Went to the restaurant/bar on a work trip, and Casey, the bartender, went out of his way to make sure we were taken care and maintained a keen eye on us. He is the absolute best bartender I've had in quite some time. If you're ever staying in the area, I'd recommend even coming her just for a good convo with Casey. 10/10 recommend.

We started staying here back when it was Margaritaville. The whole vibe of the hotel is different now. Rooms need a good cleaning. Mold present in corners of the shower and the shower door. Some of the pool lounge chairs are torn and shabby. There was a large group of loud teenagers that took over the pool while we were there playing Marco Polo and throwing a ball. The pool itself is smallish so this left everyone else confined to one end. Also, the food and drinks are way overpriced for the value. The staff, while polite, seemed indifferent to whether we stayed or not. We were so disappointed that we cut our 4 night trip short by 2 nights.

Excellent! My husband and I took an extended weekend trip for our anniversary at the Pensacola Beach Resort. We stayed in one of the executive suites, which was so nice. I could watch both the sunrise and sunset from my room balcony. We loved the pool area, the restaurant and of course the private beach area. It was an excellent stay. The staff was top-notch! Pete particularly stood out to us for his pleasant demeanor and fantastic service. We will definitely return.See review

Had a great time at this beautiful ocean resort! Amazing view from our room. All the staff was lovely and made our stay extra special. Want to give a special shout-out to Casey at the main bar and restaurant who went above and beyond to give us a great experience, as well as Marshall and Britini at the poolside bar🫶🏼 🍹Bella at the front desk also was amazing! Answered every question I had and really helped me out to enjoy my day. As I said in another review, I see Management in her future! Definitely can't wait to go back there!

Even from a distance you can just tell that the hotel is going to be very nice. The lobby is open and classy. The registration staff are welcoming and helpful. Our room had a beautiful gulf view that we were able to enjoy from the balcony. We pretty much ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel 3 out of the five nights we stayed and enjoyed every meal. I highly recommend staying here. I know I will.

The hotel has direct beach access and the pool was heated. The food at the restaurant was very good and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would recommend this resort to anyone looking to relax by the beach.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Gorgeous views, beautiful beach. So peaceful. My husband loved the MASSIVE shower. It was a gorgeous room. I got lots of work done at the desk while my husband relaxed on the balcony listening to the ocean. He loved the room.

Room was nice, but had no idea they did not have a microwave on the property at all. I asked front desk where I could warm my meal and was told to walk across to a circle K and try. Price is not worth it if a hotel does not have basic necessity for a guest to warm up food. Will not advise ones to stay here if you have leftovers. Ruined my stay and will NEVER come back.

Pensacola Beach Resort exceeded our expectations! Great location with many restaurants and shops nearby. Easy parking, easy access to the beach with gorgeous views. But the staff truly made our trip! We frequently stopped at the Windrose for food and drinks. Donna was our server one morning and she was awesome. Dylan was one the best bartenders! Very knowledgeable of the area, had great recommendations, and was very personable. 10/10 recommend Pensacola Beach Resort - We will be returning!!

My second time in 10 years stopping here for a break at the end of a long road trip and it was perfect. It was Christmas Eve so it was very quiet. Sat on the beach and watched the sunset. We had a gulf facing room with a balcony and got to see the sun rise. Room was very nice too. Staff were very nice. Great location if you like being near things to do and eat but without being right in the middle of it all

Spacious rooms, smaller bathroom and all a bit dated, but OK. Generally great location and quiet (even in the room).Parking is affordable. The pools are probably more for children and the included breakfast is... Well. But it's right by the sea, and the view makes everything even better.

