I am writing to express my concern regarding two separate incidents of unprofessional and discourteous behavior by your hotel’s security personnel and night shift manager on the morning of April 20, 2025.The first incident occurred around 1:20 a.m. while I was seated in a lobby sitting area, waiting on a high-profile client who was a guest at your hotel. A security guard approached me and asked if I was a guest. I respectfully explained that I was waiting on a guest, and he stated the area was closed. I politely left and relocated to the sitting area near the elevators, where I remained until my client came down. I also noticed he placed stations to block off the area shortly after.Later, at approximately 6:00 a.m., I returned to the hotel after briefly stepping away. I poured myself a cup of coffee in the lobby and sat again near the elevators to wait for my client. The same security guard approached me and stated I could not sit there, and I must either go to the room or wait outside. When I questioned the reason, he cited hotel policy and inaccurately claimed I had been in the lobby all evening. I calmly corrected him, but he became visibly aggressive, stating repeatedly that he didn’t care who my client was, and I needed to leave.Soon after, the night shift manager joined the conversation and supported the guard’s claim, adding that my presence might make other guests feel “uncomfortable” as they started coming down in the morning. When I stated that I would report the interaction, the guard replied dismissively, “I don’t care—maybe the report will get me a letter of recommendation.”As a retired Chief of Police with over 25 years in law enforcement, I have encountered many situations requiring discretion, respect, and professionalism. What I experienced during my visit was none of those. I understand the importance of guest safety and vigilance, but this does not justify the disrespectful and hostile treatment I received.

This was easily the best customer service that I have ever received, from start to finish. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and courteous while we were here. From the staff at the front desk that went as far as helping me open the elevator while I was holding my coffees, to the gentleman that gave me a tour of the sauna/spa area, they were all fantastic. Thank you for making this a memorable stay!

The most dog friendly hotel we have ever stayed at. They had a bed, bowls and a bottle of water waiting for my baby when we arrived. The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating - even brought her her own bowl of scrambled eggs for breakfast.I had the best sleep of my life away from home - maybe it’s the $700 sheets they use (I had to look them up they were so crisp and comfortable!). The level of customer service was impeccable and an absolute treat from the moment we pulled up to the moment we left. I truly cannot wait to go back.

I had an amazing stay here! The hotel made my weekend trip great, and the staff was amazing. I also wanted to mention that Jermaine was outstanding. Every interaction interaction with him he was extremely professional and kind. More hotels should have staff like Jermaine. Overall I would definitely come back here with my family. I also wanted to mention that the Hotel car was really convenient and Clinton the driver was also amazing.

Best experience ever! We stayed here for our anniversary and were treated like royalty! The staff was amazing making sure we had everything we need. My personal concierge was the best, she made sure things were set up for us when we left for dinner. Sent us up cake and chocolates! We ordered room service for breakfast and it was fantastic! The rooms are top tier! Thank you for making our anniversary so special!

My daughter and I had a one night stay booked February 6th, 2025 and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Super clean. The staff are just amazing. We had to leave early due to a death in our family and I have to shout out to the kindness of the staff especially a young man who works in valet named Jermaine. He was exceptional and so kind. He really touched my heart. He is a precious person. I spoke with Carlos the manager as well and he was beyond kind. We hope to come back this summer. Absolutely wonderful.

If you’re looking for a luxury stay in Atlanta and want to avoid the city’s infamous traffic, the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead is a perfect choice. Located just steps from the Buckhead MARTA station, this five-star hotel was a fantastic stay with easy access to the rest of the city. I’m always looking for hotels near the Marta station because Atlanta traffic is not for me.The hotel’s white marble interiors create an atmosphere of pure elegance. The service is impeccable, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. With nightly rates ranging between $500 to $700, this hotel is definitely a splurge—but one that is absolutely worth it.The fitness center is state of the art, spacious and never overcrowded. I love to be active when I travel so I look for hotels with pretty good gyms. The spa has a sauna and steam room that you can use. Love that. The hotel restaurant has a fantastic breakfast. The rooms are huge and I loved the spa tub.

While staying at the Waldorf recently I visited the spa. Expecting the high level of service the brand is known for. Unfortunately, my experience was far from luxurious. During my massage, the therapist was on her phone, and at one point, it felt like I was receiving a one-handed massage. This was not only unprofessional but completely ruined what should have been a relaxing experience.I brought this to management’s attention, and while they offered me a replacement massage, I’m only in town for a few days, so this wasn’t a feasible solution. They then offered a 30% discount, which, while appreciated, didn’t feel like adequate compensation for such a disappointing experience.I expected much more from a spa of this caliber. I hope they take steps to ensure this doesn’t happen to other guests.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by bellman, Jonathan's welcoming smile. Every single interaction with the whole staff was lovely. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The meeting space was great and the food was en pointe. The entire team at Waldorf Astoria Buckhead is exceptional but a few standouts include on the Banquets team: Chef- who scrambled to make extra food for us, Ernest, Sophia, Keith, and Elena. On the sales team, Miriam and Savannah and the gracious manager, Carlos. All were fantastic to work with.Don't hesitate to book your next stay or plan your next event in Atlanta at this hotel, you won't be disappointed!

My first time ever staying at a four seasons was here. Thank god my job put me here because this was the best experience at a hotel of my life. The staff made you feel amazing. The gym the spa everything was a 1000/10. Now I know what the four seasons baby was talking about. I wish that every hotel I stayed at was like this one. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The service here was truly out of this world. I left something there and they are shipping it to me back in NJ. Hope to be back soon.

I've stayed in many luxury hotels, but this one is the best! Each staff member I encountered was genuinely warm and friendly. The spa was amazing, the room service including the meals were outstanding, and the room was beautiful. I usually don't do reviews, but this place is deserving of all the accolades and more. Thanks to staff for making my birthday one of the best I've ever had.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. This gorgeous property has all the amenities AND the friendliest staff! The 2 restaurants were so delicious - some of the best wine and cocktails, too. The pool was incredible and our kids loved swimming in the warmed pool AND they received personalized cookies and a little gift! They really took care of us and the room was gorgeous and so comfortable. We Hope to visit again!

My recent stay at the Four Seasons Atlanta was truly memorable. The room leaned more on the classic side rather than modern, but it was comfortable and well-maintained. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, personal, and welcoming. The bedding was absolutely phenomenal, offering one of the best night’s sleep I’ve ever had. However, the highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the dining at Brasserie Margot. From appetizers to desserts, everything was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. The pastries, in particular, were extraordinary—truly unforgettable. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, this restaurant is worth visiting on its own. A truly memorable culinary experience!

This hotel is fabulous and I have stayed here a few times!!! It is SO luxurious and the staff is wonderful. I stayed for several nights to visit various local businesses regarding building a home. Most were within walking distance to a 10 minute drive frim the hotel which was great. Mimi and Jia took care of me for breakfast almost every morning. What a way to start the day!! These ladies as well as the other restaurant staff went out of their way to take extremely great care of the guests. Their happy dispositions, smiling faces, and graciousness each morning were absolutely infectious! I've never seen people appear to love their jobs as much as these lovely women. I felt SO spoiled, I did not want to leave! I can't wait to come back!! It truly feels like my home away from home.

