” ambiance and art installations throughout create an atmosphere that’s as visually stimulating inside as the views outside.

Great location but vaping is now the new smoking. At least in the past hotels used to be smoke free - now a lot of these hotels are just vaping ashtrays. If you don't like 2nd hand smoke of any kinda, I would avoid this hotel completely (head to the Bellagio instead). If you love smoking - this is your place to go!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful hotel right on the strip we stayed in a suite with an amazing balcony with incredible view of the strip and the Bellagio fountain. Great location with dinning, shopping , and entertainment all nearby. The casino is big and open 24 hours. Everything was wonderful!
Highly recommend this hotel

My husband and I have been coming to this hotel for 5 years. Its luxurious inside and there many hidden treasures inside this hotel.

Rooms always smell fresh and our favorite one is the bellagio fountain view. Brunch places, dinners of different athuencities, desserts, clothes, even up to pool clubs and the fastest service check in i have experienced. Customer service is always working hard and trying to catch any needs u have and ofcourse if ask the right questions youll get get your answers.

Also the text to ROSE really helps. They even have a personal place where u can book shows and they can even get your luggage taken to ur rooms if needed.

I can say much more about this place. But this place is beautiful and amazing. Again depends what your up to in this city how much u wanna spend this is the place to feel fancy.

Thank you!!

I have previously stayed at Paris and NYNY. I decided this time to go with Cosmopolitan, I booked a fountain view suite with a terrace.

Check in was very easy using the MGM app and we had a room on the 30th floor in the Chelsea Tower. I was very impressed with the room, I thought it looked a little tight and cluttered on the pictures but it isn’t. It was spacious, clean and the views from the balcony were amazing. Good wardrobe space, an empty fridge, good quality tv’s and a comfy bed and sofa.

The bathroom was large with a tub, a walk in shower and two sinks, again very spacious.

The bed was comfortable, I liked how easy it was to control the lighting from the bed area.

The lifts were efficient and we rarely had to wait more than 30 seconds for a lift to arrive.

They have some good food options on level 2 and the hotel was exceptionally clean.

We didn’t really have any encounters with the staff as we checked in and out using the app, housekeeping did a good job and I was more than happy to tip them.

I will definitely consider staying at the Cosmo again.

Thank you for having us, until next time!

Such a great resort. I've stayed at multiple places in Las Vegas and this one is by far my favorite. The restaurants are amazing and even the quick places you can grab a bite to eat are fantastic. There are SO many food options it's insane; and everything I ate was awesome. Room service is pretty good. Housekeeping staff does a great job. Close to everything, excellent location. The spa is off the charts. I will definitely stay here again.

The Terrace was really awesome with a great view. The room was clean and with two rooms, it was perfect for a 5-day weekend!
(Mini fridge froze everything, a/c leaked on carpet, 1 remote had to be exchanged... All issueswere handled promply and professionaly)

We really enjoyed our first stay here.

The GOOD. We had a patio and enjoyed some outside r and r. The view while not of the strip had a great view of the mountains and city lights. The bathroom was huge and had an oversized glass shower and jacuzzi tub.

The NOT so good. The room assignment was a bit of a fail. We asked for two queen beds and ended up in a room with just one queen bed. We made it okay but not the most comfortable. On the plus side there was a large comfy living area with a sectional and huge television.

The champagne bar was stunning!

The PLAY - There was a great variety of slots and we had lots of WINS. While we didn’t hit a big jackpot we had hours of fun and broke even. That is a win in my book.

We just stayed at the Cosmopolitan in a Wraparound Terrace Suite for our wedding this past weekend. Honestly, the only reason I’m giving this hotel the rating I am is because of the size of the rooms and the fact that they have balconies. Beyond that, everything else fell short.

Nothing in our room worked properly, the TV was broken, the wine fridge didn’t work, and overall the space felt worn down and in need of a major refresh. The service to the rooms was slow or non existant. The pool and drinks were disappointing as well, overpriced and honestly kind of gross. The hotel felt dirty and outdated, not what I expected for the price.

It served its purpose for the weekend, but if there were another hotel in Vegas with balconies, I would have stayed there instead. We also mentioned multiple times that we were there for our wedding, but it made no difference. Maybe because Vegas sees so many weddings, but it felt like the staff couldn’t have cared less. Anywhere else in the world, I feel like the hotel would have done something small to make the stay a little more special. At the Cosmo, it just felt like any other day.

The fragrance when you first walk in? It's better than incoming rain on the first day of spring. Absolutely stunning! Staff is amazing! I've been to Vegas many times but this was one of the best stays.
Improvements? Consider live poker play in the high limit area. It was too exhausting going back and forth to horseshoe.

As a Titanium member, I was upgraded to a suite at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and it made the stay truly special. The suite was stunning — beautifully designed, spacious, and offered a great view of the Strip from the balcony.
The hotel itself has a vibrant, trendy atmosphere with fantastic dining and bar options, plus pools that cater to both relaxation and fun. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Strip, so everything is within easy reach.
The staff were friendly and professional, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable despite how busy the property gets. Overall, The Cosmopolitan combines luxury, energy, and convenience, and I’d happily stay again.

The staff were so nice, and our room was perfect. We had a little difficulty getting our room serviced, and they constantly left us 2 washcloths in a room for 4 people. But the location was perfect and we enjoyed the many eating options. Highly recommend Henry’s for late night eating.

The staff throughout the hotel was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The gym is nice with plenty of equipment and space to stretch. Its center location on the strip makes ride share options easy, or walking short distances to nearby hotels. There are plenty of restaurants and speakeasies to choose from on site as well, so you don't need to leave the hotel to get a full range of entertainment and dining options. Highly recommend the Chelsea pool for a quieter/relaxed atmosphere for a pool day, and they are able to guarantee you shade with a day bed, which makes booking one worth it if you're planning to spend a full day at the pool.

It was a great experience overall. Nice pool with bar and you can place order through QR code. Close to everything in the strip and connected to other hotels/resorts. The only downside is they do allow smoking inside the casino floor and on the balcony. I got upgraded to a terrace king room but the room smells like weed unfortunately. I did brought it up to the housekeeper but he didn’t do anything about. The front desk guy Rodger was very nice and gave me some water bottles. The Bellagio fountain view from the room was awesome but Vegas is very hot 103 degrees when I landed. The secret pizza and wicked spoon were great. The taco and noodles place on block 16 was good but a lot of oil on them taco and noodles with very little meat for the price. $20 for a small cup of Margaritas is also insane. I was there to see Bruno Mars so it was worth it overall.

I wanted to come on here and thank the security team, specifically David Trotter and Henry, who helped me retrieve a new purse I had purchased. David was very thorough, communicating with other security , watching back the cameras, and asking all the right questions. Seeing how on top of things they were really eased my nerves and I was so thankful that I got my purse back.

Plus the hotel is beautiful. I love the Chandelier bar and the speakeasy’s are super cool !