It was a very nice hotel, their breakfast was very good each day and they change so that is great. For their price I wish their TV was a smart tv and to be able to watch Netflix at night but that’s just a thought. Reason I’m leaving 4 stars is because the only bad experience I had was the room gets cleaned every other day which is okay, but when they did clean it was a very sloppy job, I didn’t want perfection but piling up sand on the corner of the bathroom that ain’t so nice. Maybe use new bed sheets for the bed? Also, we found the door to be opened twice after each clean when we came back from the beach which it could of been an issue if someone would of came in and stole my expensive belongings. and I figured the door had a issue and couldn’t be closed unless pushed in really well Room(210). Other than that everything was amazing and accessible. Right next to the best spot on the beach and the parking is a blessing. Although parking in the beach parking lot is free is a headache if going after 12pm. So being able to park at the hotel and literally walk to a nice spot is great. Will definitely stay there again.

We have been visiting Hampton inn Pensacola Beach at least once a year for several years. It is our place when we need a “get away”. We noticed a decrease in the service quality. We did not have the “do bot disturb” sign in our room. We requested it several times but we did not get one. We requested our room to be cleaned. The bathroom was cleaned but the beds were not made. We still enjoyed our vacation, but I could see why the hotel rating is decreasing.

I’m sitting in these beautiful chairs facing the gulf. Everything here is perfect. It’s not loud just peaceful. The palm trees provide shade and the pools are very nice. You have a great view of the beach and pier. We would definitely stay here again. Breakfast is included and more than enough to get your day started.

Front desk staff need to be retrained in customer service. Everyone expect one older small stature lady were rude and short in responding to questions. We went to the desk to ask if there were more umbrellas for the pool deck, because there are only two on the west end pool. The lady at the desk was very short, rude, and refused to understand that we were asking about their pool, not on the beach. She finally in a very short tone said, "no umbrellas." We arrived on Sunday and due to cooler weather forecast we went to the desk on Monday to extend our stay from leaving Thursday to leaving Saturday. The older gentleman at the desk told us yes and that it was taken care of. Thursday came and housekeeping knocked on the door expecting us to be gone. We went to the desk to inquire and were told they we were scheduled to leave that day. Thankfully they were able to extend our stay. The wall thermostat battery died the day we got here. Due to colder temperatures outside, we didn't worry about it immediately. When we went to the desk, the same older gentleman told us there wasn't much he could do about it. Fortunately, the young maintenance man heard the conversation and responded immediately. However, due to the battery dying the thermostat did not respond to the wall unit so we had to go to the desk one more time to get it fixed. A very pleasant young lady responded immediately and we then had air after being here for 4 days. Until our last day, it was very laid back and quiet and then the DJ showed up for 4 hours playing music. We stayed here 11 years ago and the hotel was very nice, however, now the carpets in the room need a thorough cleaning or replacement. Being a HHonors diamond member, I would have expected a more pleasant response from the front desk staff! We will reconsider staying here again.
There was a terrible mildew odor in the room. I thought my sinuses would never stop running! Other than that, it was a good room. It was clean and everything was in good repair. They had a nice continental type of breakfast in the morning.

We had an enjoyable time during our stay this past weekend.. We booked a gulf view room and loved the view. The breakfast was better than most Hampton Inns we have stayed at.Only thing I did not like was the $15 a day parking fee. Was hoping I could get it waived as I am a Gold member, but no chance. That is the only negative I have for the hotel., since it is a gated lot, you can control who parks there. And my digital room key never arrived over the weekend.. No Bueno.

We had an amazing stay this past weekend for my daughter’s birthday. Patricia at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and made a great effort to make my daughters birthday special. Jason with your maintenance team was super nice and extremely helpful when we had a minor issue with our tv. He even went out of his way to explain the hvac unit and delivered us some extra amenities we needed for our stay. Service was A1 and the rooms and public areas were immaculate. Breakfast attendants were also very kind and there were many options available to us and we always love the Hampton inn waffle maker! Thank you guys so much for a great stay! We will be back again!