A true 5 star hotel with a 5 star experience.St Regis is probably the most expensive hotel in Atlanta but the quality of cleanliness in the room and bathroom (zero mildew, zero dust), mattress quality and comfort, the details- highly recommend.Room service is done through a tablet, tad slow, but it was very easy to order. And to add- it was the best room service food. Food quality and plating was equivalent to a fine dine restaurant. It was a great experience. Very relaxing, not crowded.

Great experience all around, from the first phone call to walking out the restaurant! Gia was our server and she set the tone from my first encounter with her. I called for a last minute reservation, and she and Robert went above and beyond to follow-up to confirm the reservation. When we arrived, everyone was very polite and Gia ended up being our server and she was amazing! Gia’s presentation, tea knowledge and love for what she does made the experience even more memorable.I love the variety and quality of teas they offered. The food is freshly made and tastes great. The ambiance was also perfect, welcoming and very elegant. I have been to several $80+ teas in Atlanta and this is the only one (so far) I feel was worth the price tag. Before leaving, I made reservations to go back.

I recently traveled to Atlanta for business, and my two-day stay at The St. Regis Atlanta was exceptional. From the elegant accommodations to the impeccable service, every aspect of the experience reflected true luxury and professionalism.A special thank you to Jia for her outstanding service while assisting our large party during breakfast. She provided excellent recommendations and ensured a seamless dining experience. Additionally, Josh’s warm hospitality and prompt service were greatly appreciated. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly enhanced our visit.I highly recommend The St. Regis Atlanta and look forward to returning.

Not a safe and friendly location for delivery drivers! They send delivery drivers into the garbage loading dock. Upon entering the building, I asked quite a few people where I needed to go and no one spoke English. Then this large guy came so close to me as I backed up. You can just leave the packages there! Well, Clarence, I like my personal space as a female and I don't need you that close that I can smell you! Dangerous location to deliver at after 3:30. p.m.

I stayed here for a Gal/Valentines weekend. The St Regis lives up to the brand. A superb upgrade to the St Regis suite was awarded even when an extra night was added at the last minute. The staff is remarkable as is the service. This visit was strictly room service but the restaurants are superb. Reservations are a must. Thank you St. Regis for a memorable experience.

We stayed at the St Regis for our Anniversary. Initially we booked a weekend at another hotel that we thought should have been amazing but we were very disappointed. We switched to the St Regis and have no regrets. From the moment we were on property until we departed, the experience was excellent. The staff were all kind, knowledgeable, and helpful; the food was delicious and the hotel/room was beautiful and clean. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend the St Regis.

Visited in October 2024 for afternoon tea. Easy to make reservation online and we were promptly seated as soon as we checked in. We had one of the earlier times for tea which I would highly recommend Just for more attentive service. The tea service by staff was amazing and we had younger guests in our party and the staff was very accommodating making it a very fun and engaging experience for them. The teas and bites were exquisite. As we were celebrating a birthday the staff prepared a special treat for our birthday guest which was yummy as well. Great price point for the experience. The restaurant was decorated beautifully located inside of the St. Regis. @sharpandsoundstyle$$$There is valet parking with a validation if you are attending afternoon tea

We came to the St. Regis to celebrate a friend's birthday at afternoon tea. The service and food were both impeccable. Charles and Nathan made the experience for everyone very special, including the 8 year old in our group. It was a great first time tea experience for all of us and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

My husband and I traveled to ATL from South AL for a small getaway for both of our birthday's. All and all the hotel stay was fair! The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Heads up there is a $60/Day valet, with no other option of parking so you HAVE to use valet. I did know this before the trip but still worth noting we spent $120 on parking alone. I do recommend calling ahead of time, the valet was never busy but was in no hurry to bring around our vehicle. Another thing to note, house keeping is not included in the stay, if you'd like fresh towels or your bed made there is a charge., which was absurd to me. Upon check-in you're charged $100 per day for incidentals. It cost us almost $700 upon arrival and then when we checked out we we're then charged the actual price of our stay, Room, services, valet, so it actually costed over $1200 to stay TWO nights in a King room. We will receive the first charge of $700 which was only a hold but will take OVER a WEEK to receive.. but We did enjoy the room and it was close to multiple attractions.

From the moment we walked in the service was amazing! We had the pleasure of checking in with Cameron and they were great! This was an anniversary trip for my partner and I and Cameron made sure to get us a room upgrade and give us a few extra things to make the trip special. Shout out to Cameron for getting us started on our trip! The rooms are also clean and pretty up to date. We also stopped to get a coffee at the cafe and it was pretty good!

Im from NY... been in Atlanta since 2000. We live in Sandy Springs and had floor seats to the Knicks v Hawks game. 2 rows behind the Knicks bench. AMAZING. We didn't want to have to fight traffic and deal with parking. We get a balcony room.Pretty basic. The room smelled like they needed to clean their vacuum cleaners. The front desk was cool. The valet was very cool. Nice group of gentlemen. The main takeaway was the fact we were able to walk from the Omni straight to the gates and less than 5 minutes to the floor of State Farm Arena.Needless to say, leaving the game was just as easy. No fuss. No foot traffic. Straight back to the Omni lobby.

This is a great hotel. Rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. Excellent location if you are attending events at the congress center, State Farm arena or the Falcons stadium. Staff is great. Plenty of restaurants within a half mile walk and food onsite was very good.Wish there was good high end shopping closer, could use better elevator situation in south tower, and they should have staffed up as trying to get food and drink was difficult at times on a busy weekend.

Stayed here for a work event. The rooms are nice, clean, seem updated and had great views. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great. Access from the checkin to the tower i stayed in was easy. Only complaints I had were that not all the elevators were working. And the escalator to the 1st floor didn't go down so you had to wait for the elevator.

Location is pretty good. I came here for a corporate event, which was paid for, the guy at the counter tried charging me $970 for what he said was incidentals and tax. Turns out it was for the the 2 night stay plus everything else. Luckily after standing at the counter for a lengthy time they sorted that out. As for the room…have a look at the photos. Popcorn ceiling, old crown molding, black mold in the bathroom etc. I’ve stayed at extended stays nicer than this.

Stayed here for an annual conference. The quality of my room in the housekeeping was excellent as well as the front desk staff. The dining options were good. You are a little isolated on that side of Atlanta and with a limited conference schedule it would be nice to have some more varied options. The food was not bad, but for such a high end hotel, I would’ve hoped for a bit more.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the exterior of the building stood out with its stunning ancient and classic architecture, giving it a unique and elegant charm. It truly felt like stepping back in time while still enjoying modern comforts. The interior was equally impressive, blending historical aesthetics with cozy and well-maintained facilities. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The location was another highlight, making it convenient to visit nearby attractions. Whether you’re a history lover or just someone who appreciates a hotel with character, this place is definitely worth trying. Overall, a wonderful blend of history, comfort, and excellent service—I would highly recommend it!

As a World of Hyatt Globalist, I’ve come to appreciate the thoughtful perks that come with loyalty, but my recent stay exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was seamless and personalized ( Thanks to Julie) The front desk warmly acknowledged my Globalist status and, without even asking, surprised me with an upgrade to a stunning suite. The suite itself was spacious, immaculate, and offered every comfort imaginable—from premium amenities to breathtaking views. Daily breakfast was complimentary and featured a wide array of fresh, high-quality options. Late checkout was effortlessly arranged, allowing me to relax without feeling rushed. The Globalist recognition here was more than just perks—it was a complete experience of hospitality, care, and comfort. I can’t wait to return.