Just got back from the Cosmo and definitely will come back! I had a fountain view suite and the view of the Bellagio fountains and strip was amazing!! I sat on the balcony every morning/night to soak up the view. The room was very nice, and housekeeping came by everyday to clean and give us fresh towels. The cons- it was really noisy at night since the strip was right there. The bed was firm and some of the pillows were flat and lumpy. When we checked in they said the room wasn’t ready and 5 min later we got a text saying our room was ready. The restaurants/bars were really good! I liked the uniqueness of the hidden bars like barbershop, ski lodge and ghost donkey! The casino deff gave me the night club feel and it was fun sitting at the chandelier bar every evening. I like the location and that you can walk right to the Aria and Bellagio from the walkway. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and promise you won’t be disappointed!!

This hotel is a great location on the strip to other surrounding casinos. Good restaurants and loved the balconies. Our first room on floor 36 was a bit grimy (stains on furniture, not clean walls) and then our water stopped working from 10-3 pm. Hotel first insisted that it was a maintenance thing and water would be back on in an hour…went out and came back to still no water at 2 PM. They did upgrade our room to one on floor 42 after going down to the front desk which was much nicer so we did get it worked out. I would still recommend this hotel to others!

Amazing rooms. The lobby is nice. Rooms have balcony. Something most other hotels don't and the views to the bellagio fountains are amazing. Got a nice upgrade to the wrap around suite. One of the best rooms I would say in their inventory. Room is spacious. Free parking if you stay from my understanding. Good service from front desk agent as well Pedro I believe was his name.

I loved our room. Open air balcony overlooking the Fountains at Bellagio and Las Vegas Boulevard. I had a Suite with a sitting area and a bedroom. Refrigerator and a Japanese style soaking tub. Lots of closet and storage space. Chelsea Tower, high floor, North side, most desirable.
Easily one of the best properties we've stayed at in the MGM portfolio! The staff and amenities were outstanding. We had a free upgrade to the Terrace Suite Founatin View, and it was beautiful! The room was outstanding and came with a jacuzzi tub! Our view from the terrace was outstanding during the day/night. We have no complaints on the room or casino.

5 Stars – Unforgettable Stay at The Cosmopolitan

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is truly one of a kind—one of the only (if not the only) Vegas resorts with a balcony, and WOW, what an experience! Waking up to that breathtaking view and enjoying one of the most memorable breakfasts ever via room service was an absolute dream.

The room design was stunning, with an incredible interconnected shower-tub layout, a spacious lounge area, and a beautifully appointed bedroom. It felt luxurious, romantic, and perfect for my husband and me.

While the casino draws in most visitors, our room was a peaceful escape from the energy of the Strip. It was the best of both worlds—excitement just steps away but a quiet, intimate retreat when we wanted it. We can’t wait to come back!

The Platinum Hotel

If you prefer a non-gaming, non-smoking environment with more space to stretch out, The Platinum Hotel delivers. Located just one and a half blocks from the Strip, this all-suite property offers private walk-out balconies in every suite.

The Platinum’s suites range from 910 to a massive 2,100 square feet, with options including the Solitaire Suite, Princess Suite (featuring an electric fireplace), and the impressive Marquise Suite with its wrap-around balcony offering panoramic Strip views.

“A consistent highlight across all suites is the inclusion of a private walk-out balcony, offering views of the Las Vegas cityscape,” notes the hotel’s description. Another major perk? Complimentary on-site self-parking—a rarity for hotels near the Strip.

If you’re planning a trip to other exciting destinations with balcony views, check out our guide to San Antonio Riverwalk hotels with balconies for stunning views of that iconic waterway and vibrant cityscape.

My husband and I booked this place last minute and we were so happy we did! Tim working the front desk was so nice and helpful at check in, and even allowed us to swap our complimentary wine for a water we were going to purchase from their lobby! The king suite was huge and if we ever come back we’d try to book a room facing the Sphere for sure! We could only see half from our balcony but we still loved it. My only wish is that they would leave the pool area open longer because I love to end a long day of walking in a hot tub lol

Great hotel and location. It has an indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel has a big capital, all you need is to get a slip from reception to display on your dash for the duration of the stay.

It is a 10 minute walk from the Sphere and about 10 minutes from the main strip.

The suite was big, had a lounge area and kitchen including washing machine and dryer. There is a huge balcony with tables and chairs. The main bedroom had 2 quuen size beds that can sleep 4 and the lounge has a sofa bed to sleep an additional 2 people.

The bathroom is also big, has 2 sinks a shower and a massive bathtub that can seat 2 people.

The only bad point was that we could have doing with a room clean 3 days into the trip instead of the day before we left.

The location is great! It's a short walk to the Venetian Expo where we were attending a convention. It's so nice not to have to walk through a smokey, crowded casino. We have our own apartment for less money. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful and they do above and beyond. I return here every year and I see the same people frequently. That tells me the management is top notch if the employees are staying. We love the nice touch of a free bottle of wine, although the last two years we have not had time to drink it, but it's a great touch none the less.

Great value and amazing strip views

The Platinum Hotel & Spa is such a solid find in Vegas. The rooms are surprisingly large for the price — plenty of space to relax, get ready, or just spread out after a long day. If you can, definitely request a strip-facing room. The view alone is a built-in photo op!

Only reason I didn’t go full five stars is the strict zero glitter / zero confetti rule we were warned about at check-in. Totally understand it (those little sparkles do get everywhere!), but it’s something to know if you’re celebrating or planning a festive moment. This isn’t a party hotel — it’s more of a calm, comfortable retreat just off the chaos.

Overall: great value, great space, and a perfect landing spot when you want the Vegas fun without the Vegas overwhelm. Would absolutely stay again!

If you’re looking for a place right in the heart of Las Vegas — on the Strip, with free parking — this is one of the very few hotels that truly has it all. 🚗🎰

We were searching for a hotel in the center of Vegas, ideally on the Strip, but with convenient parking — and this place turned out to be a perfect find. They offer free parking, which is extremely rare for this location. At check-in they do warn you that parking is “at your own risk” (they’re not responsible for the car or belongings), but everything was completely safe — we felt perfectly comfortable leaving our car there.

What makes this hotel unique is that it doesn’t just have regular rooms — it has real apartments equipped with absolutely everything you might need for a longer stay. A spacious kitchen, washing machine, ironing board, kettle, coffee maker, big fridge, and all the dishes, utensils, pots, and pans you can think of. There’s also a microwave and oven, a large cozy bedroom, jacuzzi right in the room, and good-quality bath amenities and air conditioning. It really feels like home! 🏠✨

And the best part? The stunning view from the room — simply unforgettable.

Everything was great overall, but a couple of small notes:
– The interior style feels a bit early-2000s, so don’t expect a modern design aesthetic.
– Check-in was a bit slow; due to some mix-up at the reception we had to wait around 20–30 minutes. However, they kindly apologized and offered us a complimentary bottle of wine. It wasn’t the best wine — but still a nice gesture. 🍷

Keep in mind that parties and loud noise aren’t allowed, so this isn’t a “party hotel.” But if you want a spacious, apartment-style stay right in the center of the Strip with free parking, this is a fantastic option.

Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone who values comfort and practicality in the middle of all the Vegas action! 🎡🌆

Stayed here for a birthday weekend and the entire experience was easy and stress free. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Platinum Hotel. My husband, our two kids, and I were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredible, especially the agent who checked us in, who was so kind and helpful, and Melissa, who helped arrange our booking. She truly goes above and beyond for Platinum members.

Our family had a blast exploring the city and ended our trip with a spectacular show at The Sphere watching The Wizard of Oz. It was an unforgettable experience and the perfect way to cap off our stay.

There is a convenient gas station right next door. We enjoyed their pool and their complimentary wine bottle. The suite room we booked was very convenient having a full operating kitchen including dish ware, microwave, stove, dishwasher, sink, fridge. The living room with a balcony was nice with a good view. On 11/18/24, I booked a reservation at your hotel for 3 nights from January 1st to January 3rd, 2025. I had researched hotels in Las Vegas with indoor pools for my two young boys. Coming from Chicago they were very excited to swim. I called your hotel on November 18th at 3:30 pm, before booking the reservation, and spoke with the operator. My only questions were about the pool. Is it open year-round? I was told yes. Is there any reason the pool would be closed throughout my stay? I was assured, no absolutely not, the pool is open every day. I was, of course, happy with these responses and went ahead and finalized my booking.

On 1/1/25, my family arrived at the hotel in the morning to store our bags until our room was ready. We were informed at check-in that the pool was closed for maintenance and would not be open during our stay. Needless to say, my family was distraught. Why were we not informed via email about the pool being closed? I would have changed my reservation. Is it not the responsibility of the hotel staff to inform incoming guests if the amenities they are paying for will not be available? The lack of communication on your part was unacceptable and unprofessional.

Furthermore, and even more upsetting was our experience from January 3rd into January 4th, up until we checked out. Our family had had a full day of activities and when we returned to the hotel in the early evening, we needed showers to freshen up. My son started the shower and waited. And waited. The water did not even get warm. It was FREEZING COLD. My husband called down to the front desk and was told nonchalantly that the water heater was not working, but it was fixed, however, the warm water would take a while to get down to the 7th floor because it is at the top of the building. He said, to give it 30 minutes or so. I understand these things happen, so we patiently waited 30 min. Then an hour. The water did not even turn warm the remainder of the night and was still freezing cold the next morning. Both of my young sons had no choice but to take freezing cold showers, and cried while doing so, causing us quite a bit of distress. Again, this is completely inexcusable and unacceptable. On top of that, there was not one attempt to communicate this via the text service- Ivy (855) 640-6594.

Garbage cans by the elevator was overflowing with trash and was not changed out the entire 3 nights we were there.

Our entire stay was ruined by our horrible experience at the Platinum Hotel. The lack of communication between the staff and the guests is inexcusable.

Having stayed at the Platinum Hotel several visits to Las Vegas, I have really grown to love this hotel. Being a world traveler I know the difference when good service is present, when the room is really clean and BTW, fully equipped kitchen, living room, separate bedroom and large bathroom. This hotel is about 3 - 4 blocks away from Las Vegas Blvd. and it does not have a cigarette smoke filled noisy casino. The lobby is quiet and inviting and the 5th floor restaurant for breakfast is the best. One of the highlights are rooms with an unobstructed view of the Sphere.

Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers Las Vegas

Located directly on the Strip, Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers offers suite-style accommodations, many with Juliet balconies. While not as spacious as full balconies, these still provide fresh air and views.

The 1-Bedroom Suites and 2-Bedroom Suites include these Juliet balconies, along with fully equipped kitchens and separate living areas with queen-size sleeper sofas. The room is very large and it was nice to have a kitchen a table and lots of space. A downside was all of the noisy fans in the apartment. Bring ear plugs if you were a light sleeper. We were on the 21st floor just one floor down from the pool and perhaps some of the noise we heard was from HVAC equipment or pool related equipment. If I come here again, I would try a different floor and hope it was quieter.

Furnishings are a little bit dated but comfortable nice linens, plenty of towels. Staff were friendly and housekeeping service was offered, but we only had a three night stay so didn’t need it and just kept the do not disturb sign on the door.

It was nice to be close to the strip without being right on the strip.

What a gem! If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s jusssssssst behind the strip, affordable, clean, and rooted in customer service — this is the spot.

We want to first shoutout Teresa —
Teresa checked us in and she is awesome. Not only did she ensure we’d have an amazing view and room, she added a few extra touches that made our stay memorable.

The team here sends texts frequently to ensure your stay is comfortable and all amenities are met.

We had friends who did valet and it was very smooth - $25/day!

If you’re thinking long term, do a suite with the full kitchen. It feels more like home vs. a hotel room.

This property doesn’t have a bar or restaurant. There is a mini market! There is also no casino attached.

All rooms have balconies 😊

Location: it’s very close to grocery stores and other hotels.

It’s a family friendly hotel. I would like to come back and stay here again.

We were there for a timeshare presentation. It was awful. The rooms look spacious though and the grounds offer a lot of amenities however until the remodel is complete expect noise and distractions while visiting. Other than this the place is NICE Id come back but on my ow dime. It'll be better without the timeshare distraction.

Wonderful experience. First time staying here. Best believe it’s not the last time. Everyone was on point, but the only name we can remember is Alyssa who was amazing and full of benevolent customer service. Of all the Telly’s we stayed at this has been top tier. Please stay here. It’s cost efficient and lovely with a great pool with a great view. It ain’t on the strip, but a subtle walk to all the debauchery available. Love you polo. Cheers.

I'm a bit disappointed in this Hilton. I've stayed at a handful of Hilton's and I can say this was not a favorite.

Upon arrival, I was told that there was self parking but they were charging the same amount as valet, so we might as well valet. Then I was told I had to get my "welcome packet" once I checked in. It was just one of those typical hotel tatics where they want you to attend an hour session to sign up for stuff in order to get a free stay or credit.

The hotel was quite small compared to the photos online. If you're a taller person wanting to shower, the shower heads were maybe 5 feet 5" but not much higher. We also paid for the balcony view and the sliding door was broken so we couldn't even use the balcony. The balcony was also only big enough for basically one or two people to stand but nothing more.

The walls are also paper thin, you can hear anything in the next room over.

Overall, not very thrilled with this Hilton especially the fact that after a long day of traveling and just wanting to lay down, I had to listen to another desk tell me about their little presentation that wouldn't even be worth the time.

The only pro is the location. It's right off the strip which is honestly perfect if you don't want the hustle and bustle of Vegas right when you walk out.