Loved this place. So polite at check in. They explained to us how to use the bracelet and how we could use the Sister hotels next-door. It was pretty awesome. The breakfast was not amazing. But it’s suffice. If you have a view of the ocean is pretty nice so pay extra for that room. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are cleanThe only problem in our room was there was a shelf right next to the sink and you can like bang your head right on it so hopefully they fix that so that would be the only reason for a four star on the room because that’s dangerous. Also in the hallways had some of the wall like stripping away and so that was kinda weird. But I wasn’t looking for a five star hotel

Well I must say the hotel was nice, being that I have stayed at plenty of the Hilton owned hotel chains. The rooms could be better, service was good, but the only thing I did not like was we had to pay $15 a day for parking when the have parking is free on the sites. The food was great. My family and I enjoyed our Christmas family vacation and looking forward to coming again. They did not have everything filled as they should when it came to the bathrooms being fully stocked, but it was okay because I come prepared. The location was everything.

I recently stayed a week at the Holiday Inn Resort on Pensacola Beach and it was wonderful. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was fantastic. The cleaning crew kept my room clean and full of coffee and towels. The front desk was always helpful too. My favorite part had to be the amazing pool area plus the outdoor bar. The food offerings were all good. The bartenders were great! Travis took good care of me and Courtney was absolutely amazing. Plus Blake always seemed to be in the right place at the right time.

I come here every mother’s day weekend with my family and I couldn’t imagine being anywheres else. This is probably one of the best resorts i’ve stayed at in Florida. The workers are friendly and informative. The location is convenient to some really good restaurants and activities. The pool is very well kept and clean every time we went in. The walk to the beach is about 30 seconds, very easy back and forth if you happen to forget something. The breakfast buffet is small, but the quality of food makes it all worthwhile. This place is definitely a must stay, especially if you’re coming with kids.

This resort was a fantastic experience all around! The facility is very clean and the staff are kind and helpful. It is very family friendly and they have activities for kids throughout the weekend which was a bonus. Great options for breakfast and dining and also drinks and food by the pool. Beach is right there too so perfect location.A very special thank you to the management and staff. My kid left behind a beloved stuffed animal and not only did they find it and keep it safe, they took the care to ship it home to us! We appreciate it very much! Next level customer service. Look forward to coming back ❤️

Had a splendid stay at the Holiday Inn Resort with my fiancé and 3 kiddos. The rooms were very clean and lovely. The pool was a must for the kids. The tiki bar wasn’t too bad for us adults. Big thank you Carly Belot for aiding in getting our reservation setup and preemptively giving us a run down on what to expect. Will be back again for sure!

This hotel was fantastic. Our air bnb did not work out and we immediately called the holiday inn and they had 2 rooms available. They let us check in early and provided excellent service/help while we were there. The pool & lazy river were fantastic and perfect area for our 4 yr old and 1 year old. Being able to add drinks, dinner, ice cream, etc. and charging to our room was also convenient especially if we didn’t have our card on us. We look forward to returning in the future!

I've stayed here many times but this was my first time since the remodel. The beds are super comfy now. We absolutely love the amenities and the gulf view. The lazy river and hot tubs are so nice after a day on the beach. The free cookies in the afternoon are such a nice added bonus. The free coffee in the lobby is great coffee. The bushwhakers are my favorite on the beach! I'll definitely be back!!!

This hotel was great! The rooms/hotel areas were all clean, beds were comfortable, friendly staff, and the location and views cannot be beat! We really enjoyed the heated pool & lazy river since we came during Thanksgiving. For those wondering, it’s still a little chilly in the water and I’d say I’d if the temps are below the low 60’s outside it would still be too cold to get in IMO (unless pool heat is adjusted more during colder months). We were able to enjoy the pool and ocean this week as both were comfortable to swim in. You will need to bring your own chair/seating to the beach as there were no seats available to rent when we were there. They do have two hot tubs and “bonfire” areas to sit at so it’s still a great place to visit during the cold months. I enjoyed the on-site ice cream shop which was reasonably priced ($5ish a cone) and so good! They have a great happy hour from 3-5 during the week at the hotel bar. The hotel is also walking distance to several good restaurants. No complaints about this hotel! I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I come to Pensacola.