Amazing Stay During Final Four Weekend – A Memorable Experience! We had a fantastic multi-day stay at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta during the Final Four weekend, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The hotel is massive, with a stunning design and plenty of space to accommodate large events and crowds. We stayed in what I believe is called the International Tower, slightly tucked away from the main atrium. It was quiet, comfortable, and gave us easy access to all the amenities the hotel had to offer. The optics of the hotel are absolutely beautiful—from the dramatic elevators to the soaring atrium and modern finishes, there’s no shortage of great photo-worthy spots throughout the property. The vibe was lively, and you could really feel the energy in the air, especially during such a big sports weekend. We really enjoyed the on-site dining options. The bar was our go-to—seriously, we stopped by three times just for wings and drinks, and every time it hit the spot. The service was friendly, the food was delicious, and it became one of the highlights of our stay. We also tried room service for breakfast, and it was surprisingly tasty and prompt. It was such a nice touch to enjoy a hot meal in the room before heading out for our day.The Marketplace downstairs was also super convenient. Whether we needed snacks, drinks, or last-minute essentials, it came in clutch multiple times. We also had dinner one evening at the sit-down restaurant on site (I can't recall the name), and the atmosphere was relaxed, the food was solid, and the service was excellent. One of the most unforgettable parts of the weekend was seeing the University of Michigan team staying at the hotel. We had the amazing opportunity to watch the band play in the atrium and cheer on the team as they ran out to their buses on the way to the Final Four game. It was such a fun and unique experience—something we’ll remember forever! We even got a few pictures and videos, which made the trip extra special. While I personally had no negative experiences during the stay, I do want to mention that one of my friends in another room had a bit of a challenge with housekeeping. However, it didn’t affect the overall trip, and I can honestly say my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the location, service, and amenities to the unforgettable Final Four energy, this hotel really delivered. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta—whether for a big event, business, or a weekend getaway.

Update:Thursday morning – I went for my very early coffee at 4:15 AM, just like I did the past two days. To my surprise, the hotel cafe is closed! Then I found the baristas arriving 5:10 AM. I gave them 15mins to set up… then I went to order my coffee. The barista told me they open at 6 AM—yet yesterday, they were open before 4 AM!What really caught me off guard is that she could have served me a coffee… but chose to stick to the rule instead. No flexibility, no kindness, just a hard “no” before the official opening time.Service just lost a star.—————————————-It is a very nice hotel. A bit old. Furniture in the lobby and other areas are worn out. But rooms are good.My stay is for business trip.I find it very difficult to sit and work comfortably in any place. No desks, no comfortable chairs… some outlets are not working. It is a good hotel, but needs attention! Also, my room is on a lower floor, there is noise I believe from the ventilation. And the view is not pleasant at all.

Iconic architecture in the atrium and I was glad to stay here. But there were a few issues: 1) room was not made up by housekeeping two days out of three. I would expect this at a three star hotel, but not at a premier facility like the Hyatt Regency. 2) I was continuously awakened throughout the nights that I stayed by the motion detecting night lights on the bed frames, every time someone changed positions in bed. There was no easily apparent way to turn these lights off. 3) hot water took about five minutes to reach proper temp at 6 am, delaying showers when time was of essence. 4) full hotel and the elevators were chaotic. The technology exists to solve this problem, I have encountered it in competing five star hotels (JW Marriott) and office buildings. 4) Getting coffee and ordering continental breakfast at “The Market” in the morning was a cluster.I will say that staff WAS friendly and helpful, even though management has failed to implement systems that would help staff do their jobs more efficiently. Also, our server in the bar area, Rebecca, was phenomenally amazing!

Our recent stay at the Hyatt Hotel in Atlanta was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel boasts a breathtaking revolving restaurant that offers stunning panoramic views of the city—a truly unique dining experience. Beyond that, the hotel stands out for its amenities, making every aspect of the stay seamless and modern.Customer service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant visit. The commitment to cleanliness was evident throughout the hotel, from the pristine rooms to the well-maintained common areas. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay in Atlanta with excellent hospitality and a one-of-a-kind dining experience, this hotel is a perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Be aware that the hotel has 3 buildings! The main Atrium Tower, designed by John Portman, is the one you typically see in photos. However, when booking a room, there is no indication of which tower you will be assigned to, nor is there an option to specifically choose the Atrium Tower. I chose Hyatt Regency Atlanta and paid that money specifically for its architecture, but unfortunately, my room was not in the Atrium Tower, which was quite disappointing. That said, the room key grants access to elevators and floors across all 3 buildings (international tower, radius tower, and the atrium tower), which allowed me to take a look at the Atrium Tower. While this prevented my stay from feeling like a complete letdown/scam, I do have concerns that this unrestricted access may compromise the hotel’s security.By the way, be very careful not to lose any items in your room, as you may never get them back. I lost my soft plush sea turtle toy on my bed, yet the lost and found services team informed me that no housekeeper had reported or returned such an item. I fully acknowledge that losing a personal item is my own responsibility due to negligence. However, considering that the toy is not small and was left on the bed, it is hard to believe it could have been mistaken for something to be discarded rather than returned to lost and found. Lost items are rare occurrences, while this experience has made me question the level of responsibility and care taken by the hotel staff.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms & views. - customer service was subpar, the valet for vehicles was almost pointless and they were very rude. The only nice interaction was from a friendly check in clerk. I would only return if customer service was better. Spent a lot of money to be treated like we weren't guests at their hotel, it felt as if we were bothering them vs being customers. Pricing was decent - location not the best but decent.

A Fantastic Stay for the Atlanta Market! We stayed at a fantastic hotel during our visit to the Atlanta Market, and it was the perfect spot! The location was super convenient—just a short walk to the market buildings. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we were greeted with a refreshing sangria upon arrival. They also offer valet services, which is always a plus. The hotel’s layout is really cool; it doesn’t have those long, dark hallways. Instead, it's open-air, with a large lobby you can look down into from the balconies, and you can watch the pod-lit elevators move up and down. We tried to get into the Polaris restaurant, but it’s a popular spot, so definitely make a reservation ahead of time!Breakfast in the lobby restaurant was delicious—fresh avocado, eggs, bacon, a little side salad, and great coffee. The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. Our room was really comfortable with a variety of pillows to choose from, and the beds had motion-sensor night lights, which was a nice touch if you’re up in the middle of the night. The bathroom had a backlit mirror, which made getting ready easy, and it even had a soft glow when the lights were off, making it easy to find your way. Plus, the room had plenty of charging ports and lamps, and the balcony had a beautiful view of the city.Overall, this hotel offered great service, an amazing atmosphere, and lots of thoughtful details that made our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend it if you're visiting the Atlanta Market or just in town!

I have to admit, I was not fantastically impressed with the room I was in nor the tower my room was in. I was in the southwest tower and the rooms were very small, and since I wasn’t high up and was on the south side it all felt very boxed in. The room felt kind of like I was in an RV more than in a hotel of the caliber that this is supposed to be. Other than this, it was a great stay! The cleaning service workers were fantastic and fast! Location was alright, but a bit far from the conference center.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Love the location. And the balcony’s would definitely book here again when visiting Atlanta. The staff were very friendly and easy to get in touch with on the app using chat. Only thing I didn’t like was that I thought for sure, I paid for the parking on the app when I booked my room. But had to pay $70 for 2days of parking when I arrived.