I am glad to have found this property and will consider it my new preferred place on the Vegas Strip. Check-in was formal and efficient. Though I arrived on foot, the valet greeted me warmly. Josh got me checked in and thanked me for my HH status. I felt welcome when I noticed a nearby agent wearing a trans pride pin. All the staff, in hallways, elevators, snack shop, pool, etc. were trained to greet and appreciate each guest. Well done! The room was spacious and clean. The bedding was high-quality. The room stayed quiet all night, and the curtains kept out any early-morning rays. The grout and tile was super-clean; not an easy feat. The hotel was accessible for wheelchairs, even the pool (roof) level and hot tub. Although this hotel seems to be just off-Strip, behind a new retail property called BLVD, (see pic) its elevators are actually closer to the Strip compared to nearby hotels, like MGM Grand, because you aren’t walking through a kilometer of casino. I have questions about the elevator reliability. I sometimes waited a long time. At checkin, I opted out of the marketing. I did not get any unwelcome sales calls. When I later asked about checkout time at the front desk, I first got the hard sell about “signing up for a tour of our property.” That was most unwelcome. There is a snack shop on the ground floor, with decent coffee, open about 18 hours a day. No other food or drink options that I could see. The room had microwave, frig and coffee pot. The pool was unoccupied for my early morning laps. Later in the day, it was a bit busier. I wish it had been just a bit deeper than 3’. Sometimes my fingers were scraping in the bottom.

I only stayed one night at the Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers, but I was genuinely impressed. What I thought would be just a regular hotel room turned out to be more like a full apartment: a spacious bedroom, a cozy living room with a comfy sofa, a large kitchen with everything you could need (stove, sink, coffee machine, you name it), and even a balcony. Everything was spotless, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The rooftop pool was an absolute highlight for me. Small but perfectly charming, with a great atmosphere and stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip. I could have spent hours just relaxing up there.

The staff at the front desk were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better.

I actually booked this stay last-minute because I accidentally flew in a day early before my company’s event at another Hotel Resort. Honestly, looking back, I liked the Hilton way more than the fancy hotel across the street where the event was held.

If you’re looking for space, comfort, cleanliness, and a friendly vibe right in the heart of Vegas, this place is a total win!

Great location in the middle of everything which makes everything walkable. The entire staff was personable, helpful, efficient, and made for an overall great experience. The balcony made for an incredible view. The gym had more than enough equipment and the rooftop pool was amazing. Starbucks downstairs and affordable parking just behind the hotel. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and safe place.

Amazing Experience in the Heart of Las Vegas!

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers with my wife, and I couldn’t miss the chance to share how satisfied we were. The location is simply perfect — right in the center of the Strip, with easy access to the city’s main casinos, restaurants, and attractions.

The room exceeded our expectations: spacious, comfortable, very well-equipped, and offering a beautiful view of the city. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and designed with guest comfort in mind.

But what truly made the difference was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly courteous, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile.

Without a doubt, a memorable experience that made us feel at home even when far away. We’ll definitely be back!

I just checked in today and had the most wonderful experience with two front desk staff members, MC and Vivian. From the moment we arrived, both of them were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain all the hotel facilities and even went out of their way to recommend great local restaurants nearby — which we really appreciated.

But what truly impressed us was how they handled a rather tricky reservation situation. We had originally booked one night in advance, but just yesterday, we made a last-minute decision to add an extra night. We requested to stay in the same room for both nights and, on top of that, asked for connecting rooms — not an easy request, especially on short notice.

Despite the challenge, MC and Vivian were so patient and cheerful throughout the entire process. They consulted each other, checked the system carefully, and after some effort, they managed to find us exactly what we needed — a set of connecting rooms that allowed us to stay seamlessly for both nights.

What truly stood out, though, was the kindness and care they showed during the entire interaction. They never once made us feel like we were asking for too much. Their warm attitude and genuine desire to help made us feel truly welcome and taken care of.

We are so grateful for their help, and I just wanted to make sure their outstanding service is recognized. Thank you again, MC and Vivian — you made our stay extra special!

Had a good stay at this hotel. Location is everything as it is located centrally to the strip and everything is walking distance. Stayed in a studio and we appreciate that it has a fridge and a microwave. The Towers can use a bit of an update but Hilton says it’s planning to renovate. The elevators were a bit slow and one didn’t work so that was a little frustrating. Property was clean and it was a good value for the room. It’s a vacation club so I was offered a time share presentation which I did because they offer free gifts. I did not buy and still received my gift card. I would stay here again if pricing remained favorable.

Could not have been happier. I came to Vegas for a conference, but our conference hotel was very expensive, so I opted to save money and stay here. Such a good decision! I had a full kitchen, a balcony, a great gym, amazing service, could walk to major attractions, could check out the view from the rooftop. I was too busy with the conference to take advantage of the rooftop pool, but I did see it, and it is very nice. Also, the hotel is so close to the airport, unlike the conference resort hotel which was far further out. I honestly paid less than 2/3 of the cost of the conference hotel and liked my place WAY BETTER, and I just did Uber to and from-- easy! Big bonus if you don't like cigarette smoking, as they don't have a casino, so they don't allow smoking anywhere. Thanks to all the awesome folks at the hotel for the 5 star service as well! I may never come back to Vegas, but if I do, I know where I will be staying. : )

We love the Club Polo Towers. I've brought my family here multiple times. The rooms are spacious and clean. The service here is beyond what you expect. The concierge desk reaches out to you to ask if there are any specifics you need taken care of daily. The location is hard to beat as well. It's almost right in the middle of the strip so walking to either end is a breeze. This location does not have a gaming floor so it's not full of belligerent people and cigarette smoke. Very friendly for young children.

Great location, easy walk to the strip. The suite was comfortable and felt safe. Minor room cleanliness issues 1) some mold in the showers and 2) the sink drains didn't drain smoothly. The bathroom and kitchen sinks would would drain slowly and make some noise as the water drained.

The rooms are clean and spacious but in need of a refresh, though the drapes appear new and the appliances and fixtures are in good working order.

Housekeeping every 5 days on the vacation club side is just too long. Three days would be better - even if only to take out the trash and restock towels. These services are available upon request though.

The staff are wonderful. Greeted by Sabrina at Reception and she was friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Had to get my key re-done and she was just as friendly and helpful. Very pleasant and effective.

Troy, the Security Officer, made sure I got my Amazon package and he was also quite friendly. Definitely a theme here and that’s awesome great culture and environment.

Wish Polo Towers had a breakfast place onsite. Maybe more than just a coffee bar with a case of donuts inside the mini-mart would be nice too. A spot for a convenient latte, maybe. The mini-mart sells eggs, butter, cream cheese, bacon and other goods which are great if you want to cook in your suite with the full kitchen though.

Convenient and budget friendly parking too. $23/day for self parking.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center Las Vegas

Business travelers attending events at the Las Vegas Convention Center should consider Embassy Suites, which offers Two-Room King Suites with Large Balconies and Two-Room King Suites with Balconies. While primarily catering to convention attendees, these suites provide a comfortable retreat with separate living and sleeping areas.

