Absolutely beautiful location. Our room was on the 4th floor with stunning views. We visited for 2 days dat on the balcony and watched the sunset each night. The room was equipped with 2 tvs a refrigerator and a comfy bed as well as couch. We ordered room service and we're not disappointed the burger and pizza were both top notch. We alsoordered chips salsa and guacamole chefs kiss! The only draw back was the pool being open late and the kids screaming, altought we did visit during spring break. Overall a great stay and happy to know this gem is here for a retreat.

In a quiet location. The pool area is very nice with a lot of seating, a cafe with the the ability to order food from your chair, plenty of seating and a relaxing vibe with music. The rooms are a nice size. Definitely feels more like a resort than a hotel.Above all, the staff are super friendly and helpful. I haven’t passed by anyone yet that hasn’t smiled and greeted me. The bellman was extremely friendly and helpful. When I arrived at checkin, I discovered I had made an error with my reservation. Brendon (or Brandon) at the front desk went out of his way to fix my mistake, providing exemplary service that was above and beyond what he needed to do. It’s clear the staff here pride themselves in providing great customer service!

The service was friendly and professional. Kept clean. Many heated pools. An adults only pool as well. The point in thyme restaurant not only served top notch food but a beautiful interior. Starbucks on site for coffee. Bar by the pool is great but look out... One beer is $15. Enjoyed playing pickle ball as well as free bike rental to bike the local path. A bit rocky and rough, but fun. Felt we never had to leave.

Originally was booked in the standard suite but ended up upgrading to an ambassador suite. The ambassador suite was upgraded and very nice. The standard suite needed some updates. The overall resort was nice but all around could use updates. However the value was good considering it was reasonably priced. All the staff were excellent and very friendly. The beds and temperature control were great. The Golf course looked nice.

Stayed there March 2025.Overall a disappointing experience. The main theme I would describe is as a very outdated hotel, that needs a renovation badly.ParkingPeople were speeding in the parking lots. Be careful if you have kids in the parking lots.Customer serviceThe customer service was ok. Overall I was expecting more for what I paid, you are better off looking into another resort. The highlight were the ladies at the coffee bar, they were excellent.PoolsThe pools were nice, seemed to be well kept, for amenities, this was a highlight due to the amount of pools.

Great resort! Coming from a cold winter climate, this place was amazing. Not only because it was warm, but the staff was amazing! Everywhere we went on the resort they treated us amazingly. This was the first time, in a long time, that our winter getaway felt like a vacation. Thanks to all the wonderful staff at Hilton's Tapatio Cliffs Resort. You are all amazing! Keep up the great work. We will definitely return.

Outside area is beautiful, but if there is an event you can't have access to falls area that wholeday and sometimesthe next day too.. Then on top of that the noise of them taking everything down till 1 am is ridiculous & not appropriate. We put drinks and food in our refrigerator to realize 24 hours later it wasn't on. Phone in bedroom didn't work and had time move microwave so it would work in suite 3040.We had 2 body wash & one conditioner in shower so I called the maid service twice in an hour & nothing. 70 minutes later called front desk and finally got it.The female waitress at the falls pool our last day (Thursday) was FANTASTIC!On the otherhandCHARLOTTE in bar was horrible. Rude, slow and complained about everything. You had to walk up to her from the bar to get a drink or things she forgot. We thought maybe it was a bad day, but Thursday was just as bad! Thank God there were 2 other men that were there. They were FANTASTIC.Massage i got from the gentleman was WONDERFUL!! But fyi there is an automatic 20% tip.Morning buffet is great but too expensive.

Clean rooms with beautiful views! Some areas are showing signs of age and some spots can be difficult to navigate with signs + map. So many nice pool and hot tub options, along with amenities with the gift shop and coffee shop. Would definitely return! Also access to the nearby trails and parks.

The rooms were nice, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating especially the Shuttle service. Richard, went above and beyond. Nemo, Dustin too. Mark and Sarah were our poolside our waiters and kept us taken care of. The terrace was wonderful for a sunset and of course the Different point of view restaurant was a real treat. Great food and Nicholas, our waiter made the evening special. This was a relaxing getaway that soothed the soul. We will be back! Thank you!