We stayed in a Superior 2 Bedroom Suite at Sonder Midtown Atlanta, and overall, the experience was just okay. On the day of check-in, I appreciated that they had already assigned our suite (#511) before the standard check-in time. I asked if we could just pay extra to access it early, and they were accommodating. However, when we entered the suite, it smelled strongly of pot and cigarettes. This was especially disappointing because my husband and daughter both have asthma. We tried airing out the space for a full 24 hours, but during that time, the power also went out. When I contacted Sonder and asked to be moved, they offered to transfer us to a lower-level suite and then move us again the next day—something we didn’t want to deal with on a short stay.We stayed in the original unit and continued airing it out. While the smell improved slightly, by nightfall the smoke returned, likely coming from surrounding units. Unfortunately, the smell of pot and cigarettes seemed to be present throughout the building, despite the staff’s efforts to keep things clean and fresh. The property is maintained nicely, but the lack of staff or attendants after hours seems to make it easy for some guests to disregard no-smoking rules. It’s a decent option for some, but I wouldn’t recommend this location for families—especially those with sensitivities to smoke or who prefer a more conservative, smoke-free environment.

I picked this place for it’s location and the fact that the rooms have have a kitchen so I can store my leftovers properly. Other than that I would NOT recommend if you have real standards. You can hear the foot steps of upstairs neighbor walking and every door being open and closed to the left and right of you. Atlanta is building very quickly but that means little insulation in between units if you’re looking for peace and quiet, you won’t find it here. Room cleaning is NOT free and parking is expensive and scarce. Learned a great lesson hopefully you learn from my mistake of staying here

This place has been a god send. We ended up here when my dad suffered a medical emergency on a layover at the airport. I’m currently still staying here and might be for a while. It’s a beautiful place and everyone is very kind. You need a code to get in which makes you feel really safe. It’s more affordable than hotels in this area and waaay better, literally no competition. Less of a busy hotel vibe and more of a comfortable little home vibe. I’d 100000% recommend this place.

My room was very clean which I absolutely appreciate! It was extremely quiet as well. Very comfortable stay. I slept like a baby. Staff is nice too. I did receive a random charge of $150 2 days before checking in. I reached out to an agent about it and they said "this was the incidentals deposit and will drop off after the stay". Just a heads up because I wasn't informed of this prior. It's a temporary charge. Otherwise, def recommend this location.

It’s a pretty nice place. Nice, spacious and clean. The place (halls and garage) often smells like weed so fair warning if that bothers you. Altogether I really like the space and apartment style much better than a hotel and I like the price (usually). Two major complaints1 is that I wish parking was cheaper and/or discounted for frequent customers or long term stays. It runs into a large bill that eats away at the benefits of staying there (vs a more centrally located hotel).2. Last time I stayed here I had a major problem getting my room assignment and had to upload my id which still wasn’t enough. I was in my rental car outside the Sonder for over an hour at 10 or 11 pm trying to work with support to get access. At the time I swore to never stay again but I did anyway because I had existing reservations. I’ll be back but that was a big miss and was the first time I ever questioned my decision to stay with Sonder.Ok. Third and 4th issues. People upstairs walk with a heavy gait. Can be very annoying. This stay the dishwasher didn’t work and beeped every 1-2 minutes for the whole 12 day stay.Even so I will be back because the mix of space and price works for my needs.

I loved my stay at Sonder. I was a bit nervous booking anything other than a hotel but the apartment at Sonder was perfect. It’s was clean, spacious, safe and comfortable. For what you got I found the price very reasonable. We arrived early and our code to the front door wasn’t working. I phoned the number listed and was given a new one, and I was able to get in within a few minutes. We were able to store our luggage in the storage lockers when we arrived and sit in the lounge until our room was ready at the check in time which was very nice.I was very happy with the room, it was exactly as pictured online. A highlight was how new the mattress seemed. It was nice a firm and the sofa-couch mattress was comfortable as well. They also had cups, bowls, plates and cutlery which was very nice for when we bought food to eat at the room. The only thing I noticed that wasn’t perfect, was some of the white walls behind the doors had some marks. (Just looked like they could use a wipe.) But overall an amazing place to stay! I will definitely be booking with Sonder again and recommending it to others.

My stay at Canopy Hotel has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything you need. The hotel itself is spotless. Every corner feels fresh and clean, from the lobby to the rooms. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place well maintained and comfortable for their guests. My room was immaculate, with modern touches that made it feel both cozy and upscale.Whether I needed recommendations for local spots or just had a quick question, the team here made me feel right at home. It’s rare to find such consistent service paired with such a beautiful, clean space. Highly recommend staying here if you want a comfortable, welcoming experience!

I found a hypodermic needle in the pocket of the robe in my room.I told the front desk and they did nothing about it.I tried to call Hilton and sat on hold.Hung up and messaged Hilton (see screenshot). They messaged back with some automated reply about “a bug in my room”.I’m sure the needle in the robe was probably a freak accident - somehow it got stuck when the robe was washed / nobody checked the pockets - accidents happen, I get it.But, it’s a weird feeling to have something like that happen and then not have anyone say sorry, or even acknowledge it.Because that part isn’t hard. That’s just being a normal human. It’s not hard to understand why a guest at your hotel would feel uncomfortable finding a hypodermic needle in their room, much less a robe pocket. This is actually a really beautiful hotel, it seems like it’s managed by somebody who doesn’t get hospitality. There are several other things that happened to me while I was staying here that I don’t have the energy to type out. If you manage this hotel and care to hear any of this message me.

Had a great quick stay at Canopy Midtown. The service was so good and the hotel/rooms were very nice - super clean and fresh feeling. Favorite part was that the floor had its own water + ice machine - and there was a carafe in the room to fill with water. A traveling girls dream! Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Disappointing start. Crystal assured me I'd have early check in, less than 24 hours ago. However, on arrival, no such availability. Lobby is pleasant. Room 1210 was fashionable and quiet. David at the front desk was great , but Brina, the MOD wasn't empathetic. Breakfast ends at 10. At least I got coffee.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff, Angie & Brittany, were very professional & kind. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. A nice bathroom is very important to me, and the shower was very luxurious and there was tons of room for toiletries etc. A/c was working. There was complimentary cucumber & orange water at the front desk and they offered free water bottles too. I wad very impressed with the fitness centre. It had lots of cardio equipment, a full weight section and room for stretching etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I only stayed at this hotel because it was the choice of our Department Head. I read some of the reviews before arriving and they were not all that good. Like others have stated, the ridiculous $48 valet parking fee is outrageous. I haven't quite made it there yet to not be concerned about how far my dollar goes. I paid it the first night, but the next two nights I parked a block away for $22. Upon arrival, when I received my room keys, they were not activated and I had to go back downstairs to get them activated. They gave me a breakfast voucher for my troubles. For as much as the room costs, you would think a continental breakfast would be included. The staff seem kind of incompetent. It seems that they only want to charge you the outrageous fee without even looking at your information. I had already paid upon check-out and the staff member tried to charge me all over again. The ice machine on my floor needed to be cleaned and it seemed as thought the air was constantly running and it's winter time. I tried to close my vents. Needless to say, I won't be staying there ever again, even though I am getting reimbursed from my employer! 🙁