The hotel’s complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and evening reception with snacks and beverages add significant value to your stay. Its proximity to the Las Vegas Monorail station also makes it easy to access the Strip’s attractions.

Great hotel and very close to convention center. Room was spacious and clean. A little old but still nice. Breakfast in the morning was great. Omelets to order plus other great choices. At night you get 2 drinks. Only negative is that you have to pay to park your car. No garage but just a small parking lot. $20 for that was unbelievable.

We had a wonderful stay at this Embassy Suites. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff.

Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind and genuinely hospitable. A special shout-out to the omelet chefs at breakfast. They are some of the most delightful humans I have ever come across, and their warmth, joy, and friendliness made breakfast a highlight of our stay. The omelets were delicious as well, and my son was absolutely in heaven.

We did not ride the shuttle, but we did cross paths with one of the shuttle drivers, and even that brief interaction stood out. He was friendly, funny, and welcoming, which really speaks to the culture of this hotel.

It is clear this team cares deeply about the guest experience. We felt welcomed throughout our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend.
It was really enjoyable staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center Las Vegas, where I spent two nights in the same hotel room with my parents. The whole place felt lively and exciting in a way that teenagers would enjoy a lot. I didn’t expect the hotel to feel as fun and relaxing as it did, but once I walked around inside, I realized how much there was to appreciate. The beautiful view from our room surprised me the most. Looking out at the lights and buildings of Las Vegas made the room feel peaceful and special, especially because I was sharing that moment with my parents. Even though we were all in one room, it never felt crowded or uncomfortable.

While I was staying there, I saw a lot of teenagers around the hotel, and it made sense why they liked it so much. The bright, open atmosphere feels welcoming and easy to enjoy without feeling rushed. Teenagers would love the lobby, the elevators, the pictures they can take, and the sense of freedom the building gives off. I really appreciated how smooth and comfortable everything felt during my stay, and I never doubted that the experience would turn out the way I hoped it would. Even though I only stayed there once before writing this review, those two nights left a strong impression on me. It was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing hotel stays I’ve had in a long time, and I would highly recommend that teenagers go there because it gives them a place to have fun, enjoy the view, and feel creative.

Pros: Nice breakfast, self serve, free with our room rate. Buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, coffee, pancakes, toast, yogurt and fresh made omelets to order (the line was a mile long so we didn't wait though). I got 2 free drinks at the bar each night for happy hour starting at 5:30pm It's the well stuff, but still a great deal considering how expensive things are. Also nice munchies, salty snacks and vegetable platters. Very spacious room, with separate living room and bedroom with door. Heat/Air worked perfectly. Was there last week of Dec. 2025, freezing outside, but room nice and warm. Room safe was not working, called front desk, in less than 5 min, maintenance showed up, replaced safe very quickly, appreciated that. Great location, only 10 min walk to convention center to take monorail to the strip.

Areas of improvement:
-Customer service: girl at check in was not pleasant at all. Not a smile, not a "Welcome to Embassy Suites", just an ice cold reception. I even tried to crack a dad joke, nothing. Did not feel welcomed at all. African American lady at bar was also ICE COLD. Did not greet us, again, PEOPLE DO NOT MAKE YOU FEEL like they appreciate you here. Very harsh tone, again, no smiles, nothing. Just one word answers when we asked about drinks, menu, happy hour. We got there 30 min before we can use our happy hour coupon, she did not even offer to pour us something while we waited. Rude.
-Room: Pillows SUCK! They are little half sized squares with zero support or comfort. They are literally throw away pillows. Made sleep uncomfortable. Room is run down: top molding of outside window was peeling off, made room look cheap. Carpet where bedroom meets living room was chewed up. Corners of bathroom baseboards peeling, shower curtain had some slight mold on top and very cheap, thin as paper shower curtain. Baseboard in front of bathroom sink water damaged, needs replacement. Overall room felt like it needs major remod. Most likely will not stay here again unless items are addressed, especially the customer service.

The room was dirty and very dated. Not stocked with amenities that were supposed to be in there upon arrival.
The desk associates were unprofessional and definatly not in an hurry to help. We were told we could check in at 3 that turned into 4 and then that turned into 515. And the staff member we dealt with was rude and not apologetic at all about us having to wait. No accommodations while we waited in the lobby with 2 small children for 2.5 hours. She acted as if we put her out to ask for items that were supposed to be included in the room.
The location is off the main strip making it quiet and not traffic not hectic. But it isnt in the nicest of areas.
The hot tub was the best.
The breakfast was disgusting

It was a lovely experience. The staff was wonderful, extremely helpful. The food… The food was out of this world, especially the made to order omelets. -Well maintained
-amazing balcony room with great views(watching the sphere was entertaining as well)
-Super helpful and friendly front desk staff
-so excited to have real shampoo and soap!!!! It wasn’t the awful “zero” brand
-pool and hot tub were open until 10…Almost unheard of in Vegas( most seen to close at 5)it was clean and working, just what I needed.
-only negative was the food and beverage staff were not the friendly sort
1. the manager’s reception was uncomfortable at best (tables were dirty, servers were rude, procedural, and even yelled at people in line)
2. Breakfast was congested, poorly arranged and overly structured, I truly felt i was being moved through a school cafeteria, every other embassy suites breakfast I have been to after the covid era let you go back and forth to get toast and that sort of thing…this is rigid one entry per day to the food, several people were dropping stuff since you had to carry everything at once without trays… in one way out a locking door… to bad so sad if you forget the fruit while trying to get your eggs to the table…. very odd and not indicative of what level of service and comfort I’ve come to expect with this hotel chain.

😑 The sink didn’t drain, main TV stations didn’t work, and the location wasn’t near any major areas. The decorations were very dated, and overall we don’t recommend this hotel. Most importantly, we later discovered many newer hotels in better area cost only a third of this price. 😬 That was our own fault for not doing enough research 🧐. The staff also didn’t mention their shuttle bus service, so we wasted time figuring out transportation on our own. Breakfast hours were too short—we missed it once—and the building itself looks at least few decades.

I have mixed feelings about this stay. The hotel itself was acceptable—somewhat dated, but convenient and spacious. We reserved the room over the phone, and Ms. Mae Caraan was extremely helpful, professional, and supportive. She made every effort to ensure that we received a comfortable room suitable for our family, with a view of the Sphere.

My main dissatisfaction, however, was with the receptionist, Evelyn (an Asian female staff member), who checked us in upon arrival. She was rude and seemed unwilling to welcome us or provide the necessary information we needed. Most of our questions were met with the response, “It’s in the reference booklet,” which, in fact, did not exist in the hotel. Instead, there was only a QR code that directed us to a website where we had to dig through information to find answers.