After staying in 2 other hotels in the Phoenix area that were just okay, it felt like paradise here. Our room was nestled high against a cliff backdrop with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Our breeze block balcony felt private and since there are 7 pools, they never felt overcrowded. From this hotel you have direct access to Phoenix Mountain Preserve trails where you can hike for miles. The staff were particularly pleasant- especially Robbie, who checked us in and Mark, who was our server at the poolside café. Already planning on returning next year.

Beautiful resort and rooms. Service at check in was very good and customer service over the phone was also very good. We ate at the cascade cafe and the service was terrible and the price was not worth it. Ground beef added to the nachos was $9 and they weren't very good. We were told a server would come take our order by the pool / hot tub and they never came they did bring our food out but never came back or as others arrived ask them if they wanted to order. would not recommend this cafe by the pool.

Nice hotel, but needs an amenities update. There are no microwaves in the rooms, but there are refrigerators, so forget bringing back leftover dinner. The front desk staff is nice, but the sharing of information isn't uniform. Some staff will tell you breakfast is free at the restaurant if you are staying there, while others won't, and you'll foolishly end up paying $25 for the breakfast buffet; it's tasty but ain't worth all that! Otherwise, it's a nice place with nice amenities and a golfer's paradise.

I was swept away by the flawless Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The design and ambiance in the room are nothing short of breathtaking. Every corner of the property exudes elegance, with modern touches seamlessly blending with timeless charm. The lobby alone felt like stepping into a sanctuary of refined taste, setting the tone for the exceptional stay ahead. My room was an absolute masterpiece, fancy, clean, and adorned with luxurious amenities. It offered breathtaking views of the golf course. The attention to detail was impressive and everything from the plush bedding to the complimentary treats was carefully organized to ensure maximum comfort.Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort - Heaven on earth!

Marriott Phoenix Airport

Convenience meets comfort at this airport-adjacent property. Despite its proximity to travel hubs, the Marriott Phoenix Airport offers surprisingly pleasant balcony experiences.

Their King Guest Room with Balcony and Queen/Queen Balcony Guest Room options provide that coveted outdoor space. Interestingly, while some guests enjoy the airport and highway views (perfect for aviation enthusiasts), others recommend requesting fountain-facing balconies for more scenic vistas.

Location is great. Hotel is very nice. However the rooms are smelly. It's as if they don't use scented detergent on their sheets. Also the bath gel and shampoo were both empty. Very in convenient when you arrive at midnight and need to leave at 6am

Hotel was in good shape and in a decent location. Not too close and not too far from airport, making an early morning return flight simple and easy. The lobby is easily prone to noise, even with small groups of people due to its design.
The management here is the worst. Terrible customer service. They do not care about customers at all. I am an Platinum Member and had a tragic experience happen and was forced to pay cancelation fee. I will not stay here again and might be moving over to Hilton from now on after this terrible experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Phoenix Airport Marriott. As parents traveling with a soccer team, we’ve stayed at many Marriott properties over the years, and this experience was unlike any other. The bar staff and the bar manager, in particular, displayed an appalling level of hostility and unprofessionalism. We were simply trying to relax and chat with friends about our plans for the day and the games, but were harshly confronted and berated by the bar manager for having an outside beverage. We were made to feel as if we were criminals for just standing in the lobby, trying to have a conversation, all while being told we were not welcome in the bar area. The manager was aggressive, quick to yell at us, and downright rude. It felt as though she was looking for a confrontation. We were treated like second-class citizens, which is completely unacceptable. I’ve never encountered such a negative atmosphere at any Marriott property before, and it completely soured our stay. The way we were treated left a lasting negative impression, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will make sure to share my experience with everyone I know, and we certainly won’t be returning to the Phoenix Airport Marriott in the future.Absolutely unacceptable.