The hotel was alright. Less than I was expecting based on the rating and reviews. Foxy was the only nice employee that I encountered during my stay. She gets 5-Stars, and I hope Hilton recognizes her for her amazing customer service. The other people were rude or dismissive.I was waiting for a ride share when I saw Foxy check in. She welcomed them, asked them if they wanted water and smiled the entire time. I realized that the girl that checked me in, did none of that. When Foxy was done with that guest I approached her and let her know that I did not get any water when I checked in. She quickly apologized and offered me water. I was headed out, so I asked if I could get it when I came back. Later that night, she remembered me and before I could even ask, she greeted me with a smile and said “welcome back! let me get you that water”. I also noticed her interactions with other hotel guests while I was waiting on ride shares. She was always pleasant and even addressed people by their names. The guests always perked up with happiness when speaking with her.If you get the option for the breakfast included, it is not completely free because you can’t get your own drinks. Someone brings those to you, and then gives you a check at the end with a tip option. Also, the breakfast foods are not good. I wanted to have the oatmeal, but it was literally just oats sitting in water. The toaster was so old that I waited for what seemed like an eternity and decided to just stop it cuz it was too long. My English muffin wasn’t even toasted after minutes in the toaster. It was just warmed up.

The rooms are nice enough. Beds are comfortable. But I've yet to stay here once (out of 5 times over 2 years) where there wasn't some problem with the room. The AC won't work, or the fridge (pull out drawer cooler) doesn't work, and half the time, even when I've moved rooms, the problem will persist in the next room. The staff is extremely inconsistent. Some have been helpful, kind, and a pleasure to interact with. Others have been genuinely rude and useless. It's not awful, but for the price I expect more.

We stayed here for four nights with another couple, each of us in separate rooms. Unfortunately, my room had several issues that needed attention.First, the bathroom light switch was faulty—it wouldn’t turn off, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed at night to prevent the light from disturbing us. Maintenance replaced the switch the next day while we were out.Second, the room safe wasn’t working and required a staff member to come and fix it. Additionally, the room includes a cooler, not a proper refrigerator. Just a heads-up: the cooler is essentially useless, as even ice melts quickly.Another major frustration was the thermostat. It’s motion-activated, so during the day, when the room is empty, the AC barely runs, leaving the room warm. At night, it shuts off due to a lack of motion, which made for very uncomfortable nights. Maintenance confirmed this is by design and could not make adjustments. This is one of the worst features I’ve encountered in a hotel room.Lastly, valet service was inconsistent. On two occasions, the overnight staff was less than welcoming, which is disappointing when paying $50 a night for parking at a Hilton property. However, I’d like to commend Danny from the day shift—he was delightful and very understanding. While there were some positive aspects, these issues made our stay less enjoyable than expected. If you’re considering booking here, be aware of these potential inconveniences.

I had really high hopes for this place, for the most part they were met. However, upon check in the receptionist was struggling and it took me about 20-30 mins just to check in and get my room. When i got my room my key didn’t work and it took an additional 15 mins to get the right room with a key that worked. The balcony was bare, with no outdoor furniture and no privacy. The shower also had a strange design. You also have to walk out and around the entire hotel just to get on the Main Street since they don’t have front entrance.

Night manager if that's would you would call him is exactly rude. They did not informed me that a card was needed . As well stated if it was cash app or chime that isn't not payment method he also proceeded to flirt with many different girls, as well as offered my room to another female stated we will have a room available in give mines did not ask for no information what so ever as I stated I am out of town his reply was I give you different hotel names, you where siting for an hour im canceling and calling security not traveler friendly unless he likes you please do not book unless you want to be stranded

There is a lot to like about this hotel, and this would be a 5 star review, except that the shower in the wheelchair accessible room is NOT accessible! There is a 6" step, no grab bars, and glass panel and door to get through. I was able to make it work, but transfers were difficult and I risked falling each time I used the shower. Many with mobility impairments will not be able to use this shower. Surprised Marriott and local building code allow this violation of ADA.Other than this, the room was really nice. Clean modern decor, comfortable bed, good amenities, convenient location, and helpful staff.

One of my favorite places to lodge in Atlanta. I love a good balcony for chats in the evening to take in the city and this location has the best views. Staff is friendly and the hotel is gorgeous. Rooms are super spacious and equipped with a full kitchen, large bathroom with a separate tub and shower. This is our go-to in the city.

Do not stay here.Management added family to reservation. / then refused to check them in / then deleted the messages where they said it was ok. Very rude and then covered their tracks and lied to Marriott corporate to avoid accountability.Buyer beware.Property is incredibly poorly managed and staffed.

The room could have been more thoroughly cleaned prior to my arrival, if you plan on sleeping before 1 am choose another hotel due to the extremely loud music coming from the downstair club/bar (even as high as the 7th floor where my room was the music was loud). The hotel staff were friendly, pleasant, and helpful, which always makes or breaks any hotel/business.

I was so excited about trying this place but sadly it was an unpleasant stay. My husband booked us a room here celebrating our 17 year anniversary, we are from Atlanta so we were trying to do a staycation this time, but we truly regretted not going out of town. The valet was great and even the staff at the front desk but the security that day was a real jerk, he came beating at the door and calling the room phone at the same time saying that our music was too loud and that he could hear us down the hall. The music was nowhere near loud, we were playing love music trying to vibe for our occasion. For the price and headache with the security, it’s just not worth it. It really kind of made us kind wish the time would pass quick to get home. We will probably never stay here again

We stayed at the hotel for our son’s birthday and had a great time. The hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly. I only gave 4 starts because there was dried, bloody snot (with hair) smeared on the kitchen wall and although the hotel offers room service, the online menu showed that every item was “unavailable.”

Updated Review – Parking Experience at The American Hotel AtlantaI stayed at The American Hotel Atlanta on Wednesday, April 23rd around 5:00 p.m., and what should’ve been a relaxing check-in turned into a stressful and frustrating experience due to the parking situation—and the hotel’s response to it has only made things worse.Upon arrival, I found four parking spaces on the side of the hotel. Two were coned off, and the remaining two were completely open with no signage, no meter, and no QR code—nothing that would suggest payment or restriction. Assuming they were city-maintained public spaces, I parked in one of them.At check-in, the front desk staff was professional and polite. When I asked about the parking, I was told the hotel had recently returned some of the spaces to the city, and I was advised to check with valet. I did exactly that. The valet team, instead of simply offering clarification, became aggressive and confrontational, warning me in a hostile tone that I was risking my car being booted or damaged. It felt more like a threat than assistance. It was also clear they were irritated that I had parked there—they seemed determined to push me toward valet parking instead. As a guest simply trying to check in and enjoy my stay, this was unacceptable and unsettling. I spent the night anxiously checking on my car, unable to fully relax or enjoy my time, worried it might be booted or vandalized. Fortunately, the front desk stepped in, de-escalated the situation, and later called to apologize. I was informed that the city had not yet installed meters and that, due to the confusion, I would be credited for parking—which I appreciated. However, after leaving my honest review, I received a public response from the hotel stating:> “There is a sign at the very beginning where the parking starts that states no parking as well as the information for those who decide to park there and as a result they can be booted or towed.”Let me be absolutely clear—this is false.I took photos of the sign, and it does not say "no parking" anywhere. It is an orange sign that simply provides contact information in case your car is booted or towed—it does not restrict parking, nor does it explain that these are private hotel spaces. It offers no legal justification for booting or threatening guests, and to claim otherwise in a response is deeply misleading. This feels like a clear case of hotel staff trying to control public city street parking for their own valet service, without properly leasing, marking, or maintaining the spaces. Rather than admit the signage is unclear and the response from staff was aggressive, the hotel chose to gaslight me publicly. That is deeply disappointing and not reflective of the Hilton brand I’ve respected for years. To be treated this way—then have the hotel issue a misleading statement in return—is insulting. As a result, I will be filing a formal complaint with the City of Atlanta, including the photos I took. I will be writing to the department that handles public parking and enforcement to request an official review of the hotel’s use of those four spaces and the legality of their actions. This situation is not just about one guest’s experience—it’s about honesty, guest safety, and accountability. Atlanta is a great city. This hotel’s actions are a poor representation of both the city and the Hilton name.