We checked in on Saturday and stayed for two nights, Saturday and Sunday. When we asked Evelyn about breakfast hours, she simply said 7:00–10:30 AM, which turned out to apply only to Sunday. She failed to mention that breakfast hours were different on Monday (6:00–9:00 AM). As a result, on Monday morning we arrived at 9:40 AM with our children, only to be told breakfast had already ended. We missed breakfast entirely due to this lack of accurate information, as we assumed the hours were the same every day.

Hotel staff play a vital role in creating a hospitable environment, and unfortunately Evelyn did not demonstrate professionalism during check-in. On the other hand, our check-out experience was normal and efficient, handled by another receptionist who was polite and helpful.

The hotel is in a good location. The service was outstanding. The breakfast was one of the best but they should include non-pork protein options, like turkey sausage or turkey bacon.

Now, let's talk about the room. The room door is need of updating and the furniture and carpeting need renewing.

The parking lot to the front is for valet, maybe allow occupants to park there and section off less of the parking lot for valet services.

I stayed a little off the Strip for the first part of my most recent visit to Vegas and was very pleased with the Embassy Suites. It was kind of refreshing to stay in a “normal” hotel and not have the constant noise from the casino as soon as you get down to the lobby. The rooms were clean and very spacious and, most importantly to me, no hard water.

Great location. Always can count on a good hot breakfast. The only reason this location didn't get 5 stars is that it needs some updateding, an older hotel = older rooms. It just needs a refreshing. The pool is nice. However, the location allows for guests to look in but tinted on the pool side. Seemed backward.

One of my favorite places to stay vacation in Las Vegas, Nevada super close to the strip. Staff is great. The only thing that I did not like is that the elevators were broken on our side of the building the whole time that we were there so we had to walk around and being that I had crutches and a sprained foot that was no fun. They also have an indoor outdoor pool and breakfast and the food is always good there. Enjoy.

Our stay at this motel was disappointing. During a busy check in time, there was only one person handling customers, which led to delays.
When we used the luggage cart, the front desk staff rudely asked, ‘Are you going to bring that back?. Our room’s carpet had a noticeable stain. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Parking cost $12.00. Overall, for the price I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Disappointing!!

I had a fantastic stay at Embassy suites by Hilton Hotel! The breakfast omelet 🥚👨‍🍳 was absolutely delicious, expertly prepared by the chef. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the happy hour in the evening 🍹🎉—they serve popcorn 🍿, fresh vegetables 🥕, snacks 🍪, chips and dips 🥑—such a great touch!

I was lucky to get Room 730, and WOW 🤩, the balcony view of the Sphere was incredible! 🌍✨ The location is also perfect—close to the Las Vegas Strip and the Sphere, making it super convenient.

The only downside was the parking system 🚗⏳—the tap-to-enter/exit device is positioned awkwardly. Even as a tall guy with long arms, I struggled to reach it, hurting my muscles every time. 😣💪 If they fix that, this place would be 5 stars!

Overall, highly recommend for a great Vegas stay! 🎰🏙️

Nice workers. Quite disappointed with the room. Noisy water leak in the bathroom vent that was splashing rusty water onto our belongings on the bathroom counter. I covered it with a washcloth, but it still dripped down the wall, pooling on the counter and then on the floor (video attached). Sink stopper didn’t work. Shower was so cold my kids cried and I could only stand to be in there about 60 seconds before it was too uncomfortable to continue. Jacuzzi closed, indoor pool was cold.

We stayed on Floor 10 in the room closest to the elevators. The sounds of the elevators reverberate through the structure, waking me up anytime someone uses the elevator (and this is in the bedroom, two closed doors away from the elevators, with white noise playing from my phone all night).

Again, nice workers, but not our favorite stay in Vegas 🤷🏼‍♂️

Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center Las Vegas

From start to finish, my experience was disappointing.

I arrived at the property at 12:00 PM directly from the airport. The response I received was that the room wasn’t ready, which made sense to me since check-in was at 4:00 PM. However, even though the front desk saw me struggling with my luggage, they didn’t offer to store it for me as other hotels do, so I had to rearrange everything back into my rental car. Even at 4:00 PM, the room was not ready, and it wasn’t until 5:10 PM that I was able to check in.

I wasn’t offered any water or cookies, as other Hilton properties usually offer to their Hilton members.

The room, which was a "conference suite," was poorly maintained. The chairs at the conference table were broken and in very bad condition. The balcony was dirty, the bathroom was extremely unclean with brown stains on the floor, the carpet had stains, the cabinets were scratched, the iron was worn out, and the ceiling light was not working.

I informed the hotel staff about these conditions and requested to be moved to another conference suite, but they told me they had no others available due to a supposed event and that all suites were booked. This surprised me because that same day, many suites appeared available on the Hilton app, which shows available options. They offered me a much smaller suite, at a lower price than the suite I originally reserved. Since I had no other option, I asked them to change the broken chairs, but they refused, claiming they had no more chairs available. They said they would fix the ceiling light, but no one ever showed up to do so.

The restaurant was not open at 12:00 PM, and it remained closed for the rest of the afternoon. One of the elevators was broken, making it difficult to get up and down to the suite, and there was a lack of support with parking assistance.

On the day of my check-out, I asked the front desk if I could get an extra hour to leave the room since my flight was in the evening. They refused, saying they had an event and needed the room, but I observed that the parking lot was 90% empty at the time of my check-out. Not only that, but even though check-out is at 12:00 PM, they started knocking on my door at 11:30 AM to remind me to leave by noon. Other properties typically offer up to 4 extra hours in these situations.

I politely explained to them how important it was for me to have the room in good condition, especially because I am an influencer with 641,000 followers, and I needed to share a positive experience of my visit to Las Vegas with my audience. However, the hotel made no effort to improve their image or offer me the treatment a guest deserves. It’s very disappointing that these issues are happening at a Hilton property, and that the community doesn’t have the opportunity to enjoy a decent stay, especially for what they’re paying.

It's a pretty nice hotel. I like the breakfast and social hour and balcony overlooking the pool, although I bet it would be pretty cool to have a view of the Strip. Some suggestions though would be to fix the heating of the shower so that you don't have to wait forever for it to heat up and consider modifying the parking and hotel front entrance access, esp the latter, as it's hard to have friends over when the front door is locked.
Room was clean upon arrival. Small kitchen in the room was a bonus for us. Small fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and everything you need to cook on, they even provide paper towels, kitchen towel, dish soap and dishwasher soap. Odd upper floors have a great view of the stadium and the buffet breakfast was very good too. It had many options and the waffle batter anfmd coffee are also very good. Staff was friendly. We were there for only a few days but the maids never cleaned our room. Mandalay bay is less than a mile walk which gets you to all the connected hotels. There is also an In-N-Out across the street and 2 gas stations across from that. So great hotel. Just be aware that if yiu are on the stadium side you'll have the noise from the main road. Highly recommend if your here for a stadium event or an event at the Mandalay Bay convention center. No resort fees and parking included.