This hotel was incredible! The staff was super friendly, let us check in early, and even switched us to a room with a better view because we’re rewards members. The balcony in our room was amazing with an excellent view of the water. We didn’t check out the pool, but it looked really fun and had lots of different activities for kids and adults alike. The beach is clean and the whole area felt very safe. Great area in walking distance from many restaurants, stores, etc. on the beach. My only complaint is for the price I think breakfast should be included. However, we would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it!

I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Pensacola Beach. This was my third visit to this property, and unfortunately, it was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had with the Marriott brand. As a loyal Platinum Elite member who has spent thousands of dollars with Marriott, I have come to expect a certain level of service and recognition. Upon check-in, I was not greeted or acknowledged for my loyalty status by the front desk associate, Cody. This lack of acknowledgment was disheartening, especially given my continued loyalty to the brand.A short time after checking in, I returned to the front desk to request another parking pass, as I had mistakenly thrown the original away. While Cody initially responded politely with “absolutely,” he then proceeded to slide the parking pass across the counter instead of handing it to me directly. The gesture felt dismissive and disrespectful.Additionally, I found the demeanor of another front desk associate, Abigail, to be unwelcoming. Despite making eye contact and smiling at her on multiple occasions, she failed to return the gesture or even acknowledge me. This lack of friendliness only added to the feeling that my presence as a loyal guest was not appreciated. It is important to mention that during a previous stay, Deshawn at the front desk provided excellent service, which made that visit a much more pleasant experience.Given the premium rate of $550 for the night, I expected a stay reflective of Marriott’s standards, especially as a Platinum Elite member. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling undervalued and disrespected. At this point, I do not plan to return to this location.I hope that steps can be taken to ensure future guests, especially loyal members, receive the respectful and professional service they deserve.

I'm a local and I love this place! Nice small bar by the pools. There's 3 pools and a hot tub. 1 of the pools is just for kids knee deep water. Then there's a pool with a wall that has a waterfall. And one more by the pool and Jacuzzi. Quick walk to the Gulf . I live here in Pensacola and we come to have mini vacations.

Absolutely Amazing Stay – We’ll Be Back!We had the BEST experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and immaculately clean everything was. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming—especially DeShawn, who greeted us with such warmth and made us feel right at home right away. The pool and beach areas are absolutely gorgeous—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. And the rooms are fantastic, especially for families! We loved that there were two separate living areas with two TVs—such a thoughtful layout that made our stay extra comfortable.Truly can’t say enough good things about this place. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway with top-notch service and amenities!

We have stayed at a couple other hotels in Pensacola Beach, and this one was our favorite so far!Large rooms with great views of the gulf.Very clean with excellent room service each day. We didn’t run out of anything, they were excellent and replenishing towels, etc daily. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My family enjoyed the continental breakfast. The hotel is not huge, which makes it nice because the pool area was never packed. Always chairs available to lay in the sun. Endless supply of beach towels.Tiki bar was convenient and friendly.Easy access to the beautiful beach. We absolutely love Pensacola Beach and would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. The only improvements that I would recommend to the hotel are:- It would be nice to have water available for guests to fill cups in the lobby area. There is coffee available, but no water.- Breakfast is promptly cut off/cleaned up at 9:30am. Although I understand it can’t be out forever, there were several guests I noticed still trying to get items while it was being put away. Maybe keep it open til 10am or wait until most guests are done eating?

We stayed at SpringHill Suites Pensacola Beach from April 14–18 and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect — just a short drive to Gulf Islands National Seashore and Naval Live Oaks, with incredible beachfront views right outside the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well laid out with a separate living area, kitchenette, and plenty of room for our family. We especially appreciated the free breakfast each morning and the thoughtful touches like the poolside bar and hot tub. The kids loved the multiple pools, and I appreciated the easy parking and access to walking trails.Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the entire property was well-kept and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay right on Pensacola Beach!