I loved that it was in walking distance to everything we came down there to do. Very clean hotel. The bartender was kind. The front desk guy could have been more friendly. Didn't like that I couldn't use my app to go up the elevator because I shared the digital key with the other person in the room with me. Probably should charge a little less per night since parking is $55.

I had a series of work meetings in downtown Atlanta and was looking for reasonably priced and comfortable hotels. The American Hotel fit the bill.It is well located in the heart downtown, surrounded by restaurants and things to do like the Centennial Park, the Coca Cola Factory and more. Parking is hard to find and I wish the reception staff could have been a bit more helpful in noting where one could park - otherwise you'll have to pay $90 a day for valet. Speaking of which, it was the valet who knew exactly where we could go.There is a nice restaurant and bar downstairs and if you are a Hilton member, your benefits go far here. The staff was very helpful in getting bags up to the room and making recommendations for other things down town. The room ran a bit chilly, but is otherwise just fine. Nice view of the downtown and cool aesthetics in the interior.A great option for a spot in down town Atlanta that won't leave your wallet hurting.

This is a very old hotel with old bones. Hilton did a quicky cosmetic update. The rooms were super small. There were two of us and no walk space at all. The bathroom was tiny, with sliding door that was very difficult to close. Shower door was also off its tracks and very hard to get closed. The coffee maker was broken. Only put out 1/2 a cup of finished coffee, even though a full cup of water was put in. Parking was 55 dollars a night. Between all the various taxes and parking, a $239 a night hotel ended up being $703 for 2 nights of a sub par stay. Upside was a very pleasant front desk clerk.

This was my second stay. The first stay I was not greeted or felt important as a guest. I still tried to give it another chance because the room was nice for the price. My second time checking in I had Maleeha and she was so welcoming and accommodating. She was very polite and helpful. She made me want to come back for the 3rd time, Thank you for your good service!

I’d like to give a five stars first and foremost to the staff. There were absolutely amazing. They made my day. I felt like I was at home my home away from home. I wanna shout out Ricky, who worked with me before going on vacation. He was absolutely phenomenal with his warm presence over the phone and Tenn who worked the front desk , beautiful smile and bubbly personality. They were just super amazing to Eric. They all were just super amazing I would definitely give Tapestry collection five stars, hands-down the balcony, the view the room the pillows they were they were super plush..: I needed this mini vacation and I will be returning back to this hotel. The food oh my gosh, downstairs at the bar I had the baby back ribs, which I haven’t had in ages, but they were amazing. The macaroni and cheese and string beans with the garlic savory taste to it. Oh my gosh, just absolutely delicious. They just made my stay just phenomenal phenomenal phenomenal phenomenal thank you Hilton! They’re just super amazing. Hilton honors is the best by far.

Me and my friends were here due to a convention in the area and the first thing that stood out to us was how nice and helpful all the staff was. Tenn and Eric in particular who were over at the front desk area were honestly some of the best staff we interacted with from any of our trips. We don't get to travel often but these rooms were quite nice. There's no dedicated parking garage attached to them but they do have valet parking and the valets were always friendly. Very hard working guys. I know my friends enjoyed talking to the bartenders and went every night. They did have two non-alcoholic options as well which was great for me as someone who cannot drink alcohol anymore.Quite a few places we wanted to visit were in walking distance from the hotel which was useful as well. The only thing I would knock a star off was that at least for our floor there seemed to be some boiler issues that during our stay so sometimes we had cold water issues for some of us showering early in the morning but those things can happen. There was also a low buzz that persisted the whole stay after we asked if we could turn on the A/C but honestly that didn't bother us too bad. If we had an issue staff was very quick to respond. If we happen to come down this area again, we definitely would not mind staying here again.

This hotel does not deserve the hate it gets. Yes, it is a tad outdated but I didn't feel it was bad at all. Large flat screen tv and a comfy bed. It could have been a bit cleaner but it wasn't bad. There is no better place to stay if you want to geek out on the airfield activity. There are better places to stay if you are looking to be closer to the terminals (look at the gateway) or closer to better food options. The area around the hotel looks rough but had good experiences at local eateries.

It’s a hotel by the airport so that’s the appeal. When I pulled up I thought it looked nice with the big atrium but a little dated. Sometimes those are the best hotels with the most character. When I got to the room it was satisfactory but not great relative to most Marriott properties. My biggest complaint would be the cleanliness of the room. All the surfaces wear covered in dust including the glasses, and had a bunch of sticky coffee cup rings. The bed was nice though and that’s what’s important in an airport hotel. I also feel this location lacks the little details that I value from Marriott, such as waters and other room amenities being stocked, thanking me for being a bonvoy member, and friendliness/helpfulness of the staff.

Really great staff from shuttle service to housekeeping. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Unmatched view of runway. Unfortunately, the hotel is a dinosaur and in desperate need of renovations. The rooms are clean but so very dated. The neighborhood is sketchy and not a safe area at night. There is nothing within walking distance. You're pretty much in the middle of nowhere.

My room smelled like 40 years of stale cigarette smoke and 10 years of chemicals to cover up that smell. The decor is 1980's Embassy Suites. No usb ports anywhere. The lobby is terrible, and there is nowhere to sit if you are not eating at the restaurant. The interior is fairly sizable, but all of the elevators are only on one side of the building.Desk service and banquet service were excellent. Daytime restaurant service was not. My bartender was rude and aloof. I ordered an old fashioned and it was missing the simple syrup. She clearly did not be there. It took 30 minutes to receive a side of fries that were ice cold and chewy. The lounge was only open for minimal hours, and when they weren't actively serving breakfast or apps, they only had a half stocked fridge with water and a few bags of plain potato chips. There are plenty of other Marriott properties in the area that I prefer to this one, such as the other Renaissance, which is 5 minutes down the road and easily accessible via skytrain.

A great hotel in a great location. The room overlooking the airport was very nice. However, we ended up with a balcony room which I thought would be great. However, the gaskets around the swing out balcony door had totally failed. The room was loud. You could hear every landing aircraft going into reverse thrust. I sleep with earplugs so it wasn't a problem but if you don't it's going to be a problem. Very disappointed since noise reduction should be a core competency of an airport hotel. The breakfast was absolutely awesome. I have status with Marriott that includes breakfast and was concerned when the breakfast coupon said Continental breakfast. But it was a full breakfast with made to order eggs, smoked Salmon, berries, etc. This was a weekend so I'm not sure if you have a restaurant option when the lounge is open. The breakfast staff were absolutely fantastic. The best breakfast staff I've experienced in my travels.