Easy check in near airport and good shuttle service. Stuff are always welcoming and easy to ask any service question/request. Limited is food option for us in near by that you may consider to drive/uber to few minutes but wasn’t too bad.

What an awesome place! The staffing is amazing especially Patrick and the shuttle guys and girls. The showers have ton of pressure and the beds are so soft! The gym is one of the best and most updated gyms I have seen in years. So much space and equipment. I would definitely recommend this location.

We were here on our way back from Arizona flying out of Phoenix. It makes sense to stay if you re catching flight the next day. Good staff at the reception. Got an upgrade..! Had access to lounge breakfast on 12th floor. Basic stuff, the staff out there was like “who cares”. Rooms were nice. Short, good stay.

The room was fine, and the service was good. Very convenient location for the airport and the ability to park for free and take the Marriott shuttle.Service in the lounge area was fantastic. However, the cushions on the seating were very dirty with multiple stains. I was shocked that they were in this condition.

I was in Phoenix on a business trip for 2 nights. This hotel is situated very close to the airport which was convenient, and it offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There’s even an airport shuttle that runs quite frequently. There is a nice gym and an outdoor pool which I didn’t use but I did lay on the sun loungers after morning gym sessions to catch some sun. The gym has plenty of hand towels and also a filtered water station to fill your bottle.Breakfast is okay, quite overpriced but there’s nothing else close by so I was forced to go with the hotel breakfast. The breakfast staff are hit and miss, some are friendly and some not so much. The rooms are actually quite comfortable. The bathroom is a good size with a decent size cubicle style shower. The pillows aren’t so great but the mattress is good. The reception staff are friendly however checkout was a pain, it took 15 minutes to try and get my company address correctly listed on the invoice, by which time I had missed the airport shuttle. If I get the opportunity for another business trip to Phoenix I will consider this hotel again, the only thing that would make me stay elsewhere is the location. Whilst it’s conveniently next to the airport it’s not close to downtown and I always like to be close to a bit of a vibe with plenty of restaurant options and other things to do.

We enjoy staying in Phoenix for a couple of days when we attend an event. However, I'm really tired of the tiny little claustrophobic boxes that the other downtown hotels offer, so I decided to try to Found:Re hotel. This hotel was delightful, fun creative, and comfortable! First, I truly appreciated the balcony and the amazing view! Just being able to access fresh air in the room was huge. The bed is very comfortable and we slept very well and comfortable. There is art and creativity everywhere! From looking at the art while walking the hallways; thinking through how they designed certain things in the rooms; to the fun gift shop/restaurant and bar...it was such a fun and inspirational place to stay! There is a gallery, also, but we didn't get to see it.The train is right there, providing easy access to Phoenix. The staff was friendly and welcoming! The hotel is right next to a huge part with a Japanese garden and walking trails, as well ads the Irish Cultural Center and McClelland Library. It is pet friendly!

I am NOT a fan! The man at the front was rude and didnt explain the charges well or correct. The young lady was SUPPER NICE ! The room was not worth the price. The chairs where stained and there where no stools or table to eat at. There was broken patio furniture. The shower handle was broken resulting in water on the floor. The bed was great so was the view. The blowdryer keep setting off the smoke alarm because it was dirty....not worth the price!

The only thing that made the stay worthwhile would be the staff and the comfortable beds. The shower water does not get hot. Beware of the $35(hotel fee) a day + $120 incidentals on top of your “total” for your stay. For those prices, there should be hot water. Staff was friendly and accommodating & the food was good.

This is a fun hotel and is good in all the conventional ways such as service, cleanliness and location. It also has a definite theme: contemporary art; including works for sale in each room and an attached commercial gallery. The decor is industrial loft chic and they are very consistent about it, both in the common areas and within the room. It's not my favorite decor but it had style and did add to the fun. The FOUNDRE is similar to the Verb Hotel in Boston that has a rock and roll theme and is also consistent with it, although they probably are not affiliated.