This hotel is fabulous! The 2 queen beds suite is large and spacious even tho the bathroom counter is a little small. There could be a light over where the coffee bar area is. The Gulf balcony view is amazing tho while we were sitting on our balcony, the smell of someone smoking pot was very intrusive to us and our room. When we discreetly brought this to the attention of the staff at the check-in front desk they immediately took action through management. I don't know what they did, but for the rest of our stay we never smelt it again. Also my husband accidentally left his prescription sunglasses in the downstairs public restaurant when we came off of the beach. An hour later he went to the front desk to see if anyone turned them in and DJ, a wonderfull front desk staff member retrieved them and stated he found them and put them behind the counter. What a lovely, friendly young man he is! Everyone was so kind, suggestions were made for places to eat dinner, and we were always greeted with a smile. The free is good with lots of options. The property is beautiful, the pools are warm and inviting and so clean! Beach access is wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

I visited Pensacola this week with my church for a Conference. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel. The staff was not knowledgeable at all. They were all upside down. They double booked guests rooms; they charged guests twice for a room they didn't book. I would not recommend this hotel; the staff needs more training and needs to pay more attention when assigning rooms which guest requested and paid for. This shouldn't happen to anyone; this could have been more serious because these days a lot of people are not in their right mind. IJS

We had a wonderful stay. A little girl’s trip with my mom and daughter. Very nice hotel. Very clean. They have a nice tiki bar on the beach. Suzanna made my mom and I cocktails to take to our room and then finished us off with some hot chocolate and Bailey’s. She was a sweetheart. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Pensacola Beach!

I lost $1450 for never staying at the resort. After unknowingly prepaying for the condo, I noted an additional $1200 resort fee in addition to room or tax. I cancelled the transaction less than 3 minutes after making an online reservation. I was only offered a 50% refund. Shameful. Double the price offered. Misleading pricing. I was robbed money for never staying at the resort. I cancelled my reservation within minutes. AMEX told me to “read the fine print.”

This is our third year staying at Portofino with our family. Great pools, easy access to the beach, great food, starbucks, inflatable water course, and easy to have local friends come visit. Easy five minute drive to local food and activities but far enough away so the beach isn't congested. If there was anything that could be improved, it would be the room needed to be upgraded.

We stayed here for Spring break, and it was our first time to Pensacola and Portofino, and we had a blast! My favorite thing about the Portofino is that even if it's a double red flag ocean day, the kids could still have a blast on the sound adventure cove water park, or in the heated pools! We struggle with bad weather days for spring break as the weather can be temperamental, but having other activities and things to do for kids when the ocean and weather isn't cooperating is great! The ocean and sunset views from our unit were wonderful! The beach was beautiful! We can't wait to return to Portofino Island Resort! What a wholesome family vacation resort!

This has to be one of the most family friendly, wholesome resorts we have been to. The room in tower 1 on the 7th floor was high enough to have a good view but close enough to the beach without obstructed views to see what’s going on. We rented a room (thru Airbnb) with 180 degrees of water views of both the gulf and the sound. There are activities you can add onto your stay. The extreme package included e-bikes and jet skis for ppl over 18 yrs old. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Two restaurants onsite and a short drive or bike ride to the strip of other restaurants. Would highly recommend for families!

This place is so amazing for the family! We have pools at every building, a large indoor pool, and an amazingly huge community pool with a bar (with waitresses walking around poolside) and restaurant. Drinks were great and food was top notch! We ate there 4 times. Burgers, Mahi sandwich, shrimp, gumbo. Everyone is very nice and accommodating to us guests. From staff to the people that live here! We will be back here for sure. It's also a 5 minute straight drive to the main strip with shops, restaurants, and such!