Picked hotel for location which turned out to be a terrible choice. You have to take shuttle or uber and shuttle took 34 minutes to arrive. It is supposed to run every 20 minutes but wasn’t close to that. Could have stayed downtown and would have been more convenient. No hot water. Dated facilities. High price to pay for what you get. No idea how this place is rated as well as it is.

I had an exceptional site visit for an upcoming conference while staying at the property. The staff was so attentive and kind. We used one of the board rooms for a small 4-person meeting. They quietly checked on us at least every 30 minutes. We used the restaurant for meals and had it delivered to the board room. The food was really good! They assigned a restaurant staff person to us named Asif. He was simply marvelous. Also, Patrick from AV, Banquet Captain Theresa, Terri from sales were standouts. I can't rave enough about the treatment that we received. Sales Manager Jessica Lee made all the arrangements and should be commended for assembling such a great host team. Kudos!

I have stayed at this property multiple times and for the most part had a good experiences. Rooms always clean and the runway view was great for the kids. However, after tonights experience we will not be back and it will be a long time before we consider staying at any Marriott brand again. OVERBOOKED is what they told the family in front of us and told them they would be put up at another hotel. The next person received a room. Then us OVERBOOKED. They were unapologetic and told us that they would get us a room at another brand hotel. A move to a less desirable property that if I booked online on my own would cost less (we were paying $$ for the runway view to help my autistic, anxious flyer cope!!). I tried calling customer service and they were not helpful at all. All they wanted to do was call the hotel to verify they were sold out. No apologies, no offer to make amends in any way. Ultimately we have chosen to take our business elsewhere as did the customers that were behind us in line that were also turned away. FYI, we booked directly through Marriott, have high member status, and they could have cared less.

Great Location, Excellent stay here 3 nights for business! Our room was spacious and clean and runway view from our room. The front desk ladies were a delight and helpful. The only concern is Lounge is always closed every time we stay here, last time renovated, and today closed until next year for a holiday.

We were traveling back home after a spring break road trip and stopped here when we needed to rest for the night. Honestly if we had not arrived at 3am and hopped into bed at 4am, I would have chosen to leave instead of staying the night here. Plus, since it was past midnight anything else I booked online wouldn't be ready until check- in the next afternoon. The room looked slightly clean when we walked in. A little dated and dusty, but we thought we could manage. The bathroom was okay. Some spots on the counter and floor, but I carry disinfectant wipes so I cleaned them up quickly. The major issues we had were with the bedding. When I rolled back one bedding, I noticed a yellow looking stain on the bed. I decided not to sleep there so I pulled back the other bed's bedding and noticed small red spots that looked like blood in various places. Then I noticed a large reddish stain on the duvet of that bed. Well that bed was totally out for sleeping on. We ended up sleeping on the outer pieces of the first bed - all four of us! I told the gentleman the next morning and showed him my photos. He didn't seem really surprised by it. He just offered us free parking. I don't know where all the good reviews are coming from for this place, but I definitely wouldn't stay here again and don't recommend it to others! This was the worst Marriott hotel I've ever stayed at!

Reason for the review- Ariana in housekeeping for room 1508 did a wonderful job. Wow’d me by organizing my items in the room. Always cleaned to perfection. She is the reason I’d come back- and I’d ask for a room she is responsible for. Thanks again for a great trip!

Loved this hotel, room was nice and temperature was comfortable, the bed was just ok, probably time for a replacement but it wasn't terrible. Cleaning staff was excellent, they actually refilled and replenished every supply, including coffee stirrers, creamer, and bottled water! Very very pleased. Did have some trouble with the coffee tripping the breaker, but I moved it to a new outlet and had no further problems. The restaurant had great drinks and a nice M lounge for platinum members with free breakfast, drinks and snacks. And it was so quiet! I could not even hear anything in the hallway! Highly recommend

Loved my stay. The area is nice. The hotel is clean and inviting. My favorite part of my stay is Sharmaine and Eric. They were amazing and went above and beyond for anything I needed. I also witnessed how Sharmaine pays attention to details for her customers which is why I think the place has a lot of regulars. She if very knowledgeable about the hotel and Atlanta which was so helpful. I know I can depend on her to guide me to the right places and take care of me during my stay.

The hotel was amazing, the front desk staff was amazing and the food was amazing! However, the cleaning staff was atrocious! The cleaning manager came up and tried to make up for it, which she did. However, the staff did worse the next day. I usually leave a nice tip for the cleaning staff but unfortunately, I couldn't do it this time!

Let me start with ...front desk needs customer service training. Several others were saying they were not overly polite or interested you were even there. Lots of staff turnover and beginning to see why. Justin at the bar is awesome! Was there 2 months ago and he remembered the wine I was drinking. Super personality and great guy. Breakfast buffet is definitely worth it...selection may vary but the omelets are great and pretty good selection. Grace warmed up after a few minutes and was very attentive. Hoping the new manager can turn things around. Oh and they now charge $25 a day for parking...yeah out of the blue and $25 with no valet or covered parking...can only ask why!? Wish I could recommend like I used to...hopefully in the near future...

Was staying here as host hotel for an event. Great, excellent customer service from Everyone. Front desk, shuttle, event staff, maintenance, housekeeping, everyone. Will definitely stay here again. I do not have vehicle but heard there paid parking available in garage. Limited pics sorry.King Size bed was comfy. Nice long pillows. Clean bathrooms and nice shower! Fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Spacious room.Food at event was good. The Oak place was nice for “late” night dining. I had the hummus platter. Not a fan of the hummus though. Too runny. Veggies were fresh and pita decent. Fries were perfect. Salad was good. Service was good.We missed breakfast the Monday we were to check out. But heard it was good.

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are nice, and clean. The indoor, and outdoor conjoined pools are very nice. I recommend swimming at nighttime. The bar staff is friendly. There is plenty to do near the hotel. The only downside is when we stayed they had construction going on. It made it slightly difficult going around all of it. Overall we had a pleasant stay!

This hotel is awful. It used to be good about a year ago. Now the staff has changed. The lady at the front desk tried to scam me out my room. No one answers the phone for room service. The workers seem to be annoyed or rude. And the rooms are smaller than normal for a hotel. I know I sound petty but this is unacceptable in terms of service. I hate it here. Spend your money somewhere else.

It’s great when the “little things” make a stay stretch beyond the usual expectations. Things like properly-placed bathroom towel holders, great shower pressure, and a high-quality radio for pleasant background noise to work in 📻. Also great to have separate elevators for the public to reach the rooftop non-stop vs. stopping through guest room floors. The rooftop bar got overwhelmed fast in the late evening but the staff made sure to acknowledge your existence vs. ignore it. I wish you all a pleasant stay, like I did 🛌

Thank you so much for the hospitality! I was greeted warmly from valet to front desk and all the way to Tesserae.I was only confused for a little bit the moment I arrived at the area since I did not know if there is a “customer parking area” that I can use but end up using the valet service instead. Luckily, I was able to use it as part of my “credit” and it end up being a wonderful experience.