***UPDATE - There's no hot water in the shower! I tried to use the phone to call the desk and the handset doesn't work. I was able to use the phone via speaker and I was told it takes a while for the hot water to get to my room since hot water is coming from 8th floor. I waited over 20 minutes, (took 35 minutes yes I timed it). I'm now very cold and the room temp will not go up higher than 67 it was only blowing cold air. Did she give me the worst room?I booked this hotel because I liked the way the bathroom looked on the photos. I thought, Found Re with their shower and decor would be great to experience and see.I feel the front desk's first impression go hand in hand with the great atmosphere. My visit was like meeting a beautiful person with a crappy personality or a perfect apple with a worm inside.I was checking in and asked about adding breakfast because that was mentioned on the booking page. The girl said I booked on Expedia or Hotels.com (with a tone like my booking is less important if I had used these sites) and she can't see my reservation. To clarify, not that I need to, I didn't use either of those sites, but we do use a company because we book hundreds of reservations nationwide yearly for our employees and we get a special rate. Does it really matter? Evidently to this girl it did.She mentioned coming to the desk for water if I wanted some and I asked if I can get one now. She said they're in your room, again with the condescending tone. I guess I didn't understand.Maybe I'm tired, maybe I'm hungry, maybe employees of this beautiful hotel should treat every customer as if they are important regardless how it was booked. I may not have booked through expedia nor hotels.com, but if I did, I wouldn't want to be treated like I'm less important.I may book this place again in a future visit as I do come back to this city a few times a year. If I do, I sure hope the welcome matches what's expected from this hotel. Will update with room photos later.* Never booking here again. See update on top. Broken heater, phone and no hot water.

Local from Phoenix who did a staycation here for wife's birthday. Check in was fast and easy. The Hotel is clean and very neat. Restaurant on site, shop and art gallery. Walking distance to everything in downtown Phoenix. The only thing I didn't like was how noisy the hotel was. You could hear everything. We stayed in a Deluxe balcony room that had an adjoining door to another room. When the people staying next door came back late at night, you could hear every word of their conversation as if they were in the same room. While it is true that those (at least a couple of them) staying next door were inconsiderate and loud. I think that the hotel could do more to buffer the sound between rooms, maybe put a sweep or something under the door. We used a bed runner and it seemed to help. Overall, it was a decent stay, we had a good view of the Irish Cultural Center and the staff were nice.

Found de Phoenix definitely has the cool vibes from the foyer to the rooms. It's a casual, laid-back hotel with an industrial feel. The rooms have polished concrete floors which is fantastic if you're not into carpets like me. The bed is comfy and there is a seating area and table. It's roomy. Bathrooms reminded me of a locker room with the grey tiling with full size bathroom products for use. Free self-parking located behind the hotel which is great.Staff at the front desk are very cool and chill. This is not a stuffy corporate chain hotel. There are lots of fun quirks and touches in the rooms and main areas. And a lot of art on the walls.Location is at the edge of downtown, so pretty quiet compared to the downtown buzz. Valet is only available on the weekends.
Service is pretty close there, although friendly. We got room 813. I big king suite. A nice set up, with a masculine, industrial feel. The sofa in the sitting living room area was pretty torn up. I’m surprised it was not replace. Both the breakfast and dinner was very bland. No salt, no spices. We ended up going elsewhere for dinner every night.

Excellent hotel with a beautiful pool, perfect for cooling off in the typical Phoenix heat. Convenient self parking or valet on the weekends. The design is impressive, featuring lots of art throughout the property, including in the rooms. The industrial-style decor adds a unique touch, and everything is clean and well-maintained. Our room was on a high floor with a great view, spacious and quiet. There’s also an ice machine on every floor. Great location—highly recommended!

Monroe Hotel With Balcony in Phoenix

A word of caution about the Monroe Hotel With Balcony in Phoenix. Despite its promising name, this property has a documented history of balcony problems. Multiple sources spanning several years report persistent issues with balcony inaccessibility due to safety concerns and ongoing legal disputes.

Reddit discussions and apartment review sites consistently mention locked patio doors and unusable balconies. While the potential for city views exists, the likelihood of actually enjoying your balcony appears questionable at best.