Stayed in Vegas for 2 nights. It was great! My mom is moving to Bullhead City, AZ with my brother, which is about 90 miles from Vegas. So, she came to Vegas and stayed for a night.

I love hotels with kitchens. There’s one in/near Irving, TX that has a washer/dryer in the unit. The hotel we stayed in Vegas had a washer/dryer hookup in the room, but no washer/dryer. However, they did have a washer/dryer that guests could use with no additional fee.

Now, the downside. They have a garbage disposer that didn’t work. So, the water was backing up. Called the front desk and reported it. I thought they’d have someone come and fix it, but didn’t. The freezer in the room did not work either. So, everything frozen that I brought from the truck thawed. Will call them back after my mom leaves.

Overall, the experience was good. The weather was nice. We were able to sit outside on the balcony for a long period of time without bugs bothering us. I wanted to go to Arte Museum. But, mom was so exhausted from driving by herself from Kansas, and we had to prepare to leave for our next load.

Oh, they also have a little social hour where they served a little fare of “appetizer” sized foods. When i went they were offering sandwiches, soup, & salad. The breakfast spread was typical hotel food…..YUCK!

Anyway, thats my review. I would definitely go back and stay at the hotel. I just wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. 😂

I got stuck in Vegas when my flight was canceled and got a room here. Such a great experience. The staff were A+. The king suite has a full kitchen and was like a small apartment. Gorgeous pool. Only 12 minutes from the airport. Highly recommend this place.

This hotel was absolutely...absolutely great for me. Outside of staying at my preferred favorite upscale hotel on the strip. This Staybridge would be my preferred go to. Although the location/view isn't on the Blvd. It still greatly exceeded my expectations upon walking into my King room. The amenities from the living to bedroom and kitchen to bath to staff. They were all second to none. Dare I say they were even better than many of the hotel casinos I've stayed in. The patio view also enables you to embrace the Las Vegas skyline, while excluding all the noises of the strip. And oh, don't worry! Because if and when you'd like to get back on the strip. With the easy highway access. It's only an quick and convenient drive away. Will definitely book again! Thank you!

Super clean room, nice amenities with pretty pool, public grill, full kitchen, and balcony. They also gave me free parking for being platinum member too. Breakfast had some awesome fresh fruits like blueberries. Convenient location. Better than our stay at mandalay bay!

I recently stayed here and for the most part i was very impressed with the hotel as i normally book on the strip. My only major complaint and concern is the fact that staff entered my room while i was out.. i had the do not disturb sign on the front of door and not only did they remove it but the took it with them. Upon reaching out to the front desk i was told staff can enter when they want even with the DND being there. Asked for a supervisor was told none were available and one would call me back.. that never happened... Sent emails two days later and again no response. The fact that my privacy was invaded and five days later still no response from the hotel is very disappointing. Definitely would stop me from booking again when i drive into vegas.

Was pretty happy with my stay here. Huge room and it was clean. Had blackout curtains and lil balcony. But it was 100F outside so didn’t use it. They served breakfast and had coffee as well as soy milk! Would stay here again. Parking was $20 a day. There was a shuttle that can bring you to the strip but you have to reserve a ride.

It started off great, but quickly realized the service was lacking and the comfort was non-existent. The beds appear nice, but once you lay on it and try to use the pillows the sense of comfort is gone. Once you put your head on any of the 6 pillows they go flat as a pancake and turn into pillow ear muffs around your head with no pillow comfort. We were there for 4 nights/5 days and got ZERO room service/cleaning. I had asked everyday and was told they are an extended stay hotel and only offer fresh towels and bed made daily, however we didn't even get that and when I called to ask for it, it wasn't provided either. I was told to come downstairs for towels. On Saturday I asked for service and was told the light service (Towels and Bed made) was only offered M-F, I had to remind her I didn't get it on these days either. When I asked the maid in the hall for fresh sheets / service I was told no - I'm sure there was a language barrier, but I feel she knew what I was asking for and replied no. The couch is very stiff and the pillows old. I had an arm chair removed from the room (I took a pic of where it was), because it had a piece of metal sticking out of it on the chair arm that cut my husbands leg when he walked by it. He got a 4" long scratch. I told them about this as well. On our last day, I noticed a pink fingernail on the carpet "gross". I wish we had gotten maid service daily, atleast then they may have vacuum and I wouldn't of had to see that finger nail. We had a banking issue and had to go to Chase, the front desk refused to let the shuttle guy take us, even though he was just sitting out front waiting to help a guest. We had to pay an uber 68 dollars round trip to got 8 miles. When we returned the shuttle guy was still sitting there. When we had a conversation with the shuttle guy about this we were told they had no idea and would have taken us that they are there to help when they can to improve the overall experience. We picked this place because it was walking distance to the concert venue right across the street, but doubt we will ever come back here again. We paid $272 a night and I just feel for that price we should have had a nice clean room with fresh linens and towels.

As soon as I have the opportunity to book this hotel, I’ll do it in a heartbeat. I truly love this property. Nice building, relax atmosphere here, cleaned and big suites, good food and excellent service. Kudos to Glendi at the social and Rose at the front desk I think they put the cherry on the top of my stay. Although I couldn’t enjoy the pool because weather was cool/chill, the area is fantastic.

It’s like be on the strip without the caos of the strip because this hotel it’s like two minutes away from Las Vegas blvd and right next to the stadium too!

Thanks for being awesome and congrats to this team

the only area of opportunity would be that I stayed for 5 nights and even I asked for, I didn’t receive room service. Besides this of course I highly recommend this Hotel!!!!

Very nice sized rooms that are kept clean. Love the in room washer and dryer but the washer does take a really long time to wash clothes. The staff was really nice and friendly. The gym was kept clean and the equipment was in good condition. The biggest problem I have is that the shower is very awkward with how they placed the shower head it is makes it hard to move around in the shower. Also there is only one tiny shelf in the shower for personal items if you have more than one botte or item then there really isn’t room for it.

This was hands down the best hotel customer service we’ve ever experienced. We stayed here for a tournament this past weekend, and from the very beginning, everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond.

Cori was so helpful over the phone, confirming that we could use a space for our team dinner. A few days later, Andrea was equally polite and professional when I called again to double-check that everything was still set. Since we were ordering a lot of food, I wanted to be sure we’d have the space available.

And then there’s Ruth—oh my goodness, I can’t say enough about her! She was absolutely amazing, always smiling and eager to help with whatever we needed.

Thank you all for making our stay such a wonderful experience!

Shout out to front desk staff Ruth. Great rooms and great location close to strip and

Would give 5 stars but it seems maintenance is a real concern. Several rooms were not available. Hot tub heater broken the whole time we were there. Pool was supposedly heated but too cold for my kids which says a lot because they can usually handle it. Visited pools at hotels that friends were staying in and it was much better.

All that said, Ruth was super helpful and ran herself ragged to take care of us and other guests. She goes above and beyond.