This review is with regards to spa services only. Wasn't the experience I had hoped for, massage was ok, facial was fast and uninformative although I chose the Seaside Custom Facial. Thought I would leave with some good advise but nothing was offered or discussed. I was talked into a $50 add-on that I should have said no to, but felt a bit pressured. Lastly the large tip that is added automatically is just wrong imo. I feel that service is lacking because they receive the tip no matter what. I would not recommend.

My fiance and I wanted to have our wedding at the Portofino this coming June because of the beautiful pictures and the ease of having everything on site. Jessica was prompt to give us our contract and explain the options for the wedding locations and our reception. Unfortunately due to an urgent family issue, we sadly had to cancel our wedding in June for a location closer to home. Jessica and Carrie went above and beyond in understanding our situation and accommodating us. We definitely can't wait to stay here in the future! I would highly recommend booking a wedding with the Portofino. These are very good people to work with!

We had an incredible time. The location can't be beat. The room was great work views from every location. It did need slight updating. The doors need replacing and the ceiling in the kitchen had dust hanging. Also though the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies there were no pot holders so made getting things out of the oven a bit tricky. We bought the adventure package as my kids were super excited to try the water park but only maybe half was actually set up so they were a bit disappointed and didn't really end up using it. It would have been nice to be told a head of time that there was not the full set up as advertised online.I general we had a great time. Might skip the adventure package next time though it was really expensive for not being what is advertised.

Booked a cabana here for a much needed weekend get away with the man, cabana was spacious clean and kitchen was stocked with every dish we could ever need. But I have to rave about the staff, Maya working in the office was absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Lots of food choices within walking distance and things to do. I would definitely stay at this beautiful property again.

Best location. You walk out and it's beach front all the way. Great breakfast and views are magnificent as well. Definitely recommend!

My daughter and I have booked this multiple times for our “girls “ trip and the beach club never disappoints. It is always clean and customer service is always excellent. They’re very responsive If you have a question so, I’m coming back twice this year because we love it so. Thank you always for your hard work to keep this property best in class!!!!!

We rented a 1-bedroom beachfront condo here. The property was extremely secure. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs were clean and beautiful. The beach is super close to the property. Umbrellas and beach chairs were plentiful. ALL the things are within walking distance from the property.

Very accommodating. We weren’t missing anything. Well thought out for big families beach vacationing. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone planning to visit the Pensacola area. We are very satisfied with the quality of our service.

The condo was large and absolutely gorgeous with an ocean front view. We had a fabulous trip and spent most early mornings and evenings on the balcony watching the gulf. The pool was heated and a warm 80ish degrees when the gulf was around 72ish while we were there. The hot tub was perfect. The proximity to the peer and restaurants was well within walking distance for us. We enjoyed our stay.

The Beach Club is a great location to stay at. It is in the perfect spot within walking distance of most shops and restaurants. The beach is great with options to rent chairs/umbrellas. They have a great pool area with a hot tub and plenty of shade or sunny spots for your choosing.

Beds were broken, cheap and uncomfortable, jacuzzi tub in room didn’t work, dryer in room was broken, doors from room opened to outside like a motel, there is no staff visible, you are way better off staying anywhere else! This place is a bad apartment complex not a resort or beach club by any means

Stayed here for a week and hope to never come back. The people who work here are extremely nice and as far as a resort hotel goes it’s fine. However, we got stuck in the elevator on the first night and when we tried to call they put us on voice mail twice and at the end of the week we tried to call down for something else and again voice mail. I get it’s a busy place but if you ever have an emergency don’t expect them to have your back cause they can’t be bothered to even answer the phone. Also the tub wouldn’t drain properly so we had to eventually go down to the front desk and ask someone to unclog it which you think they would have it unclog already or keep up with the maintenance so that it doesn’t reach that point. Again I understand it’s a resort hotel but it seems to me that they cannot keep up with it very well on multiple things. Again I will say the staff everywhere we went was amazing and the food was good and the pool and main lobby area was kept very clean.