Sentral Alloy Midtown

Operating on an aparthotel model, Sentral Alloy Midtown offers balconies or patios in most of its units. These apartment-style accommodations provide a more residential feel for longer stays.

Guest experiences vary more widely here, with some mentioning less desirable views of parking structures or construction areas. However, the spaciousness of these outdoor areas complements the apartment-style units well.

The rooms are in the apartment building next door to where you check in. When you walk into the parking garage, there are stairs near the door that will lead you inside. The entrance is past the door that says "Exit". I saw someone make the same mistake as me. The instructions sent via email are helpful. However, had I known that other people had the same issue, I would have taken a photo of the door. You use the same pass code for the public areas. The code in your email is only for the front door to your unit. The room is completely set up for a long-term stay. I liked it. It was comfortable. I liked that the HVAC in the bedroom is separate from the rest of the unit. It is possible for you to hear the neighbors (tenants and other hotel guests), but the layout helps out. I had a corner unit and could only hear the neighbor in the middle of the day when I was in the living room. I could not hear anything when I was in the bedroom.

Awesome family owned business treats you like family, unlike big corporate hotels. Friendly reception that always has someone on duty night and day, free evening snack and drinks and free morning buffet breakfast. Rooms are comfortable, pet friendly, business center in the lobby, exercise room, and pool with jacuzzi. Close to the airport ,but rooms are quiet, and a free shuttle to and from the property. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Phoenix or other locations they own.

I stayed here for business recently. Upon checkout, I received my receipt by email. A few days later I noticed an extra $3 charge on my credit card statement. I called the hotel and asked about it. They asked if I had consumed a bottle of water in the room. I told them no. (I always provide my own water.) The agent on the phone told me he would adjust the charges. A few minutes later, I received a new email receipt showing a refund of the $3 charge. Three days after the phone call, I still show no credit on my credit card statement.Edit: 1 day after posting this review, $3 credit appeared on my CC statement. Thanks, Hilton

The hotel is very poorly setup. There are only two elevator stacks, one has only one elevator. There are a number of entrances which is nice, but they should number them and use to direct guests to where they should park cars and enter to be closest to their rooms. There are a few signs internally to room numbers, but no signs I've found for lobby/restaurants which are close together. Walking the wrong direction ends in a dead end with no warning. The restaurants are connected with one another, oriented around an outdoor atrium. This means each restaurant has one way in, and the other restaurant is the exit path out. Food and drinks at both restaurants is very good though. Location is great if you want to be near the airport. There is a "balcony" which is about 1-2 feet deep, about 8 feet wide.. So great If you want to stand outside.

We had two corporate events with this hotel and it was beyond amazing! The catering team, events team, font desk, and the restaurant were outstanding. They make you feel like family, listen to all requests and are truly kind. It is hard planning an event out of state but this team made it seamless. Highly recommend if you need a hotel room for a night or meeting spaces.

Definitely a disappointing experience compared to other Hilton hotels. The rooms are outdated and in disrepair, the wallpaper is literally peeling off in multiple spots. There is also constant noise of running water coming through the walls. It's like sleeping next to a river, great in nature but not at a hotel. The food overly salty and lacking in options for dietary needs like gluten free or vegan. The staff is very short and mildly rude, they'll interrupt you mid sentence. The only saving grace is Luigi at the restaurant was very nice. I travel for business often and we won't be back. What's going on with this place?

Conclusion: Choosing a hotel with a balcony in Phoenix, AZ, offers a unique way to experience the city’s stunning desert landscapes, vibrant sunsets, and warm climate. Whether you’re seeking a luxurious resort with sweeping views of the mountains or a cozy boutique hotel in the heart of the city, Phoenix has a variety of options to suit your preferences. A balcony not only enhances your stay by providing a private outdoor space but also allows you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty and tranquility of the Southwest. No matter the purpose of your visit, a hotel with a balcony can elevate your Phoenix experience to a whole new level of comfort and relaxation.