Amazing staff, impeccable service, incredible rooms. There are too many names to put in here to give kudos to because if I did this, this review would be a novel. Suffice to say, Andrea leads an awesome team! She leads by example and made what was a week gone south into the highlight of our trip! The breakfast setup is a step above the rest. The fitness center is one of the best I have seen on the road, while not largest, it is pretty well fitted for needs on the road. The pool area is beautiful and warm enough to swim outdoors in 50-degree weather. The BBQ area is perfect for small or large groups, and the rooms are set up to make plenty of homemade meals for that "taste of home". I recommend getting a top floor city view room, at night it is very beautiful!

DO NOT book this hotel! No heaters, almost freeze to death, plus plenty of safety and quality of property issues. We stayed there in the middle of November. There were no heaters in our 3 rooms!!! The maintenance staff came to fix the issue, it didn't work. Almost all staff wore the big sweater and one of them even had her own portable heater. In addition, regarding safety and quality of property, the shower door was falling apart, the handle of the partition door between the bedroom and living room was also hanging. Also, all rooms were dirty and there was no curtain for the door that reached the balcony. One room had the opened soda drink left on the floor. These are unacceptable issues for health and safety. It was the worst nightmare in the hotel we have ever met.
We requested a refund. The hotel admitted that the room temperature on the night we stayed recorded in the system was lower than the standard regulation. A general manager issued a refund for us. However, after the trip, we still did not get the refund. We contacted the general manager but she avoided talking to us. We kept calling and leaving her the message for more than a week. No response. Finally, we had to contact Customer Care of IHG Hotels & Resorts to open the case for us so we could reach the hotel to get the refund back. Shame on the IHG reputation!

Beautiful 3 towers dot the landscape, right off the strip. Loved the rooms and balconies. The only single complaint I have is the 10-15 minute walk to the strip. Other than that it was Grand.

Overall experience here was good. Staff members were friendly, room itself was clean and spacious with reasonable price. However, the front desk did not refund my security deposit $200 for two nights even though there was no damage and any issue. Over two weeks since I left, no refund was made and I have sent a couple of emails to their official account, but they were all automatically replied simply saying 'it will take 1-3 busiess days for a reply', which they never replied. I booked thru Airbnb, and the host also insisted he/she was not responsible for the refund. How irresponsible both of the parties are.

Kitchen is a huge plus as the food in the resort and strip is getting pricey. Would recommend.

The rooms are clean and tidy except when I opened the big for the extra blanket and found human hair left from the previous/person who used it before. So that was pretty disgusting.
However, the room was amazing and a lot of thought was put into the planning for each room. The HVAC worked as expected, the spa tub was amazing, and it was overall peace and quiet.

It’s a nice hotel to get away from all the hustle and bustle of Vegas while in Vegas.

Services—front desk was helpful and patient. They were ready with maps and brochures to guide folks staying at the hotel.

The location is the double edge sword—it’s got amazing views and it’s quiet and away from the strip. But bc it’s away from the strip, there’s literally one way in and out. And bc I came while F1 construction was happening, it took me 30 mins from exiting the freeway to get to the hotel. I don’t think that’s normal, but due to the circumstances, it was definitely unexpected.

I stayed here for the first time this week with my family. Place is on the strip but quiet at the same time. Very convenient location, clean room and friendly staff. Valet parking very efficient, although you do not need a car, you can walk to all major casinos and many restaurants around. I will stay again here on my next trip.

Had to cut our time short because the beds are the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. They’re dished and hard as a rock really messed up my back. The resort fees and deposit were a huge surprise when getting here too. The staff isn’t very friendly and are tip greedy. we will not return.

Ok this is our first time staying here while visiting Vegas from LA, CA.
The resort area is very nice and very safe.

We are in Tower 1 on the 21st floor Room 105A and the room is oh well what else ... OUTSTANDING!

It is very spacious and even has a balcony. It has all the amenities one could ask for. Just check the pics I took.

I found this on booking.com, and the price is outstanding for what you get and for being a Fri and Sat night stay in Las Vegas!

The room has a great balcony! Perfect for observing the Strip and rest of the areas near it. Western horizon view that is wide and beautiful.

We will definitely be back when we return to Vegas!

Our host Marie was very helpful. Thank you.

Room is great, view is exceptional. 1 stars because housekeeping sucks. Waited 8 hours for service that we did NOT receive. Followed instructions and all but the hotel needs their own housekeeping service. It shouldn't take eight hours-3 days just to give us extra washcloths and towels.

Full condo, 900 sf. Been here 3 times and will definitely stay again. The towers are connected to the MGM Grand so you have easy access to the casino, shops and dining. And there plenty of choices. If you're looking for a full condo instead of a hotel, this is the place. Rates are very, very reasonable. Highly recommended!

The good:

-Superb view if you stay at a high floor.  We stayed at 38 (last one.)
-Connected to the MGM, so restaurants and shops are relatively close and without walking to the street.
-Has a gym, small but enough for an express workout.
-Employees were helpful. Specially valets, very kind.
-Very clean environment.

The areas of opportunity:

-They reinbursed my 300 dollar credit card deposit 9 days after I ckeched out. This is too long in today's standards.
-Located at the very far South of the Strip, so the walking or the taxi gets annoying.
-The development is 20 years old and shows inneficient maintenance.  Our first night a valve broke down, so the top 3-4 floors did not have water.  After arriving from abroad, walking all over the strip, and attending a show, we truly needed to shower.  However, we had zero water so we could not do so and we even had to use the bathroom in the lobby.  They fixed it the next morning, but did not approach us to give any type of compensation.
-Employees told me the units were selling at 1.2 million dollars when first built (2004.)  Now we can see online that they are selling at around 400 thousand dollars.  This ridiculous depreciation indicates a lot about the inefficient maintenance and investment overall.

I will not stay at the MGM Signature again.

Purchased a Penthouse Apartment from a very reputable and very cool owner, however the hotel staff and management were very rude and unyielding. Just know that if you rent from a private owner, there will still be another $200 for incidentals when you arrive. We expected between $50-100 for incidentals, like 99% of the hotels and resorts we have been to over the course of my adult life. $200 was exorbitant for a 2 night stay. You get it back, 10 days after check out, but if you’re like me, having $200 in limbo for a week and a half, after paying for the trip and room, as well as food, entertainment, drinks, Uber rides, etc… it’s totally too much money to be just sitting around.

Nice place,, just would have been nice if there was no hair on the bathroom floor and in the bed sheets. It would also be great if they had more than 1 paper cup in the kitchen. Some utensils would have help also. When we called and complained the cleaner came and did an ok job. The carpet needed cleaning and smelled.

First time I have stayed at this particular hotel. I would’ve preferred two queen size beds instead of one king size bed and a sofa bed. Only supplied with a thin blanket for the sofa bed as well which I didn’t like.

Easy access to the MGM for the monorail.
Clean, Quiet hotel in a fantastic location.

Wonderful views of the strip at night from the balcony