This is a great place and the staff is great. The only reason for 4 stars is that it is very pricey and I expected a higher end experience. There is an issue with getting towles for the pool and you have yo purchase chairs to sit on the beach. I would expect that to be included for what the price of staying here is. But the location is great.

Hilton- the new motel 6.Bathtub wouldn’t drain, requested multiple times to get it fixed but wasn’t ever addressed. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor, they said they were working on it, but it never changed during our stay. Elevators were really long waits. Door to one of our rooms would barely close, you had to slam it.Lots of people smoking on the beach. It felt like the hotel was understaffed. Some of the staff were great, but a few were enough to make it a bad experience.

If you have hilton diamond status, do not use your free night stay here, as you get the worst room at the property. I'm so disappointed in the room I received for my stay. The room was run down, with frayed and horribly stained carpet. The room (#319) looks out on the hotel carport roof. The TV remote had no backing on it, so if you picked it up, the batteries fell out and rolled under inconvenient places to reach. This is the worst hilton room I have ever stayed in.It was so crowded here that piles of used beach and pool towels were laid everywhere, and they stayed there the entire day as the piles grew larger. Trash was also piled high on all the pool tables and sat there for hours. It was clear there was not enough staff to handle the number of guests staying here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.I had great service in the restaurant with great tasting food. The staff were all very friendly.

Stayed a week on Pensacola Beach - hubby had to go for work. I worked from the room and restaurant area in lobby. The hotel is on an island with a $1 toll being charged at the bridge entrance closest to the hotel.Staff at the desk was awesome with our booking I booked for arrival day before hubby had to be there so we didn't drive in the morning. After issues last month at a Wyndham property I was a bit apprehensive about a seamless transition from my reservation to his without changing rooms, but it worked!!!While the weather was not cooperative for our stay - I had no beach time due to conditions in the gulf and the cooler weather with the gulf breezes but it is okay - would have been a distraction from work!!Coffee and food in the hotel restaurants is much more expensive but you're paying for convenience. One afternoon I purchased a salad from the restaurant - see pic - greens, apple, fennel, pecans - $18 without any protein. Waitress tried to sell me add on protein - Chicken $14, Beef $16 or Salmon $18 extra - crazy prices for a salad. After that we ended up opting for other restaurants in the area and I will review those. We did not have a room with a view which was fine as we saved some $$ that way - we were still able to see the water on the bay from our room (see pics)Water pressure was typical hotel water pressure - minimum at best but the shower heads could be adjusted. The only issue I had was the fact that the smoking area outside of the hotel is between the door and parking lot. If they moved the smoking are further from the hotel or outside another door it would be helpful so those of us who don't want to walk through cigarette smoke to get to handicap parking would not be exposed to the smoke.

Some broken things in the room that were communicated but never addressed, our neighbors were horrible. They left garbage in the hallway every morning and it wasn’t ever picked up by the staff or addressed when I mentioned my neighbors were pretty rough. They need probably 2 more hot tubs. Every day and night it was packed and looked filthy. The Restaurant was so good, bars were awesome, starbucks was great. Just wish our rooms were cleaned better when we checked it rugs were filthy weren’t vacuumed. I really enjoyed the resort just wish a few things were taken care of.

I stayed in the Junior Parlor Suite for two nights, and for the amount of points and cash I spent, I would have been better off booking a standard room. The suite offered no upgraded bathroom—just a standard tub that appeared dingy. The overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The floors were dirty, the blankets were stained, and the curtains and lampshades had visible grime on them. There was even something on the bathroom floor. Additionally, the outdoor table wobbled so badly that it was impossible to sit and enjoy breakfast. While the staff downstairs was friendly and the beach was beautiful, the condition of the room did not meet my expectations. For the price and points spent, I expected much better—honestly, a Hampton Inn would have been a nicer experience. I will not stay in a room like that again.