Terrible service. Terrible if you have an infant. I called several times to confirm they would have a pack and play available and inquiring into which type and no one could give me details. I had no other choice as this was the wedding hotel. The “pack and play” was a small metal crib on wheels with a small soft mattress that didn’t go to the edge of the sleep surface and was much too soft for infants - leaving us scrambling to find a safe sleep space for a 2 month old at the last minute. If they are not going to provide a firm flat sleeping surface that can be used by children of all ages that should be advertised. Second the beds have motion sensor under-bed lights so every time you get out of bed (and a lot of time when you’re just laying there doing nothing) these lights turn on and wake up the baby. I inquired several times about how to turn these off. Even placing a pillow in front of the sensors didn’t work. Front desk assured me they would get back to me after talking with management - radio silence. So again up all night with lights randomly turning on and off. Lastly no room in fridge in the room for even your own bottle of water as it’s not a typical fridge but more like a refrigerated drawer with all of the things they want you to buy. No room for breast milk etc. third no actual chair in the room to sit on- only an office chair with no arms and wheels - not great for breastfeeding. Requested extra towels several times and also nothing. Would not recommend this hotel even without a baby but certainly for those with small infants, look elsewhere.

Had a great stay here thanks to Natasha (unsure of her name) at the front desk. We initially had some issue with our room due to the noise coming from upstairs where the restaurant/bar is, but she was able to resolve the issue promptly and professionally. We enjoyed how pet friendly this hotel was as well. Staffs at the breakfast were very accommodating and nice to us too.

Worked with Kiara (Event Manager/Planner) at the Tesserae Rooftop Restaurant/Event Space recently for my Wife's Bday Party. I can not begin to thank Kiara and her staff enough. I called Tesserae as an emergency situation, as I had to find a venue for my Wife's mile-stone bday celebration which was scheduled to happen the very next evening (previous venue failed us miserably)! Luckily ended up talking to Kiara, explained the situation, and within 5min minutes of talking to Kiara, I felt like we were in great hands, so much that we actually went to meet with Kiara at 11pm same night we initially called and spoke with her. Upon meeting Kiara, she assured us that her space and staff could accommodate our party. We had been to Tesserae plenty of times before, but not as part of any event, but my Wife's event was fantastic! Kiara and her staff exceeded expectations, and ultimately they are responsible for saving my Wife's mile-stone bday event. Wifie was happy, food was fantastic, service was outstanding, our guests were impressed with the vibe of the space, so much that a few of our guests are now looking to host a grand opening for their business launch soon, they'll be coming to see Kiara. Thank you Kiara, we will certainly not forget what you and your staff did for us and our guests. I will promote anyone we know looking to host an event to come see you. Thanks again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Thompson Hotel in Buckhead! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The hotel’s design is modern and chic, with a cozy yet upscale vibe that made me feel right at home. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had breathtaking views of the Atlanta skyline. The amenities were top-notch — the rooftop bar is a must-see, offering incredible cocktails and a lively atmosphere. The location is perfect too, with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. One of the highlights was the hotel's house car service, which was perfect for getting us to and from the shops and dinner. It made everything so convenient and stress-free!The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and I truly felt pampered the entire time. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with exceptional service in the heart of Buckhead, the Thompson Hotel is the place to be! Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay with an Impressive GymI had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. What stood out the most was the gym—it’s incredibly well-equipped, especially for a hotel gym. If fitness is a priority for you, you won’t be disappointed. It does get quite busy between 6-8 AM on weekdays, but outside of peak hours, it’s a fantastic space to work out. Overall, a great experience!

This was a really fantastic hotel. The pool was warm and not that crowded. The gym was pretty decent. And my room was overlooking a forest and very quiet to sleep in, even for a light sleeper like me. I would definitely stay here again if I were ever in the area

Cons- rooms were not ready and cleaned upon are arrival. We booked two balcony rooms and only received one because they gave it to someone else. This hotel does not provide fans. The elevator on the parking date was not working. Our check out time was 12 and we had housekeepers knocking on our door at 11 asking if “we were ready to go”Pros - The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice. Food is pretty good.

I was quite surprised by the location and experience. Clean and quiet, except for the surgeons visiting, having cocktails in the lobby bar. But, they probably deserve a stress release. Staff were polite and helpful. Ample parking. The food was great at the restaurant on main floor. Great experience, and I will stay again when visiting Emory Hospital.

I recently stayed at the Emory Conference Center for a training, and I was really impressed. The hotel was quiet, clean, and met all my needs. Room service was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating. The club room had a great selection of meal options, and the bourbon salmon was absolutely delicious. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it for business stays!

We stayed here because of needing medical procedures at Emory. The hotel was lovely and very clean. The Club Room restaurant served excellent food. Our server ( forgot her name but she had a " boot on her foot" was great. Breakfast buffet was great. Shout out to shuttle drivers Anaiis and Kevin who went above and beyond to help us. And Liam at the front desk who was helpful and kind.

I had a casual business meeting here. I did not stay at the hotel because I live within driving distance. However, the areas on the first floor that I visited looked nice, so I believe it is a well-managed hotel to stay overnight. The food and service were excellent! Everyone in my group enjoyed it. I highly recommend Emory CCH and would certainly visit again.

Lovely experience at the hotel and great service from everyone- the concierge, housekeeping, bell hops, and restaurant servers. The cleanliness and comfortability of the room was especially appreciated. The servers at The Club Room, Zufan and Kyle, we sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable of the menus. Kyle made my Georgia Mule perfectly and Zufan was a great server and had great conversation. Would definitely recommend this hotel for future conferences

Decent, but nothing spectacular in terms of service. Front desk, restaurant servers, and house keepers were excellent. Unidentified older white gentleman who was not so polite in his redirection of me from the parking garage elevators to the room elevators not so much. As a solo traveler, I did not enjoy being asked my room number when being told I was headed towards the wrong set of elevators. It was a very accusatory tone and manner that I did not appreciate and could have lived without on this vacation. I had my luggage, several items in my hands and had just checked in.The room was clean and very comfortable. The toilet made noises after flushing, no microwave, and a warm mini fridge.I very much liked the thermostat capabilities in the room, very modern and allowed for warming up and cooling down in great timing. It was decent once again, but obviously not something I would book again nor write home to mom about.Side note: if you aren’t using it for Emory purposes, I would book something else as it is a bit far from Atlanta’s main attractions.

Stayed here my second trip in three months. Again this place was wonderful. The room was spotless. I have never stayed in a hotel that was so clean. Rooms were great, beds were comfortable. Food was excellent. The huge natural stone mantle firplaces were so nice. Staff is great. We asked when they would build the fire as I was dizzy from my oral surgery and in pain and it was relaxing to warm by the fire. He said how about right now and he built me one immediately. All the staff seem happy and everyone I dealt with was cheerful and smiling.I loved the feature of scanning the QR code on room key to display the rest menus on your phone. All meals can be delivered right to your door. I loved this hotel. If I could add one criticism is that I wished they had some wheelchairs around you could access. The walk to the rooms was a bit much when I just had surgery. Overall I just hope I can come back and stay here on a pleasure trip and not because of health reasons.

This hotel was exceptional. The general manager, Lee, and his staff provided excellent service, which truly impressed me. The hotel is located in a secure area, and the service was outstanding. While the pool was a bit cooler than expected, the gym area was spacious. I would rate this hotel an 8 out of 10.