I'm so disappointed staying here and I will be asking to refund my second night. I would leave this evening but it's already 8pm and I have nowhere to go.I came in for a weekend long work conference. My first room smelled WEIRD. Musty and mixed with something. I also immediately heard the hustle and bustle of the elevator and knew it wouldn't work for me to get restful sleep. I was moved to a different room upon request.Still smelled...off. I then realized what it is. The stench of dog.I'm allergic to dogs and there are "service dogs" walking around all over this place. Like, I literally ran into at least 15 In the halls, in the elevator, in the lobby just going up and down to check in and back down to order dinner. It's like every single person has a "service dog.' One barked and lunged at me in the elevator. These aren't trained and well behaved service animals, these are people's pets that they think is ok to bring along with them.I hear them barking in rooms and now my nose is runny and I have a migraine.Additional, my $20 burger was overcooked when I asked for medium. And the TV is so low-definition that it looks like I'm playing a VHS tape. Maybe some people don't care because they aren't in the room much, but I didn't come here to party. I came for business and to relax.I specifically booked a decent hotel on the beach to have a nice stay and I feel like I could have better stay at the Hampton Inn by the airport.I realize I sound like a whiner but I really expected more. I will not choose to stay here again in the future.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the experience was so good. The entire staff was so friendly and ready to help in anyway. We ordered room service two different times and the food arrived hot. The valet service is a must! Worth the extra few dollars a day. The only “negative” I would have is that you did have to go to the front desk for beach/pool towels. Our view was amazing! Was able to watch the sunset from our balcony each night.

**Guest Review: Hilton Hotel – Front Desk Service (Skye)**I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel, and I have to say that the customer service at the front desk was exceptional, largely thanks to Skye. From the moment I arrived, Skye greeted me with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. He was incredibly efficient, quickly checking me in and making sure I had all the information I needed for my stay. I appreciated his professionalism, but what really stood out was his genuine kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. He offered great recommendations for local dining and even printed out directions to a few attractions I wanted to visit. It’s rare to encounter such personalized attention, and it made my stay feel truly special.Skye’s attention to detail didn’t stop at check-in. Throughout my stay, whenever I needed assistance—from asking for extra towels to securing a late checkout—he was always quick to respond with a solution and did so with a positive, can-do attitude. I was impressed by how well he managed the front desk, handling multiple guests with ease while never making anyone feel rushed. It’s clear he takes pride in his role and genuinely cares about the guest experience. Hilton is lucky to have someone like Skye, and I’d definitely return, knowing that I can count on excellent service from him and the rest of the team.

I’ve never stayed in such a nice Holiday Inn before. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been in (especially near the beach), they have dove products (so if you forget your toiletries you’ll be fine), the staff was kind and ready to help in any way they could, the breakfast was delicious and had a little bit if everything, the pool is perfect for kids to have a good time and parents to watch near by and the access to the beach is 24hours (chairs are not included but you’re more than welcome to bring your own stuff). The location is also a little private but still about 10 minutes from restaurants and stores. I’ll definitely be back!

I grew up near Pensacola Beach and always love coming home to visit. Stayed at numerous locations throughout the area and this is by far the nicest hotel accommodation we've had on Pensacola Beach. Beautiful views of the Gulf, very nice room with comfortable bed, refrigerator, coffee maker and a safe. The breakfast was delicious -- recommend the egg white omelet. My favorite was looking at the sunrise everyday. Breathtaking! Cant wait to comeback to paradise.

If you are booking soon look elsewhere. Poorly advertised on Expedia. They are remodeling and there is limited access to amenities. No gym, No hot breakfast, No place to wash your hands coming in from outdoors in the lobby. No restroom in the lobby to use. No easy access indoors from poolside( blocked off). The view is pretty and the staff for the grab and go modified breakfast were nice.
